单髁膝关节置换是治疗前内侧骨性关节炎的一种选择。与全膝置换术相比,单髁膝关节置换术具有更好的活动度、更好的功能恢复和更少的并发症等优势。但是单髁膝关节置换术翻修率更高。目前应用的单髁假体中,活动平台与固定平台没有显著差别,骨水泥与非骨水泥固定没有显著差别。采用计算机辅助手术可以提高假体安放位置的准确率,但是远期结果与传统手工手术没有差别。
