The in vitro antiprotozoal and cytotoxic activity of the aqueous extract, the 80% methanol extract, and its different soluble fractions and subfractions from Brucea sumatrana seeds were assessed against two Trypanosoma (T. cruzi and T. brucei brucei), Leishmania infantum and chloroquine and pyrimethanine-resistant K1strain of P. falciparum and against MRC-5 cell-lines respectively. Results indicated that the 80% methanol extract showed a cytotoxic effect against MRC-5 cell lines with CC50 value of 0.54 μg/ml. It however exhibited pronounced and non selective activity against T. cruzi (IC50 = 1.52 μg/ml, SI = 0.03) and L. infantum (IC50 = 2.41 μg/ml, SI = 0.22). It however displayed pronounced and selective effect against T. brucei brucei (IC50 2.16) and chloroquine and pyrimethamine-resistant K1 strain of P. falciparum (IC50 2.16). All soluble fractions and subfractions from the partition of the 80% methanol extract were found to exhibit an antiprotozoal activity with IC50 values ranging from T .cruzi, T. b. brucei, L. infantum and chloroquine and pyrimethamine-resistant K1 strain of P. falciparum with IC50 values of 0.33, 81, 81 and >81 respectively. The chloroform soluble fraction rich in alkaloid was cytotoxic against MRC-5 cell lines (CC50 = 27.09 μg/ml) and showed good activity against T. b. brucei (IC50 = 8.36 and SI = 3.24) and moderate activity against T. cruzi, L. infantum and chloroquine-pyrimethane-resistant K1 strain of P. falciparum (20 50 50 = 1.55 and 0.43 μg/ml respectively), they however displayed pronounced antiprotozoal activity against T. cruzi, T. b. brucei and chloroquine and pyrimethamine-resistant K1 strain of P. falciparum with IC50 values ranging from P. falciparum (SI = >6.2 and >1.72 respectively). These extracts however showed good and low activity respectively against L. infantum (IC50 = 24.05 and 6.82 μg/ml respectively).

背景：肥胖患者金属对金属髋关节表面置换术疗效如何，目前尚不清楚。本研究通过比较体重指数≥30患者和体重指数〈30患者的临床疗效，评估体重指数对于金属对金属髋关节表面置换假体生存率的影响。方法：回顾性研究本院所有接受过金属对金属髋关节表面置换术并经两年以上随访的病例。根据患者手术时的体重指数，将这些患者分为研究组（体重指数≥30）、对照组（体重指数〈30）。研究组125例患者（144侧髋关节），平均体重104．6kg，平均体重指数33．4；对照组531例患者（626侧髋关节），平均体重7813kg，平均体重指数25．4。根据UCLA（University of Califomiaat Los Angeles，加州大学洛杉矶分校）评分、Harris髋关节评分、SF-12（ShortForm-12，生活质量12项问卷调查）、并发症发生率、影像学检查以及假体生存率比较两组临床疗效。结果：术后UCLA疼痛、行走评分以及SF-12问卷心理方面评分两组间无显著性差异。然而，研究组UCLA功能评分（9．2）低于对照组（9．6，p=0．001），活动能力评分（7．1）也低于对照组（7．6，p-0．002）。对照组SF-12术后身体方面评分（51．4）明显高于研究组（49．3，p=0．01），术后Harris评分（93．8）也明显高于研究组（90．6，p=0．0003）。研究组2例髋关节（占1．4％）翻修。与之相比，对照组31例髋关节（5．0％）转换成全髋关节置换，其中20例由于股骨假体松动而翻修。研究组髋关节假体5年生存率为98．6％，对照组为93．6％（p=0．0401）。根据体重指数，将所有病例分为〈25、25-29、≥30三组，结果显示随着体重指数增加，相邻两组患者翻修风险减少两倍（p=0．013）。无一例患者发生髋臼假体松动。股骨假体平均直径，研究组为4813mm，对照组为46．8mm（p=0．0001）。27例体重指数≥35的患者，无一例翻修，亦未见X线片上假体周围有透明带改变。结论：尽管关节功能评分较体重指数〈30的患者为低，但金属对金属髋关节表面置换在高体重指数患者中效果满意。这种高体重指数对假体生存率的作用可能源于此类患者往往活动较少以及选用假体型号较大。

以Porj.s水电中心轴流转桨式水轮机U9作为对象，研究了模型与真机间不稳定压力的模拟关系，该关系是研究模型与真机间比尺效应的第一步。由于该电站已经并网运行，首先对机组的运行方式进行研究以得到稳定的试验工况。结果表明，为防止出现压力脉动应使机组U9脱网运行或在控制系统的限制限内运行。在不同负荷下对水轮机高压和低压区进行的瞬态压力测量表明，这两个区域存在不稳定流动，蜗壳和尾水管进口特别突出，在转轮频率为主频时，由于转轮叶片转角不均匀引起流动不稳定。在满负荷下，在尾水管处出现了一个新的主频，该频率可能是由尾水管的不稳定脱流引起的。在尾水管进口用毕托管进行的速度测量也反映了流动的不稳定性。

A new search for two-neutrino double-beta(2vββ) decay of136Xe to the 01+excited state of136Ba is performed with the full EXO-200 dataset.A deep learning-based convolutional neural network is used to discriminate signal from background *** detection efficiency is increased relative to previous searches by EXO-200 by more than a factor of *** the addition of the Phase Ⅱ dataset taken with an upgraded detector,the median 90%confidence level half-life sensitivity of 2vββ decay to the 01+state of136Ba is 2.9 × 1024yr using a total136Xe exposure of 234.1 kg *** statistically significant evidence for 2vββ decay to the 01+state is observed,leading to a lower limit of T1/22v(0+→01+)>1.4×1024yr at 90% confidence level,improved by 70% relative to the current world’s best constraint.

In the present study, sol-gel process is used to synthesize P-doped TiO2 xerogels by the cogelation method of a functionalized P alkoxide, (NH2-(CH2)2-NH-(CH2)2-P(O)-(OC2H5)2) with Ti(OC3H7)4 in either 2-methoxyethanol or isopropanol. The phosphorus-doping improved the thermal stability of titania and decreased the phase transformation of anatase into rutile. This modification by phosphorus shifted the absorption edge of titania to the visible region as proved by Diffuse reflectance measurements, and thus offers the possibility to produce visible light effective TiO2 photocatalyst. The excellent photocatalytic activity of P-doped TiO2 xerogels compared to pure TiO2 could be explained by its high surface area and small TiO2-anatase crystallite size. From these results, it was proved by using three different models that phosphorus intrinsically influences the photocatalytic activity.
