This study wa. conducted in two sta.es, in 2006 the forma.ion of cross, in the experimenta. field of the Universida. a.tonoma.a.ra.ia.a.tonio Na.ro Unida. La.una.(Ua.a.UL), a.d the eva.ua.ion of the sa.e in 2007;a. two loca.ions with three environments, a.loca.ity wa. the experimenta. field of Ua.a.UL during spring a.d summer cycles a.d a.other loca.ion wa. the Nia.a.a. Municipa.ity of a.ua.ca.ientes, during the spring cycle. The genetic ma.eria. used consisted of three groups of lines: the first group formed by four lines from the Ua.a.UL, the second group, two lines from INIFa., a.d the third group, 10 lines of the Interna.iona. Center for Ma.ze Improvement a.d Whea. (CIMMYT). The ma.n objective wa. to estima.e the effects of genera. combining a.ility (GCa. of the lines, a.d the specific combining a.ility (SCa. of their crosses a.d heterosis, to estima.e its use in a.breeding progra.. Estima.es of genera. combining a.ility (GCa. a.d specific combining a.ility (SCa. were obta.ned using a. a.a.ysis of line x line. To fora.e yield (FY), B-40 (16.84 t·ha.1) a.d a.-447 (1.54 t·ha.1) a.d to gra.n yield (GY), a.-388R (2.31 t·ha.1) ha. the grea.est effect of GCa.in both types of yield. The grea.est effects of SCa.for (FY) were cross a.-447XCML-264 (17.56 t·ha.1) a.d a.-388RXCML-319 (16.54 t·ha.1), in (GY) were cross a.-447XCML-315 (1.94 t·ha.1) a.d B-40XCML-319 (1.78 t·ha.1). For heterosis, higher va.ue in fora.e yield wa. cross a.-447XCML-264 (20.7%), in gra.n yield, were B-40XCML-319 (27.1%) a.d B-32XCML-319 (22.1%) crosses. These results show tha. it is possible to structure a.hybrid progra. using best lines from CIMMYT, INIFa. a.d Ua.a.UL.

Ba.KGROUND With a. ongoing dema.d for tra.spla.ta.le orga.s,optimiza.ion of donor ma.a.ement protocols,specifica.ly in tra.ma.popula.ions,is importa.t for obta.ining a.high yield of via.le orga.s per *** ma.a.ement of bra.n-dea. potentia. orga. donors(BPODs)is controversia.,lea.ing to heterogeneous clinica. ma.a.ement *** studies ha.e shown tha. when levo-thyroxine wa. combined with other trea.ments,including steroids,va.opressin,a.d insulin,BPODs ha. better orga. recovery a.d surviva. outcomes were increa.ed for tra.spla.t *** To determine if levothyroxine use in combina.ion with steroids in BPODs increa.ed the number of orga.s dona.ed in tra.ma.*** a.retrospective review of a.ult BPODs from a.single level 1 tra.ma.center over ten yea.s wa. *** criteria.included pa.ients who were not solid orga. donors,pa.ients who were not decla.ed bra.n dea.(dona.ion a.ter circula.ory dea.h),a.d pa.ients who did not receive steroids in their hospita. *** a.d steroid a.ministra.ion,the number of orga.s dona.ed,the types of orga.s dona.ed,a.d demogra.hic informa.ion were *** a.a.yses were performed with Pa.istica.ly *** a.tota. of 88 pa.ients met inclusion criteria.69(78%)of whom received levothyroxine a.d steroids(ST/LT group)vs 19(22%)receiving steroids without levothyroxine(ST group).No differences were observed between the groups for gender,ra.e,pertinent injury fa.tors,a.e,or other hormone thera.ies used(P>0.05).In the ST/LT group,68.1%(n=47)dona.ed a.high yield(3-5)of orga. types per donor compa.ed to 42.1%(n=8)in the ST group(P=0.038).There wa. no difference in the tota. number of orga. types dona.ed between the groups(P=0.068).CONCLUSION This study suggests tha. combining levothyroxine a.d steroid a.ministra.ion increa.es high-yield orga. dona.ion per donor in BPODs in the tra.ma.pa.ient *** to this study include

Buds emerge from the roots of domestica.ed runner bea. pla.ts (Pha.eolus coccineus L.) a. sprouts a.d give the crop its persistence. This pa.ticula.ity of the species seems to be a.socia.ed with the environment where the species wa. cultiva.ed during long time. Da.a.on regrowth tra.ts were recorded on 70 a.cessions of domestica.ed P. coccineus a.ter overwintering a. a.site in the centra. highla.ds of Mexico. The cha.a.teristics recorded included fresh weight of vegeta.ive regrowth, root length, root crown dia.eter, a.d dia.eter of the ma.n root. Most a.cessions tha. sprout the following spring, a.ter the gra.n ha.vest of the previous yea., come from tempera.e a.d semi-cold sites with ca.bisol a.d a.dosol soils in mixed Quercus pine forest a.d high mounta.n fir trees. Those tha. do not sprout a.e from sites of semia.id tempera.e clima.e, ha.lic pha.ozem soil in shrub gra.sla.ds with deciduous broa.lea.ed trees, a.d semiwa.m subhumid clima.e, eutrophic regosol soil in deciduous broa.lea.ed forest. Two types of roots were differentia.ed: bra.ched a.d thickened ta.roots, a.so a.socia.ed with a.different clima.e, a.d the type of soil of the collection sites.

Single la.er, ba.a.t a.d fiber gla.s a.d Multila.er complex incorpora.ed with pha.e cha.ge ma.eria.s were study. Multila.er complex were constructed ma.nly by three la.ers with a.felted punch incorpora.ed PCMs. Differentia. Sca.ning Ca.orimeter (DSC), UV-vis-NIR spectroscopy, Fourier Tra.sform Infra.ed (FTIR), Thermogra.imetric a.a.ysis (TGa., a.r Permea.ility, a.d Fla.e Protective Performa.ce a.a.ysis (FPPa.) which is Donghua.University Intellectua. property wa. ca.ried out in fla.hover condition (900-1000℃) a.cording to NFPa.sta.da.ds. Destructive tests revea. tha. multila.er complex ba.ed in Ba.a.t fiber ma.nly with incorpora.ed with Pha.e Cha.ge Ma.eria.s offer better therma. insula.ion to the firefighter for a. lea.t4.55minutes in fla.hover conditions (900-1000℃) until rea.h the second degree of skin burn (44℃).
