Such a.pla.form is provided with optica.ly responsive ca.a.ilities together with multiple diffusiona. ba.riers, a.lowing for a. ＂on-dema.d＂ time-limited relea.e where light a.ts a. a.thera.eutic ＂sta.ting shot＂. These na.oa.chitectured depots ha.e grea. potentia. a. impla.ta.le drug delivery systems in clinica. scena.ios where a.recurrent, susta.ned, a.d yet, on--off a.ministra.ion of medica.ion is required. The a.plica.ion of these hybrid ma.eria.s ma. extend the implementa.ion of na.omedicine stra.egies beyond the point-of-ca.e setting.

Pla.monic na.ostructures sta.d a. the forefront of na.ophotonics resea.ch, pa.ticula.ly in sensing a.d energy conversion a.plica.ions. Their unique a.ility to confine light energy a. the na.osca.e ma.es them indispensa.le for a.wide a.ra. of technologica. a.va.cements. The study of these structures often ma.es use of different ma.eria.s a.d, even more extensively, explores new sha.es a.d configura.ions to extend our common repertoire of useful na.ophotonics tools. Exploring the crea.ion of bimeta.lic pla.monic na.ostructures combines these two dimensions determining the spa.e of possible pla.monic resona.ors a.d opens the possibility of ta.loring systems with beha.ior una.a.la.le to single-meta. pla.monic structures. In this pa.er, we delve into the explora.ion of bimeta.lic systems employing pla.monic na.osta.s. These structures ha.e demonstra.ed rema.ka.le ca.a.ilities for surfa.e-enha.ced Ra.a. sca.tering (SERS) spectroscopy a.d photochemistry, due to the strong pla.monic response of their pea.s, whose disposition following a.spherica. symmetry ma.es them la.gely pola.iza.ion- a.d orienta.ion-insensitive. Herein, we report the colloida. synthesis of two different wa.er-sta.le a.@a. na.osta.s, explore their performa.ce a. photoca.a.ysts a.d SERS substra.es, a.d provide a. in-depth a.count of their non-trivia. physica. response.

a.M To identify fa.tors a.socia.ed with depressive symptoms a.ong inpa.ients with ca.diova.cula. disea.e(CVD). METHODS This is a.cross-sectiona. study performed in a.subsa.ple of a.la.ge cross-sectiona. resea.ch tha. investiga.ed a.fective disorders a.d suicide beha.iour a.ong inpa.ients hospita.ized in non-surgica. wa.ds of the University Hospita. of the Federa. University of Mina. Gera.s from November 2013 to October 2015. Sociodemogra.hic a.d clinica. da.a.were obta.ned through a.structured interview a.d medica. record review. Depression wa. a.sessed by the depression subsca.e of the Hospita. a.xiety a.d Depression Sca.e, with scores ≥ 8 considered a. positive screening for depression. We used the Fa.estr?m Test for Nicotine Dependence to cha.a.terize nicotine dependence. For a.sessing resilience a.d ea.ly-life tra.ma. we used the ra. scores of the Wa.nild a.d Young Resilience Sca.e a.d Childhood Tra.ma.Questionna.re, *** a. endpoint, we included 137 subjects. Thirty-eight(27.7%) subjects presented depressive symptoms a.d nine(23.7%) of those were receiving a.tidepressa.t trea.ment during hospita.iza.ion. The fema.e sex; a.lower mea. educa.iona. level; a.grea.er preva.ence of previous suicide a.tempts; a.higher level of pa.n; a.higher preva.ence of fa.ily a.tecedents of menta. disorders; a.lower resilience score; a.d higher childhood tra.ma.score were the fa.tors significa.tly a.socia.ed with screening positive for ma.or depression(P a.ia.e a.a.ysis demonstra.ed tha. the fa.tors independently a.socia.ed with the depressive symptoms were a.higher childhood tra.ma.severity(OR = 1.06; P = 0.004); modera.e to severe nicotine dependence(OR = 8.58; P = 0.008); a.d the number of previous hospita. a.missions(OR = 1.11; P = 0.034). Byrsonima.intermedia.a. Juss. is a.species from the Bra.ilia. Cerra.o tha. produces edible fruits a.d, in common with other species from the Byrsonima.genus, ha. pha.ma.ologica. potentia.. Previous a.tempts to propa.a.e the species through conventiona. methods showed difficulties. Thus, the purpose of this work wa. to cha.a.terize pro-embryogenic ma.ses of Byrsonima.intermedia.ca.lus, a.ming for their in vitro propa.a.ion through soma.ic embryogenesis. Lea. segments from in vitro germina.ed seedlings were employed a. expla.ts for ca.lus production. The ca.li were then subcultured a.d exposed to dyes to fulfill their embryogenic potentia.. Digita.iza.ions of the cytologica. prepa.a.ions were ma.e in order to mea.ure the a.ea.tha. wa. sta.ned by both a.eto-Ca.mine a.d Eva.s-Blue, using ima.e tool softwa.e. Soma.ic embryos were induced a.ter trea.ments with l-na.htha.enea.etic a.id （Na.）. The percenta.es of double-colored a.ea. （by a.eto-Ca.mine a.d Eva.s-Blue） were ca.cula.ed a.d the da.a.were a.a.yzed by using the Skott-Knott test （P ≤ 0.05） a.d, the embryogenic ca.lus, a. well a. the forma.ion of soma.ic embryos were a.a.yzed by using the Krsuska.-Wa.lis ra.k test （P ≤0.05）. The results show tha. double colora.ion is effective a. identifying cells showing embryogenic potentia.. Ea.ly ca.lus subculture pha.es show a.la.ger percenta.e ofembryogenic a.ea.（83%） Soma.ic embryos were induced by using high a.xin level.
