现代显像诊断手段,即CT、超声和磁共振检查应用于临床之前,系根据临床生化检查指标来确定急性胰腺炎的严重程度。常用的临床生化分期法是Kummerle胰腺炎分类法。由于胰腺炎病理解剖与病死率和并发症之间有密切关系,故病理解剖资料以及影像检查结果作为急性胰腺炎客观分期的基础是行之有效的方法。

乌尔姆Ulrich医疗技术公司研制的用于CT的新型造影剂注射器在乌尔姆大学放射学临床中进行了动物试验和临床试用。这种注射器CT-Injektor XD 5500(图1)为电动的并通过微处理器进行控制和监视,适合于所有商用造影剂的机械注射。注射器可无级选择注射速度,从0.1ml/s到10ml/s。注射速度和注射容量可用程序控制,也可根据器官情况用按钮控制。注射器有一组蓄电池,最多用于注射三瓶造影剂,每瓶250ml。通过蓄电池被选定的造影剂量即可自动排出。使用这种方法可对一定数量的病人进行造影剂注射,无需注射后补充。注射泵有一系列安全设备。

High refractive index dielectric nanoantennas strongly modify the decay rate via the Purcell effect through the design of radiative *** to their dielectric nature,the field is mainly confined inside the nanostructure and in the gap,which is hard to probe with scanning probe *** we use single-molecule fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy(smFLIM)to map the decay rate enhancement in dielectric GaP nanoantenna dimers with a median localization precision of 14 *** measure,in the gap of the nanoantenna,decay rates that are almost 30 times larger than on a glass *** comparing experimental results with numerical simulations we show that this large enhancement is essentially radiative,contrary to the case of plasmonic nanoantennas,and therefore has great potential for applications such as quantum optics and biosensing.

There is a growing awareness among industry players of reaping the benefits of mobile-cloud convergence by extending today's unmodified cloud to a decentralized two-level cloud-cloudlet architecture based on emerging mobile-edge computing(MEC) capabilities. In light of future 5G mobile networks moving toward decentralization based on cloudlets, intelligent base stations, and MEC, the inherent distributed processing and storage capabilities of radio-and-fiber(R&F) networks may be exploited for new applications, e.g., cognitive assistance, augmented reality, or cloud robotics. In this paper, we first revisit fiber-wireless(Fi wi) networks in the context of conventional clouds and emerging cloudlets, thereby highlighting the limitations of conventional radio-overfiber(Ro F) networks such as China Mobile's centralized cloud radio access network(C-RAN) to meet the aforementioned trends. Furthermore, we pay close attention to the specific design challenges of data center networks and revisit our switchless arrayedwaveguide grating(AwG) based network with efficient support of east-west flows and enhanced scalability.

The paper introduced the structural applications with PMI (Polymethacrylimide) foams in sandwich components for rotor craft, launching vehicle and civil aircraft and discuss some typically used manufacturing methods, such as e.g. in-mould pressing, autoclave curing and resin infusion. The advantages of foam-cored sandwich design versus honeycomb-cored design will be discussed, focussing on manufacturing costs.

Co-infection with hepatitis C virus and humanimmunodeficiency virus is common in certainpopulations. Among HCV(+) persons, 10 % are alsoHIV (+), and among HIV (+) persons, 25 % are alsoHCV(+). Many studies have shown that in intravenousdrug users, co-infection prevalence can be as high as90-95 %. There is increasing evidence supporting theconcept that people infected with HIV have a muchmore rapid course of their hepatitis C *** of co-infection is often challenging becausehighly active anti-retroviral therapy (HAART) therapyis frequently hepatotoxic, especially in the presence ofHCV. The purpose of this review is to describe theeffects that HIV has on hepatitis C, the effects thathepatitis C has on HIV, and the treatment options inthis challenging population.

Subcellular Distribution of Glutathione Precursors in Arabidopsis thaliana

Glutathione is an important antioxidant and has many important functions in plant development, growth and defense. Glutathione synthesis and degradation is highly compartment-specific and relies on the subcellular availability of its precursors, cysteine, glutamate, glycine and γ-glutamylcysteine especially in plastids and the cytosol which are considered as the main centers for glutathione synthesis. The availability of glutathione precursors within these cell compartments is therefore of great importance for successful plant development and defense. The aim of this study was to investigate the compartmentspecific importance of glutathione precursors in Arabidopsis thaliana. The subcellular distribution was compared between wild type plants （Col-0）, plants with impaired glutathione synthesis （glutathione deficient pad2-1 mutant, wild type plants treated with buthionine sulfoximine）, and one complemented line （OE3） with restored glutathione synthesis. Immunocytohistochemistry revealed that the inhibition of glutathione synthesis induced the accumulation of the glutathione precursors cysteine, glutamate and glycine in most cell compartments including plastids and the cytosol. A strong decrease could be observed in γ-glutamylcysteine （γ-EC） contents in these cell compartments. These experiments demonstrated that the inhibition of γ-glutamylcysteine synthetase （GSH1） - the first enzyme of glutathione synthesis - causes a reduction of γ-EC levels and an accumulation of all other glutathione precursors within the cells.
