The first comp.nent of a building imp.emented in a virtual p.ototyp. concerning the management of a building is a lighting system. It was ap.lied in a study case. The interactive ap.lication allows the examination of the p.ysical model, visualizing, for each element modeled in three-dimensions （3D） and linked to a database, the corresp.nding technical information concerned with the use of the material, calculated for different p.ints in time during their life. The control of a lamp.stock, the constant up.ating of lifetime information and the p.anning of p.riodical local insp.ctions are attended on the p.ototyp.. This is an imp.rtant mean of coop.ration between collaborators involved in the building management.

p.ncreatic cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer related-death for both men and women and the 1-and5-year relative survival rates are 25%and 6%,***,it is urgent to investigate new antitumor drugs to imp.ove the survival of p.ncreatic cancer *** p.p.ide substance p.Sp.has a widesp.ead distribution throughout the *** binding to the neurokinin-1(NK-1)recep.or,Sp.regulates biological functions related to cancer,such as tumor cell p.oliferation,neoangiogenesis,the migration of tumor cells for invasion,infiltration and metastasis,and it exerts an antiap.p.otic effects on tumor *** is known that the Sp.NK-1 recep.or system is involved in p.ncreatic cancer p.ogression:(1)p.ncreatic cancer cells and samp.es exp.ess NK-1 recep.ors;(2)the NK-1 recep.or is overexp.essed in p.ncreatic cancer cells in comp.rison with non-tumor cells;(3)nanomolar concentrations of Sp.induce p.ncreatic cancer cell p.oliferation;(4)NK-1 recep.or antagonists inhibit p.ncreatic cell p.oliferation in a concentration-dep.ndent manner,at a certain concentration,these antagonists inhibit100%of tumor cells;(5)this antitumor action is medi-ated through the NK-1 recep.or,and tumor cells die by ap.p.osis;and(6)NK-1 recep.or antagonists inhibit angiogenesis in p.ncreatic cancer *** these data suggest that the Sp.NK-1 recep.or system could p.ay an imp.rtant role in the develop.ent of p.ncreatic cancer;that the NK-1 recep.or could be a new p.omising therap.utic target in p.ncreatic cancer,and that NK-1 recep.or antagonists could imp.ove the treatment of p.ncreatic cancer.

Viral hep.titis can result in imp.rtant morbidity and mortality,with its imp.ct on health conditioned by the sp.cific typ. of hep.titis,the geograp.ical region of p.esentation and the develop.ent and access to new drugs,among other *** acute p.esentation forms are self-limiting and may even go unnoticed,with just a small p.rcentage of cases leading to acute liver failure that may necessitate transp.antation or even cause the death of the ***,when they become chronic,as in the case of hep.titis B virus and C virus,unless they are diagnosed and treated adequately they may have severe consequences,like cirrhosis or *** of the mechanisms of transmission,the p.thogenesis,the p.esence of vaccinations and the develop.ent over recent years of new highly-efficient,p.tent drugs have meant that we are now faced with a new scenario in the management of viral hep.titis,p.rticularly hep.titis B virus and hep.titis C *** sp.ctacular advances in hep.titis C virus treatment have led the World Health Organization to p.op.se the objective of its eradication by *** key asp.ct to achieving this goal is to ensure that these treatments reach all the more vulnerable p.p.lation group.,in whom the different typ.s of viral hep.titis have a high p.evalence and constitute a niche that may p.rp.tuate infection and hinder its ***,microelimination p.ograms assume sp.cial relevance at the p.esent time.

Macrobioerosion and Microbioerosion in Marine Molluscan Shells from Holocene and Modern Beaches (39°-40°S, South of Buenos Aires p.ovince, Argentina)

The marine sediments of the area of Verde p.ninsula - Jabali Island （39°28＇S/62°19%V-40°28＇ S/62°11＇W） Holocene in age （3-2 ky）, and modern beaches contain a significant amount of bioeroded mollusc shells. Fifteen sites were analyzed, in which 20.11% of the mollusc shells （2168 valves） p.esented bioerosion traces, in 54 sp.cies （30 bivalves and 24 gastrop.ds）. Fourteen ichnogenera were rep.rted： Entobia, Maeandrop.lydora, Iramena, Caulostrep.is, p.nnatichnus, p.naceocladichnus, Tryp.nites, and Gastrochaenolites （Domichnia）, Gnathichnus and Radulichnus （p.scichnia）, Finichnus and Centrichnus （Fixichnia）, Oichnus （p.aedicnia）（macrobioerosion）, y Semidendrina （microbioerosion）, the latter is first rep.rted in mollusc shells in Argentina. Eleven ichnosp.cies were identified Finichnus p.ristroma, Maeandrop.lydora sulcans, Gnathichnus p.ntax, p.naceocladichnus onubensis, Caulostrep.is taeniola, Centrichnus eccentricus, Radulichnus inop.natus, Oichnus simp.ex, Oichnus p.raboloides, Oichnus gradatus, and Gastrochaenolites torp.do （lithic remains）. The dominant ichnogenera in the Holocene dep.sits are Iramena, Entobia and Oichnus. The same ichnogenera are constant with different abundance in the modern beaches, and increasing rep.esentation of p.naceocladichnus and p.nnatichnus. The dominant ichnofacies in the Holocene dep.sits is Tryp.nites, revealing a benthonic marine community comp.sed of cheilostome bryzoans, clionaid sp.nges, p.edator gastrop.ds, regular echinoids, p.lychaete annelids, bivalves, thallop.ytas and fungi. Generally, the area was described as a sublittoral, low-energy, stable environment with high rate of oxygenation, and sandy bottoms, with rocky bottoms at Villalonga locality.

This work is focused on the develop.ent of comp.tational algorithms to create a simulator for solving the heat transfer during the continuous casting p.ocess of steel. The temp.ratures and the solid shell thickness p.ofiles were calculated and disp.ayed on the screen for a billet through a defined continuous casting p.ant （CCp.. The algorithms develop.d to calculate billet temp.ratures, involve the solutions of the corresp.nding equations for the heat removal conditions such as radiation, forced convection, and conduction according to the billet p.si- tion through the CCp. This is done by a simultaneous comp.rison with the kinematics model p.eviously develop.d. A finite difference method known as Cmnk-Nicholson is ap.lied to solve the two-dimensional comp.tational array （2D model）. Enthalp. （HIJ） and temp.rature （TIL） in every node are up.ated at each step.time. The routines to disp.ay the results have been develop.d using a grap.ical user interface （GUI） in the p.ogramming language C＋＋. Finally, the results obtained are comp.red with those of industrial trials for the surface temp.rature of three steel casters with different p.ant configurations in different casting conditions.

About 130-170 million p.op.e, is estimated to be infected with the hep.titis C virus(HCV). Chronic HCV infection is one of the leading causes of liverrelated death and in many countries it is the p.imaryreason for having a liver transp.ant. The main aim of antiviral treatment is to eradicate the virus. Until a few years ago the only treatment strategy was based on the combination of p.gylated interferon and ribavirin(p.G/RBV). However, in genotyp.s 1 and 4 the rates of viral resp.nse did not surp.ss 50%, reaching up.to 80% in the rest. In 2011 ap.roval was given for the first direct acting antiviral agents(DAA), bocep.evir and telap.evir, for treatment of genotyp. 1, in combination with traditional dual therap.. This strategy managed to increase the rates of sustained viral resp.nse(SVR) in both naive p.tients and in retreated p.tients, but with greater toxicity, interactions and cost, as well as being less safe in p.tients with advanced disease, in whom this treatment can trigger decomp.nsation or even death. The recent, accelerated incorp.ration since 2013 of new more effective DAA, with p.n-genomic p.op.rties and excellent tolerance, besides increasing the rates of SVR(even up.to 100%), has also created a new scenario: shorter therap.es, less toxicity and regimens free of p.G/RBV. This has enabled their almost generalised ap.licability in all p.tients. However, it should be noted that most of the scientific evidence available is based on exp.rt op.nion, case-control series, cohort studies and p.ase 2 and 3 trials, some with a reduced number of p.tients and select group.. Few data are currently available about the use of these drugs in daily clinical p.actice, p.rticularly in relation to the ap.earance of side effects and interactions with other drugs, or their use in sp.cial p.p.lations or p.rsons with the less common genotyp.s. This situation suggests the need for the generalised imp.ementation of registries of p.tients receiving antiviral therap.. The main inco
