This article shows the quality of services in a wireless swarm of drones that form an ad hoc network between them Fly Ad Hoc Networks(FANET).Each drone has the ability to send and receive information(like a router);and can behave as a hierarchical node whit the intregration of three protocols:Multiprotocol Label Switch(MPLS),Fast Hierarchical Ad Hoc Mobile(FHAM)and Internet Protocol version 6(IPv6),in conclusion MPLS+FHAM+*** metrics analyzed in the FANET are:delay,jitter,throughput,lost and sent packets/*** process was carried out with swarms composed of 10,20,30 and 40 units;In this work,the stage with 40 droneswas analyzed showing registration processes,and sentmessages sequences between different drones that were part of the same swarm.A special analysis about the traffic between drones(end-to-end)was carried out,as well as the possible security flaws in each drone and the current status and future trends in real *** future trends,in a real environment,we took as a starting point,metrics results obtained in the simulation(positive according to the obtained results).These results gave us a clear vision of how the network will behave in a real environment with the aim to carry out the experiment on a physical level in the near *** work also shows the experience quality from the service quality metrics obtained through a mathematical *** quality of experience model will allow us to use it objectively in the agricultural sector,which is a great interest area and is where we are working with *** in this article we show our advances for a business model applied to the aforementioned agricultural sector,as well as the data analysis and services available to the end *** services available to the end customer have been classified into a basic,medium,advanced and plus level.

Effect of nutritional counselling on hepatic,muscle and adipose tissue fat content and distribution in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

AIM： To assess the effectiveness of the current UK clinical practice in reducing hepatic fat （IHCL）.METHOdS： Whole body MRI and IH MRS were obtained, before and after 6 mo nutritional counselling, from liver, soleus and tibialis muscles in 10 subjects with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLd）.RESULTS： A 500 Kcal-restricted diet resulted in an average weight loss of 4% （-3.4 kg,） accompanied by significant reductions in most adipose tissue （AT） depots, including subcutaneous （-9.9%）, abdominal subcutaneous （-10.2%） and intra-abdominal- AT （-11.4%）. Intramyocellular lipids （IMCL） were significantly reduced in the tibialis muscle （-28.2%）. decreases in both IHCL （-39.9%） and soleus IMCL （-12.2%） content were also observed, although these were not significant. Several individuals showed dramatic decreases in IHCL, while others paradoxically showed increases in IHCL content. Changes in body composition were accompanied by improvements in certain liver function tests： serum aspartate aminotransferase （AST） and alanine aminotransferase （ALT）. Significant correlations were found between decreases in IHCL and reductions in both intra-abdominal and abdominal subcutaneous AT. Improvements in liver function tests were associated with reductions in intra-abdominal AT, but not with changes in IHCL. CONCLUSION： This study shows that even a very modest reduction in body weight achieved through lifestyle modification can result in changes in body fat depots and improvements in LETs.

Apparent redox potential discontinuity(aRPd) depth as a relative measure of sediment oxygen content and habitat quality

As hypoxic conditions spread in our oceans,indices that quickly and efficiently assess oxygen content in sediment pore water,and habitat quality are increasingly becoming *** to the apparent redox potential discontinuity(aRPd) in sediment is one such index;however,the relationship between aRPd depth and oxygen content is still *** quantified oxygen content in sediment pore water with a dissolved oxygen(dO) probe,utilizing luminescent technology,to determine how dO concentration varies with depth in the sediment,and with position relative to the aRPd(above versus below) on an intertidal mudflat in the Bay of Fundy,*** on generalized linear regression models,we found that depth in the sediment was a poor predictor of pore water dO concentration,while position in the sediment relative to the aRPd was a good ***,sediment above the aRPd had higher dO content than sediment *** maintain that aRPd depth is a good measure of relative oxygen content in sediment pore water,as well as habitat ***,we recommend caution as the factors that influence aRPd depth arc numerous and variable;therefore,the relationship between aRPd depth and dO content should be experimentally confirmed in any system of interest before aRPd depth is used as an indicator.

Consider a computer assisted trading system in which the needs and the products of the traders are compared by a computer system and the trading proceeds without attaching a dollar price to each commodity. In such a system the computer serves as aii 'intelligent' communication link between traders, enhancing the ability of producers and consumers to exchange goods. In this paper, we examine one computational aspect of such computerized trading schemes:Given a list of trading proposals (each proposal specifying the quantities of the commodities to be traded),how should one arrange the trades so that the maximum number of trades can be made in the market? We show that this maximum trade problem is computationally hard; it is NP-complete (Nondeterministic Polynomial Time Complete). We then describe some related open questions and potential solutions.

Evaluation of atherosclerotic lesions in cholesterol-fed mice during treatment with paclitaxel in lipid nanoparticles： a magnetic resonance imaging study

Cholesterol-core nanoparticles （LdE） have been shown to be recognized by low-density lipoprotein receptors （LdLR） after administration; therefore, LdE is an ideal vehicle to deliver drug with targeting property. Paclitaxel, when incorporated into LdE, promotes atherosclerosis regression with reduced drug toxicity in rabbits through LdLR. Here, we tested whether LdE-paclitaxel could still be effective in reducing diet-induced atherosclerosis in a mouse model without LdLR. Nineteen LdLR knockout male mice were fed 1% cholesterol for 12 weeks. Then, 12 animals received 4-weekly intraperitoneal LdE-paclitaxel （4 mg/kg） while 7 controls received saline solution. On week 12 and 16, in vivo MR/of the aortic roots was performed. Aorta macroscopy was made after euthanasia. Reduction ofatherosclerotic lesions was observed. LdE-paclitaxel treatment resulted in reduction of wall area （14%） and stenosis （22%） by MR/and 33% by macroscopy. Thus, LdE-paclitaxel may produce pharmacological effects through LdE uptake by mechanisms other than LdLR.
