Dear Editor,Despite the improved outcome of advanced estrogen receptor-positive(ER+)breast cancer patients treated with endocrine therapy in combination with either a cyclindependent kinase 4/6 inhibitor(CDK4/6i)or a phosphoinositide 3-kinase inhibitor(PI3Ki),the disease will eventually progress,and the optimal treatment strategy upon progression remains undefined[1-4].to address this,we developed MCF-7-and t47D-derived PIK3CAmutated breast cancer cell lines[5]resistant to combined CDK4/6i palbociclib and fulvestrant(MPF-R and tPFR)or combined PI3Ki alpelisib and fulvestrant(MAF-R and tAF-R),respectively(Supplementary Materials and Methods).Drug-sensitive isogenic cells(M-S and t-S)grown in parallel with MPF-R and tPF-R cells and the original MCF-7/S0.5 and t47D cells were analyzed for comparison.

针对组合式同相供电系统同相补偿装置(CCD)的常规控制方法受负载电流检测精度影响严重,且不能良好跟踪高速铁路负载高次谐波电流的缺陷,提出一种选择性谐波电流控制策略。该控制策略仅需要保留CCD的两单相变流器输出电压、电流的检测部分,不需要检测负载电流;并通过矢量比例积分控制器对连接负载的单相变流器输出电流误差中的各次谐波单独跟踪。该设计方法不受负载电流检测精度的影响,对牵引负荷各个频段谐波都具有良好的跟踪性能。利用MAtLAB/Simulink搭建组合式同相供电的常规控制模型、改进控制模型和基于改进控制策略的半桥四臂模块化多电平电路模型,对交-直型、交-直-交型、混跑3种负载分别进行控制,仿真验证了改进电流控制方法的正确性以及在实际工程实现中的有效性。

HANBIt is a magnetic mirror confinement device. Recent physics experimentshave been mainly focused on identifying discharge characteristics and on getting stable plasmaproduction and operation modes, by using a 500 kW slot antenna system at a fixed RF frequency of 3.5MHz and varying discharge conditions such as fueling rate, RF power, and B-field intensity incentral cell. two distinct operation modes are found to be very sensitive to the RF power as well asthe ratio of the RF frequency to the ion cyclotron frequency. A MHD interchange mode of m = - 1 isclearly observed and the stabilizing mechanism can be explained by the sideband coupling theory.

已有报道指出，急性缺血性卒中患者的肌钙蛋白水平升高。在此项前瞻性研究中，检查244例无明显缺血性心脏病的急性缺血性卒中患者中肌钙蛋白升高的发生率及其特征。在入院的最初5d，每日检测肌钙蛋白t（tnt）和肌酸激酶-MB（CK-MB）浓度并进行12导联心电图检查。对tnt水平≥0．10μg／L的患者进行心肌灌注显影检查，并与tnt未升高的对照者进行比较。患者平均随访19±7个月，以全因死亡为临床终点。分别在10％和9％的患者中检出tnt（〉0．03μg／L）和CK—MB水平（≥10μg／L）升高。tnt升高的患者中心力衰竭和（或）肾衰竭的发生率更高。与对照者相比，tnt水平≥0．10μg／L患者的静息心肌灌注显影检查中灌注异常并不更常见或更显著。

Salicylic Acid Signaling Controls the Maturation and Localization of the Arabidopsis Defense Protein ACCELERAtED CELL DEAtH6

ACCELERAtED CELL DEAtH6 （ACD6） is a multipass membrane protein with an ankyrin domain that acts in a positive feedback loop with the defense signal salicylic acid （SA）. this study implemented biochemical approaches to infer changes in ACD6 complexes and localization. In addition to forming endoplasmic reticulum （ER）- and plasma membrane （PM）-Iocalized complexes, ACD6 forms soluble complexes, where it is bound to cytosolic HSP70, ubiquitinated, and degraded via the proteasome. thus, ACD6 constitutively undergoes ER-associated degradation. During SA signaling, the soluble ACD6 pool decreases, whereas the PM pool increases. Similarly, ACD6-1, an activated version of ACD6 that induces SA, is present at low levels in the soluble fraction and high levels in the PM. However, ACD6 variants with amino acid substitutions in the ankyrin domain form aberrant, inactive complexes, are induced by a SA agonist, but show no PM localization. SA signaling also increases the PM pools of FLAGELLIN SENSING2 （FLS2） and BRI1-ASSOClAtED RECEPtOR KINASE 1 （bak1）. FLS2 forms complexes ACD6; both FLS2 and bak1 require ACD6 for maximal accumulation at the PM in response to SA signaling. A plausible scenario is that SA increases the efficiency of productive folding and/or complex formation in the ER, such that ACD6, together with FLS2 and bak1, reaches the cell surface to more effectively promote immune responses.
