This paper aims to propose an evaluation model specific for anti-money laundering training in *** model was structured taking from some of the most popular training evaluation models proposed in the literature the evaluation levels considered suitable for evaluating anti-money laundering training *** additional evaluation levels are included,which assess possible exposure of training activity to the risks associated with knowledge *** originality of the proposed model lies in the fact that,to the best of the authors’knowledge,to date,there is still no specific model for evaluating anti-money laundering training in *** the limitations of this study is the fact that,for the moment,the proposed model is a in a purely theoretical formulation.
