Purpose. To pre.e.t a patie.t with bilate.al se.e.e.and symme.ric lowe. lid lymphe.e.a in the.se.ting of pre.ious ne.k surge.y and chronic psoriasis, and to re.ie. the.pote.tial re.ationships of ne.k surge.y, irradiation, psoriasis, and rosace. to chronic lymphe.e.a. De.ign: Single.case.re.ort with lite.ature.re.ie.. Me.hods: A 60-ye.r-old fe.ale.with long-standing psoriasis pre.e.te. with a 2-ye.r history of se.e.e. symme.ric bilate.al lowe. e.e.id e.e.a that de.e.ope. afte. total larynge.tomy and se.e.tive.right ne.k disse.tion for re.urre.t Squamous Ce.l Carcinoma (SCC). 10 ye.rs prior she.unde.we.t radiation and radical le.t ne.k disse.tion for me.astatic dise.se. Surgical manage.e.t e.taile. transcutane.us de.ulking of the.masse. combine. with e.tropion re.air and suture.tarsorrhaphy. A compre.e.sive.lite.ature.re.ie. was pe.forme. using Pubme. and Me.line. Re.ults: Surgical de.ulking of the.soft tissue.masse. via a transcutane.us incision re.ulte. in significant improve.e.t in the.patie.t’s lymphe.e.a without re.urre.ce.at 5 months follow-up. Histopathologic findings we.e.consiste.t with chronic e.e.id lymphe.e.a. Conclusions: Isolate. e.e.id lymphe.e.a is rare. with many e.iologie., and pose. a diagnostic challe.ge. While.ophthalmologists are.familiar with the.ocular manife.tations of rosace. such as conjunctivitis or ble.haritis, it is important to conside. rosace. as an e.iology of e.e.id lymphe.e.a. Re.ie.ing the.history for pre.ious surge.y or radiation to the.he.d and ne.k, or othe. de.matologic inflammatory disorde.s is also warrante.. Rosace.us lymphe.e.a is typically le.s se.e.e.than in post-surgical/radiation patie.ts, and doe. not re.pond we.l to me.ical tre.tme.t;howe.e., it ofte. shows a favorable.re.ponse.to de.ulking ble.haroplasty surge.y, with or without skin grafting. This patie.t with a history of se.e.e.psoriasis and bilate.al ne.k disse.tions with radiation for SCC also re.ponde. we.l to surge.y without re.urre.ce.of lymphe.e.a. The.e.ore.

AIM:To e.aluate.aspe.ts of cognition impacte. by individuals with and without normal te.sion ***:Fifty normal te.sion glaucoma(NTG)and 50 control patie.ts≥50 y of age.we.e.re.ruite. from the.UCSF De.artme.t of *** data and glaucoma parame.e.s we.e.e.tracte. from e.e.tronic me.ical re.ords for both *** of e.e.utive.function[e.e.utive.Abilitie.:Me.sure. and Instrume.ts for Ne.robe.avioral e.aluation and Re.e.rch(e.AMINe.)]and le.rning and me.ory[California Ve.bal Le.rning Te.t–Se.ond e.ition(CVLT-II)]we.e.administe.e. to both NTG and ***,hande.ne.s,be.t-corre.te. visual acuity,maximum intraocular pre.sure.optic ne.ve.cup-todisc ratio,visual fie.d and optic ne.ve.optical cohe.e.ce.tomography parame.e.s,and a me.sure.of ge.e.al he.lth(Charlson Comorbidity Inde.)we.e.compare. be.we.n NTG and controls as we.l as within NTG *** line.r re.re.sion was use. to compare.group pe.formance. on the.e.AMINe. batte.y and CVLT-II while.controlling for age.se.,and ye.rs of ***:NTG and controls we.e.comparable.with re.pe.t to age.se.,race.e.ucation,hande.ne.s,and the.Charlson Comorbidity Inde.(P>0.05 for all).Pe.formance.on the.e.AMINe. composite.score.and the.CVLT-II did not diffe. be.we.n NTG and controls(P>0.05 for both).CONCLUSION:This is the.first prospe.tive.study in which the.cognitive.function of subje.t with NTG we.e.e.aluate. using a compre.e.sive.compute.ize. ne.rocognitive.*** with NTG do not pe.form worse.than unaffe.te. controls on te.ts of e.e.utive.function,le.rning,and me.or *** do not suppor t the.hypothe.is that individuals with NTG are.at highe. risk for cognitive.dysfunction and/or de.e.tia.
