AIM to critically evaluate previous scientific evidence on Fusobacterium's role in colorectal neoplasia *** two independent investigators systematically reviewed all original scientific articles published between January,2000,and July,2017,using Pub Med,EMBASE,and MEDLINE. A total of 355 articles were screened at the abstract level. Of these,only original scientific human,animal,and in vitro studies investigating Fusobacterium and its relationship with colorectal cancer(CRC) were included in the analysis. Abstracts,review articles,studies investigating other colonic diseases,and studies written in other languages than English were excluded from our analysis. Ninety articles were included after removing duplicates,resolving disagreements between the two reviewers,and applying the above *** Studies have consistently identified positive associations between Fusobacterium,especially Fusobacterium nucleatum(F. nucleatum),and CRC. Stronger associations were seen in CRCs proximal to the splenic flexure and Cp G island methylator phenotype(CIMP)-high CRCs. there was evidence of temporality and a biological gradient,with increased F. nucleatum DNA detection and quantity along the traditional adenoma-carcinoma sequence and in CIMP-high CRC precursors. Diet may have a differential impact on colonic F. nucleatum enrichment;evidence suggests that high fiber diet may reduce the risk of a subset of CRCs that are F. nucleatum DNA-positive. Data also suggest shorter CRC and disease-specific survival with increased amount of F. nucleatum DNA in CRC tissue. the pathophysiology of enrichment of F. nucleatum and other Fusobacterium species in colonic tissue is unclear;however,the virulence factors and changes to the local colonic environment with disruption of the protective mucus layer may contribute. the presence of a host lectin(Gal-Gal NAc) in the colonic epithelium may also mediate F. nucleatum attachment to CRC and precursors through interaction with a

Background:Inbreeding in seed orchards is expected to increase with the advancement of breeding cycles,which results in the delivery of crops with suboptimal genetic gain,reduced genetic diversity,and lower seed ***,a genetic distance-dependent method for clonal spatial deployment in seed orchards was developed and demonstrated,which reduced the inbreeding *** method’s main evaluation parameter of inbreeding is the genetic distance among individuals and the deployment method used an improved adaptive parallel genetic algorithm(IAPGA)based on Python *** inbreeding-prone Chinese Mongolian pine breeding population material originating from a single natural population,the proposed method was compared to a traditional orchard design and a distance-based design;namely,complete randomized block(RCB)and optimum neighborhood(ONA)designs,***:With the advancement of selective breeding cycles,group separation among orchard related individuals is expected to *** on the genetic distance among individuals,the IAPGA design was superior in significantly reducing the inbreeding level as compared to the two existing designs,confirming its suitability to advanced-generation orchards where relatedness among parents is *** the 1st,2nd,and mixed generations clonal deployment schemes,the IAPGA design produced lower inbreeding with 87.22%,81.49%,and 87.23%of RCB,and 92.78%,91.30%,and 91.67%of ONA designs,***:the IAPGA clonal deployment proposed in this study has the obvious advantage of controlling inbreeding,and it is expected to be used in clonal deployment in seed orchards on a *** studies are needed to focus on the actual states of pollen dispersal and mating in seed orchards,and more assumptions should be taken into account for the optimized deployment method.

Sulfide minerals are found in porous media in both aerobic and anaerobic environments, they should have a high affinities for certain metals. the relative binding affinities and reaction processes for 10 metal/metalloid ions reacting with four sulfide mineral surfaces has been *** order of reactivity is chalcocite > pyrite > galena >> sphalerite. For any particular metal and mineral, the greater reactivity occurs in the single-ion metal system except Ag(I) on pyrite and Cu(II) on *** precipitation and adsorption reaction can decrease metal ion mobility on porous media, the order of metal mobility in the presence of the four sulfide minerals is predicted to be: Zn(II), Cd(II) and Ni(II) - mobile; Cu(II), Pb(II), Fe(III), As(III) and Cr(III) - variable mobility and Ag(I) - ***1 predictions on metal phase distribution / partitioning compared quite well with those observed experimentally. Solubility product considerations, intrinsic acidity constant of the mineral, EH, pH and the carbonate equilibrium are major factors controlling the phase distribution of metals reacting singularly or in combination with sulfide mineral surfaces.

Batch adsorption experiment with four sulfide minerals - Chalcocite galena, pyrite and sphalerite - were used to study for the adsorption and desorp-tion behavior of La (III) in the presence of EDtA, a model humic matter. Linear adsorption was found in all *** presence of soluble organic complexing ligand should reduce the mobility of La (III) in porous media and its transport to groundwater in the percolating soil solution. Binding mechanism is proposed to account for this preferential binding behavior.

the spread of SARS-CoV-2 as an emerging novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) had progressed as a worldwide pandemic since the end of 2019. COVID-19 affects firstly lungs tissues which are known for their very slow regeneration. Afterwards, enormous cytokine stimulation occurs in the infected cells immediately after a lung infection which necessitates good management to save patients. Exosomes are extracellular vesicles of nanometric size released by reticulocytes on maturation and are known to mediate intercellular communications. the exosomal cargo serves as biomarkers in diagnosing various diseases;moreover, exosomes could be employed as nanocarriers in drug delivery systems. Exosomes look promising to combat the current pandemic since they contribute to the immune response against several viral pathogens. Many studies have proved the potential of using exosomes either as viral elements or host systems that acquire immune-stimulatory effects and could be used as a vaccine or drug delivery tool. It is essential to stop viral replication, prevent and reverse the massive storm of cytokine that worsens the infected patients’ situations for the management of COVID-19. the main benefits of exosomes could be;no cells will be introduced, no chance of mutation, lack of immunogenicity and the damaged genetic material that could negatively affect the recipient is avoided. Additionally, it was found that exosomes are static with no ability for in vivo reproduction. the current review article discusses the possibilities of using exosomes for detecting novel coronavirus and summarizes state of the art concerning the clinical trials initiated for examining the use of COVID-19 specific t cells derived exosomes and mesenchymal stem cells derived exosomes in managing COVID-19.

We present a novel method for the solution of the diffusion equation on a composite AMR mesh. this approach is suitable for including diffusion based physics modules to hydrocodes that support ALE and AMR capabilities. to illustrate, we proffer our implementations of diffu- sion based radiation transport and heat conduction in a hydrocode called ALE-AMR. Numerical experiments conducted with the diffusion solver and associated physics packages yield 2nd order convergence in the L2 norm.

Bisphenylene orthocarbonate （Ⅱ） was synthesized by the reaction of dicopper catecholate with carbon tetrachloride, and underwent cationic ring-opening polymerization with the introduction of phenyl group into the main chain. the obtained polymer with ester and ether group was verified by IR and1H NMR spectra. Based on the analysis of the polymer structures, the polymerization mechanism was proposed. Its tmand t?are 254℃and 160℃respectively. No decomposition of the polymer was observed below 320℃. the volume expansion property of the monomer during polymerization was studied by measuring the density difference between Ⅰand its polymer at various temperatures.
