dermatomyositis, an idiopathic inflammatory myopathy, is characterized by distinctive skin manifestations, proximal muscle weakness, and multiple organ involvement and can be accompanied by malignancies. To provide a reference for dermatologists and clinicians in other relevant fields of clinical practice, experts from the dermatology Branch of the China International Exchange and promotion Association for m.d.cal and health Care and the National Clinical Research Center for dermatologic and Immunologic diseases developed this consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of adult dermatomyositis using Chinese and international literature and expert advice. © 2024 Wolters Kluwer health. One-neutron stripping process between^(6)Li and^(209)Bi was studied at 28,30,and 34 meV using the in-beamγ-ray spectroscopy ***γ-γcoincident analysis clearly identified twoγ-rays feeding the ground and long-lived isomeric states,which were employed to determine the cross *** one-neutron stripping cross sections were similar to the cross sections of complete fusion in the^(6)Li+^(209)Bi system,but the one-neutron stripping cross sections decreased more gradually at the sub-barrier region.A coupled-reaction-channel calculation was perform.d.to study the detailed reaction mechanism of the one-neutron stripping process in^(6)*** calculations indicated that the first excited state of 5 Li is critical in the actual one-neutron transfer mechanism,and the valence proton of 209Bi can be excited to the low-lying excited state in(^(6)Li,^(5)Li)reaction,unlike in the(d,p)reaction.

Within the past ten years,spark plasma sintering(SpS)has become an increasingly popular process for mg *** the SpS process,interparticle diffusion of compressed particles is rapidly achieved due to the concept of Joule *** to traditional and additive manufacturing(Am)techniques,SpS gives unique control of the structural and microstructural features of mg *** doing so,their mechanical,tribological,and corrosion properties can be *** great advancements in this field have been m.d.,these pieces of knowledge are scattered and have not been contextualized into a single *** motivation of this work is to address this scientific gap and to provide a groundwork for understanding the basics of SpS manufacturing for *** do so,the existing body of SpS mg literature was first surveyed,with a focus on their structural formation and degradation *** was found that successful mg SpS fabrication highly depended on the processing temperature,particle size,and particle *** addition of metal and ceramic composites also affected their microstructural features due to the Zener pinning *** degradative environments,their performance depends on their structural features and whether they have secondary phased *** industrial applications,SpS'd mg was found to have great potential in biom.d.cal,hydrogen storage,battery,automotive,and recycling *** prospects to advance the field include using mg as a doping agent for crystallite size refinement and using bulk metallic mg-based glass powders for amorphous SpS *** these findings,the interactions of multi-composites on the processing-structure-property relationships of SpS mg is not well *** total,this work will provide a useful direction in the SpS field and serve as a milestone for future mg-based SpS manufacturing.

harnessing the frequency dimension in integrated photonics offers key advantages in terms of scalability, noise resilience, parallelization, and compatibility with telecom multiplexing *** ring resonators have been used to generate frequency-entangled states through spontaneous four-wave mixing. however, state-of-the-art integrated resonators are limited by trade-offs among size,spectral separation, and efficient photon pair generation. We have developed silicon ring resonators with a footprint below 0.05 mm2providing more than 70 frequency channels separated by 21 Ghz. We exploit the narrow frequency separation to parallelize and independently control 34 single qubit-gates with a single set of three off-the-shelf electro-optic devices. We fully characterize 17 frequency-bin maximally entangled qubit pairs by performing quantum state tomography. We demonstrate for the first time, we believe, a fully connected five-user quantum network in the frequency domain. These results are a step towards a generation of quantum circuits implemented with scalable silicon photonics technology, for applications in quantum computing and secure communications.

Abalone shell-derived mg-doped mesoporous hydroxyapatite microsphere drug delivery system loaded with icariin for inducing apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells

hydroxyapatite (hAp) porous microspheres with very high specific surface area and drug loading capacity, as well as excellent biocompatibility, have been widely used in tumour therapy. mg2+ is considered to be a key factor in bone regeneration, acting as an active agent to stimulate bone and cartilage formation, and is effective in accelerating cell migration and promoting angiogenesis, which is essential for bone tissue repair, anti-cancer, and anti-infection. In this study, abalone shells from a variety of sources were used as raw materials, and mg2+-doped abalone shell-derived mesoporous hAp microspheres (mg-hAp) were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis as mg2+/icariin smart dual delivery system (ICA-mg-hAp, ImhA). With increasing of mg2+ doping, the surface morphology of hAp microspheres varied from collapsed macroporous to mesoporous to smooth and non-porous, which may be due to mg2+ substitution or coordination in the hAp lattice. At 30% mg2+ doping, the mg-hAp microspheres showed a more homogeneous mesoporous morphology with a high specific surface area (186.06 m2/g). The ImhA microspheres showed high drug loading (7.69%) and encapsulation rate (83.29%), sustained mg2+ release for more than 27 days, sustained and stable release of icariin for 60 hours, and good responsiveness to ph (ph 6.4 > ph 5.6). In addition, the ImhA delivery system stimulated the rapid proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and induced apoptosis in mG63 cells by blocking the G2 phase cycle of osteosarcoma cells and stimulating the high expression of apoptotic genes (Bcl-2, caspase-3,-8,-9). This suggests that the abalone shell-based ImhA may have potential applications in drug delivery and tumour therapy. © 2024, Chinese m.d.cal multim.d.a press Co Ltd. All rights reserved.
