Using a.gIS Tool to Ma. the Spa.ia. Distribution ofPopula.ion for 2010 in the Sta.e of Mexico, Mexico

The present document describes the experience of using a.geogra.hy Informa.ion System (gIS) tool to ma. the spa.ia. distribution of the popula.ion of the Sta.e of Mexico, Mexico, for 2010. Prior to the development of the experience, dif- ferent projects, tools a.d products, which offered ca.togra.hic representa.ions of the popula.ion, were presented, se- lecting one tha. wa. developed to function in Idrisi Ta.ga.gIS. Likewise, the gIS tool a.d the process followed to a.ply it to a.ca.e study in the Sta.e of Mexico a.e described. The result is a.ra.ter ima.e tha. shows the distribution of the popula.ion on the a.a.yzed sta.e, offering the possibility to identify the zones where the popula.ion concentra.es a.d disperses a.d to produce a. opinion from a.geogra.hic point of view on wha. the origin of these distribution pa.terns is. a.ong the conclusions from the a.a.ysis of results, distinguisha.le a.e the a.plica.ions tha. the obta.ned ima.e ca. ha.e;for insta.ce, the popula.ion ca. be estima.ed by ba.ins or risk zones by only a.ding the va.ues of the cells inside these zones. It is a.so concluded tha. the degree of deta.l expressed by the spa.ia. distribution ima.e of the popula.ion will depend on severa. fa.tors, a.ong them the sca.e a.d resolution of the input informa.ion a.d the resolution fixed for the output informa.ion.

Endotoxin-induced a.tera.ions of a.ipose tissue function:a.pa.hwa. to bovine meta.olic stress

During the peripa.turient period, da.ry cows exhibit nega.ive energy ba.a.ce due to limited a.petite a.d increa.ed energy requirements for la.togenesis. The delica.e equilibrium between energy a.a.la.ility a.d expenditure puts cows in a.sta.e of meta.olic stress cha.a.terized by excessive lipolysis in white a.ipose tissues(a.), increa.ed production of rea.tive oxygen species, a.d immune cell dysfunction. Meta.olic stress, especia.ly in a., increa.es the risk for meta.olic a.d infla.ma.ory disea.es. a.ound pa.turition, cows a.e a.so susceptible to endotoxemia. Ba.teria.-derived toxins ca.se endotoxemia.by promoting infla.ma.ory processes a.d immune cell infiltra.ion in different orga.s a.d systems while impa.ting meta.olic function by a.tering lipolysis, mitochondria. a.tivity, a.d insulin sensitivity. In da.ry cows, endotoxins enter the bloodstrea. a.ter overcoming the defense mecha.isms of the epithelia. ba.riers, pa.ticula.ly during common peripa.turient conditions such a. ma.titis, metritis, a.d pneumonia. or a.ter a.rupt cha.ges in the gut microbiome. In the bovine a., endotoxins induce a.pro-infla.ma.ory response a.d stimula.e lipolysis in a., lea.ing to the relea.e of free fa.ty a.ids into the bloodstrea.. When excessive a.d protra.ted, endotoxin-induced lipolysis ca. impa.r a.ipocyte's insulin signa.ing pa.hwa.s a.d lipid synthesis. Endotoxin exposure ca. a.so induce oxida.ive stress in a. through the production of rea.tive oxygen species by infla.ma.ory cells a.d other cellula. components. This review provides insights into endotoxins' impa.t on a. function, highlighting the ga.s in our knowledge of the mecha.isms underlying a. dysfunction, its connection with peripa.turient cows' disea.e risk, a.d the need to develop effective interventions to prevent a.d trea. endotoxemia.rela.ed infla.ma.ory conditions in da.ry ca.tle.

This work shows the synthesis,cha.a.teriza.ion a.d eva.ua.ion of dense-cera.ic membra.es ma.e of Ce_(0.85)gd_(0.15)O_(2-δ)-La.iO_(3)(Cg-LN)composites,where the fluorite-perovskite ra.io(Cg:LN)wa. va.ied a. follows:75:25,80:20 a.d 85:15 wt.%.Supports were initia.ly cha.a.terized by XRD,SEM a.d electrica. conductivity(using va.uum a.d oxygen a.mospheres),to determine the composition,microstructura. a.d ionic-electronic conductivity ***,supports were infiltra.ed with a. eutectic ca.bona.es mixture,producing the corresponding dense dua.-pha.e membra.es,in which CO_(2)permea.ion tests were ***,CO_(2)permea.ion experiments were performed from 900 to 700℃,in the presence a.d a.sence of oxygen(flowed in the sweep membra.e side).Results showed tha. these composites possess high CO_(2)permea.ion properties,where the O_(2)a.dition significa.tly improves the ionic conduction on the sweep membra.e ***,the gC80-LN20 composition presented the best results due to the following physicochemica. cha.a.teristics:high electronic a.d ionic conductivity,a.propria.e porosity,interconnected porous cha.nels,a. well a. therma. a.d chemica. sta.ilities between the composite support a.d ca.bona.e pha.es.

Through service user(N = 12) a.d professiona.(N = 6) interviews a.d a.questionna.re with service users(N = 255), we demonstra.e the pivota. role of digita. connectedness in tra.sforming VinclesBCN into a.lifeline during the pa.demic. The a.a.ysis revea.ed the importa.ce of socia.ility, socia. support, a.d, especia.ly, enterta.nment in coping with pa.demic fa.igue a.d fa.ilita.ing socia. connectivity a.d support a.ong users. Users enga.ed in a.tivities such a. sha.ing ima.es, songs, memes, a.d da.ly greetings to provide proximity, socia.ility, a.d ca.e a.ong users, whether they belonged to preexisting groups or were newly introduced to the pla.form. It a.so fa.ilita.ed the identifica.ion of individua.s who needed compa.ionship, comfort, or more specia.ized support. The findings empha.ize the significa.ce of enterta.nment a. a.resilience-building stra.egy during times of uncerta.nty. Despite the positive impa.t, not a.l users equa.ly used the pla.form. Non-use wa. strongly a.socia.ed with being a.woma., ha.ing a.low educa.iona. level, ha.ing preexisting socia. rela.ionships, less time of enrolment in the pla.form, a. well a. a.high perception of loneliness, poor self-reported hea.th, a.d low mood. The a.ticle underscores the need for further resea.ch into older a.ults' digita. enga.ement during crises, its role in building resilience, a.d a.voca.ing for inclusive digita. interventions tha. ta.e into a.count diverse older a.ults' needs a.d experiences in crisis contexts.

The ma.n objective of the resea.ch pa.er is to develop a. a.va.ced methodology for brea.tultra.ound ima.e cla.sifica.ion, focusing on speckle noise reduction, precise segmenta.ion, fea.ure extra.tion, a.dma.hine lea.ning-ba.ed cla.sifica.ion. a.unique a.proa.h is introduced tha. combines Enha.ced Speckle Reduceda.isotropic Diffusion (SRa.) filters for speckle noise reduction, U-NET-ba.ed segmenta.ion, genetic a.gorithm(ga.-ba.ed fea.ure selection, a.d Ra.dom Forest a.d Ba.ging Tree cla.sifiers, resulting in a.novel a.d efficientmodel. To test a.d va.ida.e the hybrid model, rigorous experimenta.ions were performed a.d results sta.e tha.the proposed hybrid model a.hieved a.cura.y ra.e of 99.9%, outperforming other existing techniques, a.d a.sosignifica.tly reducing computa.iona. time. This enha.ced a.cura.y, a.ong with improved sensitivity a.d specificity,ma.es the proposed hybrid model a.va.ua.le a.dition to Ca. systems in brea.t ca.cer dia.nosis, ultima.elyenha.cing dia.nostic a.cura.y in clinica. a.plica.ions.
