Objective The occurrence of chickenpox in rapidly developing areas poses substantial seasonal risk to ***,certain factors influencing local chickenpox outbreaks have not been ***,we examined the relationship between spatial clustering,heterogeneity of chickenpox outbreaks,and socioeconomic factors in Southern *** We assessed chickenpox outbreak data from Southern China between 2006 and 2021,comprising both relatively fast-growing parts and slower sub-regions,and provides a representative sample of many developing *** analyzed the spatial clustering attributes associated with chickenpox outbreaks using Moran’s I and local indicators of spatial association and quantified their socioeconomic determinants using Geodetector q *** There were significant spatial heterogeneity in the risk of chickenpox outbreaks,with strong correlations between chickenpox risk and various factors,particularly demographics and living ***,interactive effects among specific are factors,such as population density and per capita residential building area,percentage of households with toilets,percentage of rental housing,exhibited q statistics of 0.28,0.25,and 0.24,*** This study provides valuable insights into the spatial dynamics of chickenpox outbreaks in rapidly developing regions,revealing the socioeconomic factors affecting disease *** implications extend the formulation of effective public health strategies and interventions to prevent and control chickenpox outbreaks in similar global contexts.

Developing high-performance aqueous Zn-ion batteries from sustainable biomass becomes increasingly vital for large-scale energy storage in the foreseeable ***,γ-MnO_(2) uniformly loaded on N-doped carbon derived from grapefruit peel is successfully fabricated in this work,and particularly the composite cathode with carbon carrier quality percentage of 20 wt%delivers the specific capacity of 391.2 mAh g^(−1)at 0.1 A g^(−1),outstanding cyclic stability of 92.17%after 3000 cycles at 5 A g^(−1),and remarkable energy density of 553.12 Wh kg^(−1) together with superior coulombic efficiency of~100%.Additionally,the cathodic biosafety is further explored specifically through in vitro cell toxicity experiments,which verifies its tremendous potential in the application of clinical ***,Zinc ion energy storage mechanism of the cathode is mainly discussed from the aspects of Jahn–Teller effect and Mn domains distribution combined with theoretical analysis and experimental ***,a novel perspective of the conversion from biomass waste to biocompatible Mn-based cathode is successfully developed.

Introduction:Traditional methods for determining radiation dose in nuclear medicine include the Monte Carlo method,the discrete ordinate method,and the point kernel integration *** study presents a new mathematical model for predicting the radiation dose rate in the vicinity of nuclear medicine ***:A new algorithm was created by combining the physical model of“cylinder superposition”of the human body with integral analysis to assess the radiation dose rate in the vicinity of nuclear medicine ***:The model accurately predicted radiation dose rates within distances of 0.1–3.0 m,with a deviation of less than 11%compared to observed *** model demonstrated greater accuracy at shorter distances from the radiation source,with a deviation of only 1.55%from observed values at 0.1 ***:The model proposed in this study effectively represents the spatial and temporal distribution of the radiation field around nuclear medicine patients and demonstrates good agreement with actual *** model has the potential to serve as a radiation dose rate alert system in hospital environments.

研究了奥氏体不锈钢TP347H和Sanicro25在700℃、5 MPa高温水蒸气环境中的氧化行为,氧化1000 h后采用增重法和厚度法获得2种合金的氧化动力学规律,利用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了氧化物的形貌和元素分布,利用X射线衍射仪对样品表面氧化物进行物相分析。结果表明:2种合金的氧化动力学行为基本符合抛物线规律,氧化物的形成和剥落均分为6个阶段,Sanicro25样品的抗蒸汽氧化性能优于TP347H样品;TP347H氧化膜外层主要是Fe_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(3)O_(4),内层主要是(Fe,Cr)_(3)O_(4);Sanicro25氧化膜外层主要是Fe_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(3)O_(4),内层主要是(Fe,Cr)_(3)O_(4)和Cr_(2)O_(3)。

面临内外部环境双重压力,建设具有韧性的区域经济体系,对我国构建新发展格局和实现第二个百年奋斗目标具有重要意义。本文测度我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)的经济韧性,采用shift-share方法将其进一步分解为产业结构偏离分量和区域竞争力偏离分量,并通过三次产业分解分析经济韧性的决定因素。研究发现:1997-2022年我国区域经济韧性整体呈先下降后上升的趋势,但在不同时期区域经济韧性表现差异明显;在经济冲击中,产业的竞争力对提高区域经济韧性发挥主要作用;由于发展阶段和冲击类型的差异,不同时期各产业竞争力对区域经济韧性的影响不同。基于此,应全面提升区域竞争力、促进制造业转型升级、构建优质高效的服务业新体系,从而提升我国区域经济韧性。

目的比较孤立性胼胝体压部梗死与可逆性胼胝体压部病变综合征(RESLES)患者的临床及磁共振成像(MRI)特点。方法回顾性分析北京老年医院神经内科从2018年12月至2022年11月12例临床诊断为孤立性胼胝体压部脑梗死患者13例及12例RESLES患者的临床资料、影像学特点及随访结果。结果脑梗死组患者年龄大于RESLES组[脑梗死组(67.6±9.2)岁,RESLES组(23.2±17.8)岁],脑梗死组患者均合并1~3个脑血管病危险因素。两组患者影像学均表现为T2加权成像(T2WI)高信号、液体衰减反转恢复(FLAIR)序列高信号、扩散加权成像(DWI)序列高信号,T1加权成像(T1WI)及表观扩散系数(ADC)序列低信号。脑梗死组患者的梗死部位多位于偏侧(1例病灶位于双侧胼胝体,12例病灶位于偏侧),病灶呈点片状;其中,9例患者完成随访,随访期间T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR序列及ADC序列的病灶不消失,1例患者卒中复发。而RESLES组患者的病灶均位于胼胝体中线部位,病灶呈圆形、椭圆形及回旋镖形;所有患者均完成随访,随访期间病灶均表现为减淡或消失。结论脑梗死和RESLES均可导致孤立性胼胝体压部病变,两组疾病患者的危险因素,影像学病灶位置、形态及随访期病灶特点的改变均有助于鉴别诊断。

目的探讨“垂钓式”子宫悬吊联合阴道荷包缝合包埋宫颈的改良腹腔镜广泛性子宫切除术的安全性及有效性。方法回顾性分析2021年10月~2023年8月82例Querleu-Morrow分型C2型广泛性子宫切除术资料,其中36例腹腔镜手术(腹腔镜组),46例开放手术(开放组)。腹腔镜组采用“垂钓式”子宫悬吊避免使用举宫杯,阴道荷包缝合包埋宫颈后切开阴道壁。比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、并发症、病理切缘阳性率及复发率。结果腹腔镜组术中出血量、术后住院时间明显少于开放组[40(30~130)ml vs.80(20~300)ml,Z=-4.057,P=0.000;8.5(5~24)d vs.10(5~26)d,Z=-2.975,P=0.003];2组手术时间、并发症发生率、淋巴结切除个数、切缘阳性率、复发率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论“垂钓式”子宫悬吊联合阴道荷包缝合包埋宫颈的改良腹腔镜广泛性子宫切除术治疗早期宫颈癌安全有效。
