石墨烯具有优异的物理特性,如单原子厚度、极高的载流子迁移率等。然而,其零带隙的半金属特性限制了题在高性能场效应晶体管中的应用。为此,研究者们提出了石墨烯纳米化、外场诱导、掺杂以及化学图案化等策略,以调控其带隙宽度。但是,这些方法的可控性以及稳定性还需要进一步改善。在本研究中,我们提出采用电化学溴化并结合光刻图案化调控单层石墨烯的电子传输特性,通过这种方法,成功制备了图案化的溴化石墨烯(SLGBr)。进一步研究表明,单层石墨烯的电子传输性能可以通过溴化程度来调控。当溴化程度较小时,SLGBr表现为电阻特性,且其电导随溴化程度增加而减小;当溴化程度增加到一定值时,SLGBr表现为与半导体类似的特性。本研究将为全石墨烯器件的制备提供可行的技术路线,拓展其在微电子领域的应用。

It is difficult to achieve selective separation and enrichment of different rare earths from high abundance yttrium ores efficiently only dependent on their discrepancy in thermodynamic *** present work suggests a new strategy based on non-equilibrium kinetic separation of Er and Tm on the surface of freely rising oil droplets to control the separation order of *** is revealed that the mutual separation of Er/Tm is significantly promoted with the separation coefficient of 2.89 during the non-equilibrium extraction with the addition of diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid(DTPA).The extraction sequence of Tm,Er and Y can be controlled as Tm>Y>Er,thus Y can be selectively enriched during the process of separation of Er and Tm,Such a sequence is subject to the controllable dissociation rates of RE(Ⅲ)-DTPA complexes and extraction abilities of P507 with the three RE(Ⅲ)*** dissociation rate is dependent on the stabilities of RE(Ⅲ)-DTPA complexes and follows the sequence ofY(Ⅲ)—DTPA Er>Y to Tm>Y>Er.

Dense nano-grained Ni_(0.7)Mn_(2.3O4) negative temperature coefficient(NTC) thermistors were fabricated by a novel two-step sintering approach that combines rapid sintering and principle of conventional two-step sintering *** were sintered at 1042℃ for 30 s in the first rapid step and then at 850-950℃ for 20 h in the second soaking *** phase,microstructure and electrical properties of sintered samples were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),resistance temperature relationship and aging *** samples show a single-phase cubic spinel structure and indicate a high relative density ranging from 84% to 91% of the theoretical ***,average grain sizes of sintered samples under SEM are distributed between 254 and 570 ***,the resistivity and the aging coefficient significantly decrease when soaking sintering temperature *** addition,the obtained material constant(B) ranges from 3931 to 3981 ***_(0.7)Mn_(2.3)O_(4)-3(soaking at 900℃) and Ni_(0.7)Mn_(2.3O4)-4(soaking at 950℃) present little aging behavior,implying great electrical stability.

The extraction of uranium (U) from U-bearing wastewater is of paramount importance for mitigating negative environmental impacts and recovering U resources. Microbial reduction of soluble hexavalent uranium (U(VI)) to insoluble tetravalent uranium (U(IV)) holds immense potential for this purpose, but its practical application has been impeded by the challenges associated with managing U-bacterial mixtures and the biotoxicity of U. To address these challenges, we present a novel spontaneous microbial electrochemical (SMEC) method that spatially decoupled the microbial oxidation reaction and the U(VI) reduction reaction. Our results demonstrated stable and efficient U extraction with net electrical energy production, which was achieved with both synthetic and real wastewater. U(VI) removal occurred via diffusion-controlled U(VI)-to-U(IV) reduction-precipitation at the cathode, and the UIVO_(2) deposited on the surface of the cathode contributed to the stability and durability of the abiotic U(VI) reduction. Metagenomic sequencing revealed the formation of efficient electroactive communities on the anodic biofilm and enrichment of the key functional genes and metabolic pathways involved in electron transfer, energy metabolism, the TCA cycle, and acetate metabolism, which indicated the ectopic reduction of U(VI) at the cathode. Our study represents a significant advancement in the cost-effective recovery of U from U(VI)-bearing wastewater and may open a new avenue for sustainable uranium extraction.

All-dielectric metasurface, which features low optical absorptance and high resolution, is becoming a promising candidate for full-color generation. However, the optical response of current metamaterials is fixed and lacks active tuning. In this work, we demonstrate a reconfigurable and polarization-dependent active color generation technique by incorporating low-loss phase change materials(PCMs) and CaF_2 all-dielectric substrate. Based on the strong Mie resonance effect and low optical absorption structure, a transflective, full-color with high color purity and gamut value is achieved. The spectrum can be dynamically manipulated by changing either the polarization of incident light or the PCM state. High transmittance and reflectance can be simultaneously achieved by using low-loss PCMs and substrate. The novel active metasurfaces can bring new inspiration in the areas of optical encryption, anti-counterfeiting, and display technologies.
