Objective: To assess the effectiveness of the created program in enhancing the knowledge of emergency room (ER) nurses in the emergency management of cardiovascular diseases (CVD). Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest research design to identify the knowledge and skills of emergency department (ED) nurses in managing CVD. There were 16 participants in this study. The mean, standard deviation (SD), and t-test were used to analyze the data. Results: Before the participants undergo the program, they have a mean (SD) score of 17.63 (5.19). After the completion of the didactic part of the program, they garnered a mean (SD) score of 19.94 (5.22). Moreover, after completion of the practicum part of the program, the mean (SD) score was 21.94 (5.04). Comparing the scores before the program and after finishing the didactic part of the program, the t-test scored (t (15) = -3.87, P = 0.001). Further, comparing the scores before the program and after finishing the didactic and practicum parts of the program, the t-test scored (t (15) = -5.57, P = 0.001). Conclusions: Based on the study’s results, the researchers conclude that the respondents had acceptable knowledge regarding the emergency management of CVD before the program. However, the Cardiac Enhancement Program for Emergency Cardiac Care boosted their knowledge. Also, the program is effective in enhancing the participants’ knowledge of the emergency management of CVD.

In this review article, we give a brief overview of heavy fermions, which are prototype examples of strongly correlated electron systems. We introduce the application of physical pressure in heavy fermion systems to construct their pressure phase diagrams and to study the close relationship between superconductivity（SC） and other electronic instabilities, such as antiferromagnetism（AFM）, ferromagnetism（FM）, and valence transitions. Field-angle dependent heat capacity and point-contact spectroscopic measurements under pressure are taken as examples to illustrate their ability to investigate novel physical properties of the emergent electronic states.

The novel cyclic phosphate-phosphqnates,cis/trans-2-phosp dimethyl-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane 2-sulfides(selenides) (7a-f),were synthesized by a one-pot reaction using tris(diethviamino)phosphine activated by iodine as the phosphorylating and ring-closing reagent in good overall yields. The geometric stereoisomers were isolated and characterized. A cis-configuration and a chair preferred conformation of one isomer of 7b were established by X-ray diffraction analysis.

Aggregation-induced emission(AIE)is a phenomenon where a molecule that is weakly or non-luminescent in a diluted solution becomes highly emissive when *** luminogens(AIEgens)hold promise in diverse applications like bioimaging,chemical sensing,and *** in AIE luminescence is also critical for understanding aggregation kinetics as the aggregation process is an essential component of AIE *** investigation of AIEgen aggregation is challenging due to the fast timescale of the aggregation and the amorphous aggregate *** simulations such as molecular dynamics(MD)simulation provide a valuable approach to complement experiments with atomic-level knowledge to study the fast dynamics of aggregation ***,individual simulations still struggle to systematically elucidate heterogeneous kinetics of the formation of amorphous AIEgen *** network models(KNMs),constructed from an ensemble of MD simulations,hold great potential in addressing this *** these models,dynamic processes are modeled as a series ofMarkovian transitions occurring among metastable conformational states at discrete time *** this perspective article,we first review previous studies to characterize the AIEgen aggregation kinetics and their *** then introduce KNMs as a promising approach to elucidate the complex kinetics of aggregations to address these *** importantly,we discuss our perspective on linking the output of KNMs to experimental observations of time-resolved AIE *** expect that this approach can validate the computational predictions and provide great insights into the aggregation kinetics for AIEgen *** insights will facilitate the rational design of improved AIEgens in their applications in biology and materials sciences.
