四川盆地东北部罗家寨气田具有高含H_2S、高压、高产等特点,钻井过程中面临喷、漏、塌、卡、斜、硬、毒等难题。为此,以高含硫气井安全高效钻完井为目标,将目前先进的钻完井工艺技术进行了技术集成应用;按照国际一流水准的HSE管理体系要求,充分利用JSA、BBS卡、PTW、SWA、上锁挂签等安全工具.对各个专业化施工单位进行安全、环境及质量的全过程受控管理,真正做到界面清晰、衔接有序、高效运作。现场应用效果表明:①合成基钻井液完全满足本区域高含硫气井钻井要求;②PDC+旋转导向+随钻测井测斜+循环堵漏短节配套井下工具能满足高钻速、井眼轨迹优质、精控钻井液密度、及时应对堵漏等要求,且能钻达固井井深即可下套管;③采用封隔式尾管悬挂器为主体的防气窜配套工艺技术,配合使用弹性水泥浆体系,成功解决了喇叭口窜气问题,完全满足了后续作业对井筒完整性的要求;④LJ20井钻井周期较该气田平均钻井周期缩短了20%,平均机械钻速提高了41%.创造了该地区钻井的新纪录。所形成的钻完井配套技术可以有效地指导类似地区高含硫气田的安全高效开发。

The following inverse problem is solved—given the eigenvalues and the potential b(n) for a difference boundary value problem with quadratic dependence on the eigenparameter, λ, the weights c(n) can be uniquely reconstructed. The investi-gation is inductive on m where represents the number of unit intervals and the results obtained depend on the specific form of the given boundary conditions. This paper is a sequel to [1] which provided an algorithm for the solution of an analogous inverse problem, where the eigenvalues and weights were given and the potential was uniquely reconstructed. Since the inverse problem considered in this paper contains more unknowns than the inverse problem considered in [1], an additional spectrum is required more often than was the case in [1].

Background: Retention of fetal bones is a rare cause of abnormal uterine bleeding. Others may present as subfertility, chronic pelvic pain, abnormal vaginal discharge, menometrorrhagia, dysmenorrhea and spontaneous expulsion of bony fragments. incidence is 0.26% among patients undergoing hysteroscopy. Aim: To document a pattern of presentation of retained fetal bone and its management. Case Presentation: Our patient is an 18-year old who presented with vaginal bleeding of four weeks duration and managed for abnormal uterine bleeding due to retained fetal bone following second trimester abortion. Conclusion: The use of transvaginal ultrasound in making diagnosis of retained fetal bone is effective. Treatment by removal of bones through evacuation by dilatation and curettage or hysteroscopy brings about resolution of symptoms. Use of pelvic ultrasonography to confirm complete evacuation of the uterus after abortion especially second trimester abortion could aid in early diagnosis and management of incomplete abortion.

Endothelium,acting as a barrier,protects tissues against factors that provoke insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes and itself responds to the insult of insulin resistance inducers with altered *** insulin resistance and vascular dysfunction occur early in the evolution of insulin resistance-related disease,can co-exist with and even contribute to the development of metabolic insulin resistance,and promote vascular complications in those *** impact of endothelial insulin resistance and vascular dysfunction varies depending on the blood vessel size and location,resulting in decreased arterial plasticity,increased atherosclerosis and vascular resistance,and decreased tissue *** with insulin resistance and diabetes are disproportionately impacted by cardiovascular disease,likely related to differential sex-hormone endothelium ***,reducing endothelial insulin resistance and improving endothelial function in the conduit arteries may reduce atherosclerotic complications,in the resistance arteries lead to better blood pressure control,and in the microvasculature lead to less microvascular complications and more effective tissue *** diabetes therapeutic modalities,including medications and exercise training,improve endothelial insulin action and vascular *** action may delay the onset of type 2 diabetes and/or its complications,making the vascular endothelium an attractive therapeutic target for type 2 diabetes and potentially type 1 diabetes.

Purpose:Educational approaches that advocate“well-being,”the“whole child,”“social and emotional learning,”“character,”and the like emphasize human development beyond the acquisition of knowledge and *** approaches vary widely in their views of human nature,their visions of a good life,and their prescriptions for educational *** article maps out heterogeneous contemporary approaches to“well-being”and related constructs,thereby allowing researchers,educators,and policymakers to understand the divergent assumptions made by the proliferating approaches to education that go beyond ***/Approach/Methods:This article presents results from a 2-year project,which included interviews with advocates of different approaches and review of key literature about eleven educational approaches to“well-being,”the“whole child,”“social and emotional learning,”“character,”and similar noncognitive ***:The article argues that any educational approach to“well-being”and related constructs must respond to four questions:whether humans are bundles of discrete competencies or integrated wholes,what the appropriate relation is between individuals and society,the relative importance of instrumental and intrinsic goals,and the importance of an overarching purpose for one’s *** analysis reviews how eleven contemporary approaches address these four ***/Value:Despite the global proliferation of divergent approaches to“well-being,”the“whole child,”“social and emotional learning,”“character,”and related constructs in education,there are no comprehensive frameworks for understanding the alternatives and their key *** article organizes the globally proliferating educational movements that promote“well-being,”making sense of a confusing set of *** also argue that any comprehensive approach to education that goes beyond academics must consider the four questions that we identify.

Background:Reproducing populations of invasive carps(Hypophthalmichthys spp.)could alter aquatic food webs and negatively afect native fshes in the Mississippi National River and Recreation Area(MiSS)and the *** National Scenic Riverway(SACN).However,proposed invasive carp barriers may also threaten populations of native migratory fshes by preventing movements of fsh between rivers that are necessary for life history *** this study,nonlethal chemical techniques were used to provide baseline data related to the condition,trophic position,and migratory histories of lake sturgeon(Acipenser fulvescens)captured in the Mississippi and *** ***:Fish length and weight measurements and age estimates determined from pectoral fn rays demonstrated that lake sturgeon from the Mississippi River had greater lengths-at-age compared to sturgeon from the *** ***,length–weight relations were similar for sturgeon from the Mississippi and *** *** sturgeon captured from diferent locations had distinguishable fatty acid signatures,and stable isotope analyses demonstrated that lake sturgeon from the Mississippi River generally feed at a higher trophic level than those in the *** ***-to-calcium ratios(Sr:Ca)from fn ray cross sections indicated that sturgeon captured from the Mississippi River had higher Sr:Ca values than sturgeon captured from the *** River,and natal origins and capture locations were not signifcantly diferent among sturgeon captured within individual *** sturgeon were captured in water with a similar Sr:Ca signature as their natal waters,indicating that there is some separation between populations of lake sturgeon in the *** and Mississippi ***,Sr:Ca data indicated substantial variation in movement patterns among individual lake sturgeon,indicating that populations interact through migrations of individual fsh between ***:Study results provide baseline c
