Aegilops speltoides,the closest ancestor of the wheat B subgenome,has been well studied ***,the epigenetic landscape of *** and the effects of epigenetics on its growth and development remain poorly ***,we present a comprehensive multi-omics atlas of leaves and roots in ***,encompassing transcriptome,DNA methylation,histone modifications,and small RNA *** DNA methylation levels were detected between leaves and roots,and were associated with differences in accumulated 24-nt *** methylation changes in promoters and gene bodies showed strong connections with altered expression between leaves and *** regulatory networks(TRN)reconstructed between leaves and roots were driven by tissue-specific TF *** methylation and histone modification act together as switches that shape root and leaf morphogenesis by modulating the binding of tissue-specific TFs to their target *** TRNs in leaves and roots reshaped during wheat polyploidization were associated with alterations in epigenetic ***,these results not only shed light on the critical contribution of epigenetic regulation in the morphogenesis of leaves and roots in *** but also provide new insights for future investigations into the complex interplay of genetic and epigenetic factors in the developmental biology of common wheat.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries (AZIBs) are fundamentally challenged by the instability of the electrode/electrolyte interface,predominantly due to irreversible zinc (Zn) deposition and hydrogen ***,the intricate mechanisms behind the electrochemical discrepancies induced by interfacial Zn^(2+)-solvation and deposition behavior demand comprehensive *** molecules endowed with special functional groups (such as hydroxyl,carboxyl,etc.) have the potential to significantly optimize the solvation structure of Zn^(2+)and regulate the interfacial electric double layer (EDL).By increasing nucleation overpotential and decreasing interfacial free energy,these functional groups facilitate a lower critical nucleation radius,thereby forming an asymptotic nucleation model to promote uniform Zn ***,this study presents a pioneering approach by introducing trace amounts of n-butanol as solvation regulators to engineer the homogenized Zn (H-Zn) anode with a uniform and dense *** interfacial reaction and structure evolution are explored by in/ex-situ experimental techniques,indicating that the H-Zn anode exhibits dendrite-free growth,no by-products,and weak hydrogen evolution,in sharp contrast to the bare ***,the H-Zn anode achieves a remarkable Zn utilization rate of approximately 20% and simultaneously sustains a prolonged cycle life exceeding 500 ***,the H-Zn//NH_(4)V_(4)O^(10)(NVO) full battery showcases exceptional cycle stability,retaining 95.04%capacity retention after 400 cycles at a large current density of 5 A g^(-1).This study enlightens solvation-regulated additives to develop Zn anode with superior utilization efficiency and extended operational lifespan.

In patients with Alzheimer’s disease,gamma-glutamyl transferase 5(GGT5)expression has been observed to be downregulated in cerebrovascular endothelial ***,the functional role of GGT5 in the development of Alzheimer’s disease remains *** study aimed to explore the effect of GGT5 on cognitive function and brain pathology in an App/pS1 mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease,as well as the underlying *** observed a significant reduction in GGT5 expression in two in vitro models of Alzheimer’s disease(Aβ_(1-42)-treated hCMEC/D3 and bEnd.3 cells),as well as in the App/pS1 mouse ***,injection of App/pS1 mice with an adeno-associated virus encoding GGT5 enhanced hippocampal synaptic plasticity and mitigated cognitive ***,increasing GGT5 expression in cerebrovascular endothelial cells reduced levels of both soluble and insoluble amyloid-βin the brains of App/pS1 *** effect may be attributable to inhibition of the expression ofβ-site App cleaving enzyme 1,which is mediated by nuclear factor-kappa *** findings demonstrate that GGT5 expression in cerebrovascular endothelial cells is inversely associated with Alzheimer’s disease pathogenesis,and that GGT5 upregulation mitigates cognitive deficits in App/pS1 *** findings suggest that GGT5 expression in cerebrovascular endothelial cells is a potential therapeutic target and biomarker for Alzheimer’s disease.

Modeling and Experimental Study of an Open Two-phase Loop Driven by Osmotic pressure and Capillary Force

As space technology advances,thermal control systems must effectively collect and dissipate heat from distributed,multi-source *** heat pipe is a highly reliable two-phase heat transfer component,but it has several limitations when addressing multi-source heat *** by the transport and heat dissipation system of plants,large trees achieve stable and efficient liquid supply under the influence of two driving forces:capillary force during transpiration in the leaves(pull)and root pressure generated by osmotic pressure in the roots(push).The root pressure provides an effective liquid supply with a driving force exceeding 2 Mpa,far greater than the driving force in conventional capillary-pumped two-phase *** has shown that osmotic heat pipes offer a powerful driving force,and combining osmotic pressure with capillary force has significant ***,this paper designs a multi-evaporator,dual-drive two-phase loop,using both osmotic pressure and capillary force to solve the multi-source heat dissipation ***,a transmembrane water flux model for the osmotic pressure-driven device was established to predict the maximum heat transfer capacity of the dual-drive two-phase ***,an experimental setup for a multi-evaporator“osmotic pressure+capillary force”dual-drive two-phase loop was constructed,capable of transferring at least 235 W of power under a reverse gravity condition of 20 *** study also analyzed the effects of reverse gravity height,heat load distribution among the three evaporators,startup sequence,and varying branch resistances on the performance of the dual-drive two-phase loop.

基于山东省蒙阴县多个村党组织领办合作社的实地调查,采用探索性案例研究方法分析村党组织领办合作社发展新型农村集体经济发展的作用机制。结果表明:村党组织领办合作社能够促进新型农村集体经济的发展,具体作用机制表现在两个方面。一方面,村党组织领办合作社具有独特的制度特征,其成员结构、出资机制、决策机制和分配机制的特殊安排能够发挥完善农村集体经济运行机制的作用;另一方面,村党组织领办合作社在产业组织过程中与村集体产生紧密的利益联结,使村集体能够通过资源发包、物业出租、居间服务、资产参股等方式获得收益,发挥着探索农村集体经济发展途径的作用。研究还发现,村党组织领办合作社的作用不能脱离产业而独立存在,精准培育产业是其发挥作用的根本前提。据此,建议将村党组织领办合作社作为发展新型农村集体经济的一种可选模式,结合村庄的产业基础、集体资产与群众意愿等条件,因地制宜逐步推广。

针对联合检测与跟踪范式中存在的检测特征和Re-ID特征相互竞争的问题以及在复杂场景下难以保持被遮挡目标视觉一致性关系的问题,提出一个端到端的超图神经网络关联的多目标跟踪方法 (HGTracker).首先,HGTracker设计一个增强的空间金字塔池化网络(ESppNet)模块用来提高目标检测骨干网络的检测能力,该模块通过聚合不同维度的特征来适应跟踪过程的不同任务,有效地缓解一阶段跟踪方法中检测任务与Re-ID任务相互竞争的问题.其次,提出一个基于长短期超图神经网络的数据关联模块,通过设计长期超图神经网络和短期超图神经网络来分别关联未被遮挡和被遮挡的检测视觉特征,将数据关联问题转化为轨迹超图与检测超图之间的超图匹配问题,跟踪器将轨迹片段信息与当前检测帧信息之间的关系建模为超图神经网络,在严重遮挡的情况下保持了视觉轨迹的一致性.通过一系列的对比实验,所提出的HGTracker跟踪方法相比于FairMOT跟踪方法,在MOT17数据集上HOTA值由59.3%提高至61.4%, IDF1值由73.7%提高至79.3%, MOTA值由72.3%提高至76.9%;在MOT20数据集上, HOTA值由54.6%提高至57.9%, IDF1值由61.8%提高至73.1%, MOTA值由67.3%提高至75.1%.

慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)是临床常见的自身免疫反应的慢性肾小球疾病,其发病机制复杂,且尚未被完全阐明。现代医学没有特异的治疗方法。建立符合中西医病证特点的CGN动物模型将有助于揭示CGN发病机制、药物评级及完善治疗方案。该文基于CGN临床诊断标准建立CGN中西医辨证标准,通过对CGN动物模型文献总结及分析归纳,发现CGN模型以大鼠为主造模,方法多为单因素诱导和双因素诱导,主要表现疾病特征是肾炎相关的症状。其中,单因素与双因素诱导CGN大鼠模型多具备较高的西医临床吻合度,但中医临床吻合度不足。此外,CGN中医证候模型以脾肾气虚证与肺肾气虚证为主,脾肾阳虚证、肝肾阴虚证和气阴两虚证模型稍不足。因此,制备新型及完善CGN动物模型,为CGN的中西医病证机制探索及治疗研究提供符合临床前模型。
