A search for the doubly charmed baryon ?cc+with the decay mode ?cc+→Ξc+K-π+is performed using proton-proton collision data at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV collected by the LHCb experiment from 2016 to 2018, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb-1. No significant signal is observed within the invariant mass range of 3.6 to 4.0 GeV/c2. Upper limits are set on the ratio R of the production cross-section times the total branching fraction of the ?cc+→Ξc+K-π+decay with respect to the Ξcc++→Λc+K-π+π+decay. Upper limits at 95% credibility level for R in the range 0.005 to 0.11 are obtained for diferent hypotheses on the ?cc+mass and lifetime in the rapidity range from 2.0 to 4.5 and transverse momentum range from 4 to 15 GeV/c.

背景有少量的病例研究提倡静脉输注丙泊酚来治疗慢性每日头痛（chronicdailyheadache；CDH），然而，尚无该疗法的随机对照试验。在本随机双盲对照试验中，我们的目的是观察单剂量的静脉丙泊酚输注（2．4mg＆g）能否显著降低CDH患者临床不适及接下来30天的疼痛。方法符合标准的CDH成人患者，分别静脉输注丙泊酚（n=20）或安慰剂咪达唑仑（n=20）对照组。主要的结果评估包括：①治疗30天后头痛失劳动力调查评分（HeadacheDisabilityInventory；HDI）；②头痛指数（HeadacheIndex，HI），治疗期间30天的头痛强度总评估；③采用用药量化评分表（MedicationQuantificationScale，第1II版）评估镇痛药消耗量。结果输注丙泊酚30天后，HDI降低了9．47点（标准差14．1）（P=0．009），但是其降低程度比认为头痛相关失劳动力调查指数（HDI）有临床意义的降低程度更小。与对照组相比，HDI无显著统计差异。在降低平均头痛强度（用头痛指数评估）或用药量化表（MedicationQuantification Scale）（第111版）方便，组内及两组间无统计学差异。结论单剂量的丙泊酚静脉输注（2．4mg/kg）产生了有统计学意义的变化，但是在输注药物后30天CDH失劳动力方面的改变无临床意义。丙泊酚也不能减轻头痛强度和减少镇痛药的应用。本研究不支持静脉输注丙泊酚临床治疗CDH。

Patches of ionization are common in the polar ionosphere where their motion and associated density gradients give variable disturbances to High Frequency(HF)radio communications,over-the-horizon radar location errors,and disruption and errors to satellite navigation and *** formation and evolution are poorly understood,particularly under disturbed space weather *** report direct observations of the full evolution of patches during a geomagnetic storm,including formation,polar cap entry,transpolar evolution,polar cap exit,and sunward return *** observations show that modulation of nightside reconnection in the substorm cycle of the magnetosphere helps form the gaps between patches where steady convection would give a"tongue"of ionization(TOI).

Human intravenous immune globulin(IVIg),a purified IgG fraction composed of~60%IgG1 and obtained from the pooled plasma of thousands of donors,is clinically used for a wide range of *** biological actions of IVIg are incompletely understood and have been attributed both to the polyclonal antibodies therein and also to their IgG(IgG)Fc ***,we demonstrated that multiple therapeutic human IgG1 antibodies suppress angiogenesis in a target-independent manner via FcγRI,a high-affinity receptor for *** we show that IVIg possesses similar anti-angiogenic activity and inhibited blood vessel growth in five different mouse models of prevalent human diseases,namely,neovascular age-related macular degeneration,corneal neovascularization,colorectal cancer,fibrosarcoma and peripheral arterial ischemic *** was mediated by the Fc region of IVIg,required FcγRI and had similar potency in transgenic mice expressing human Fcγ***,IVIg therapy administered to humans for the treatment of inflammatory or autoimmune diseases reduced kidney and muscle blood vessel *** data place IVIg,an agent approved by the US Food and Drug Administration,as a novel angioinhibitory drug in doses that are currently administered in the clinical *** addition,they raise the possibility of an unintended effect of IVIg on blood vessels.
