Three New Species of Diploderma Hallowell, 1861 (Reptilia: Squamata: Agamidae) from the Shaluli Mountains in Western Sichuan, China

In recent years,taxonomic research of the genus Diploderma has made great progress,but there are still areas lacking relevant investigations.During 2020-2021,we carried out survey of reptile diversity in and around the Shaluli Mountains and collected some specimens of Diploderma.Of which,based on systematics inferred from mitochondrial ND2 gene sequence and morphological data,three new species were recognized:Diploderma daochengense sp.***.from the Shuiluo River and Muli River valleys in southeastern Daocheng County,D.xinlongense sp.***.from the upper-middle valleys of the Yalong River in Xinlong County,and D.kangdingense sp.***.from the Yalong River middle valley and Liqiu River valley.Specifically,these three new species formed three monophyletic lineages with strongly supported and nested into the subclade I of the Bayesian and Maximum Likelihood trees.The uncorrected mean genetic distance between these new species and their closely related species was 4.3%(D.xinlongense sp.***.vs.D.panchi),3.4%(D.daochengense sp.***.vs.D.yulongense)and 5.5%(D.kangdingense sp.***.vs.D.bowoense),higher than many pairs of species of Diploderma.With respect to the morphology,D.daochengense sp.***.can be easily diagnosed from D.yulongense byhaving smoothupper edge of the dorsolateral stripes,cyan or dark olive green to yellow gular spots inbothsexes and light yelloworwhite ventrolateral body in males;D.xinlongense sp.***.can be easily diagnosed from D.panchi by having cyan gular spot in both sexes;D.kangdingense sp.***.can be easily diagnosed from D.bowoense by having more T4S 20-25(average 23),more F4S 16-20(average 17)and yellow to light yellow ventrolateral body,yellow gular spot present in males.To date,the number of species of the genus Diploderma has increased to 40,of which 37 species have been known in China.

Asian leaf-litter toads of the genus Leptobrachella represent a great anuran diversification in Asia.Previous studies have suggested that the diversity of this genus is still underestimated. During herpetological surveys from 2013 to 2018, a series of Leptobrachella specimens were collected from the international border areas in the southern and western parts of Yunnan Province, China.Subsequent analyses based on morphological and molecular data revealed three distinct and previously unknown lineages, which we formally describe as three new species herein. Among them, we describe a new species that occurs at the highest known elevation for Leptobrachella in China. Four species of Leptobrachella, including two new species, are found in the same reserve. Furthermore, our results suggest that the population from Longchuan County,Yunnan, may represent an additional new species of Leptobrachella, although we tentatively assigned it to Leptobrachella cf. yingjiangensis due to the small sample size examined. Lastly, we provide the first description of females of L. yingjiangensis. Our results further highlight that both micro-endemism and sympatric distributions of species are common patterns in Leptobrachella, that contribute to taxonomic and conservation challenges in these frogs. We provide an identification key for Leptobrachella known to occur in Yunnan. Given the lack of knowledge on species diversity of Leptobrachella along international border areas, we recommend that future studies include transboundary collaborative surveys.

现代服务业与先进制造业在技术研发、产业结构、要素流动等方面密切关联,具有融合发展的内在逻辑。基于2010—2021年长三角地区三省一市的现代服务业与先进制造业面板数据,运用耦合协调度模型对现代服务业与先进制造业的融合水平进行测度,并利用多元回归模型探究其影响因素。结果表明:长三角地区现代服务业与先进制造业耦合协调水平呈稳步上升态势,整体从勉强协调阶段进入初步协调阶段,但不同阶段及各省(市)的发展速度存在差异;科技水平、交通便利程度、环境治理水平、人力资源投入对现代服务业与先进制造业的融合发展具有显著促进作用。据此,提出促进长三角地区“两业”深度融合的对策建议:推进区域联动发展,强化科技支撑,完善交通基础设施建设,提升环境治理水平和加大高层次人才培养力度。

Description of a New Species of Amolops (Anura:Ranidae) from Tibet,China

A new species,Amolops pallasitatus sp.***.is described based on specimens collected from Chentang Town,Dinggyê County,southern Tibet,China.The new species can be distinguished from other known congeners by mitochondrial divergence and morphological characteristics including:(1)medium body size,SVL 70.6–72.3 mm in adult females;(2)skin smooth over the entire body;(3)absence of dorsolateral fold;(4)tympanum small,edge indistinct,less than half of eye diameter;(5)vomerine teeth in two short oblique;(6)circummarginal and transverse grooves absent on disk of the first finger;(7)presence of inner metacarpal tubercle;(8)toes fully webbed,webbing formula Ⅰ0-0^-Ⅱ0-1/2Ⅲ0-1^+Ⅳ1^+-0Ⅴ;(9)absence of outer metatarsal tubercle and tarsal glands;(10)tibiotarsal articulation of the hind limb reaches posterior corners of the eye;(11)dorsum yellow-green,with irregular dark brown blotches without margins;(12)blotches concentrated on the dorsum,less on the flanks.In morphology,Amolops pallasitatus sp.***.is similar to A.himalayanus and A.formosus,the difference between them is length of hind limbs,web of toe and dorsal colour pattern.The systematic placement of the new species within the genus is unresolved and it is not assigned to any recognized species group,for the lack of convictive evidences.

A New Species of Japalura (Squamata: Sauria:Agamidae) from Upper Lancang (Mekong) Valley of Eastern Tibet, China

A new species of the agamid genus Japalura is described based on 15 specimens from the upper Lancang（Mekong） Valley of eastern Tibet, PR China. Populations of the new species, Japalura vela sp. nov., were previously recognized as J. flaviceps. The new species is morphologically most similar to J. batangensis, J. micangshanensis, J. variegata, and J. zhaoermii, but is distinguished from the four species and all remaining congeners by the following combination of morphological characters： 1） small adult size（SVL 56–69 mm in males, 59–66 mm in females）; 2） ratio of tail TAL/SVL 1.85–2.06; 3） ratio of hind limb HLL/SVL 0.72–0.81; 4） T4 S 24 or 25; 5） concealed tympanum; 6） transverse gular fold present; 7） gular pouch present; 8） axillary fold present; 9） a pronounced, continuous, sail-like vertebral crest along length of body in males; 10） ground dorsal coloration black in males; 11） distinct gray transverse streaks on dorsal surface of head; 12） black radiated streaks around eyes; 13） distinct, black vermiculate stripes on ventral surface of head in both sexes; 14） a strongly jagged dorsolateral stripe from neck to base of tail on each side of vertebral crest in males; and 15） absence of gular spots in both sexes. General distribution patterns of the genus in the Hengduan Mountains region are also discussed.

On the basis of a different dorsal pattern,and a low number of maxillary teeth,the specimens of Oligodon joynsoni(Smith,1917) from the Nonggang National Nature Reserve,Guangxi,China formerly identified as O. joynsoni by several authors should be referred to the recently described species O. nagao David,Nguyen,Nguyen,Jiang,Chen,Teynié,and Ziegler,2012. Here,we provide the first genuine record of O. joynsoni(Smith,1917) in China based on a male specimen collected from Xishuangbanna,Yunnan,China.

Phylogenetic Relationships of the Genus Paramesotriton(Caudata: Salamandridae) with the Description of a New Species from Qixiling Nature Reserve, Jiangxi, Southeastern China and a Key to the species

The matrilineal genealogy of the genus Paramesotriton is hypothesized based on DNA sequences from mitochondrial NADH subunit two （ND2） and its flanking tRNAs （tRN^Arp and a partial tRNA^Ala）. The genealogy identifies a highly divergent, unnamed lineage from Qixiling Nature Reserve, Jiangxi, China and places it as the sister taxon of P. chinensis. The newly discovered population differs from other congeners by several features of external morphology including having large clusters of dark brown conical warts on the dorsum of the head, lateral surface of the body and dorsolateral ridges. Its intermittent dorsal vertebral ridge is the same color as other parts of the dorsum and tail narrows gradually from the base to the tip. Further, the new population differs from all congeners by an uncorrected P-distance of more than 9.38% in ND2. Consequently, we describe the new species of Asian warty newt （Salamandridae） as Paramesotriton qixilingensis sp. nov.

以长三角城市群物流业为研究对象,采用熵权TOPSIS法和核密度估计分析方法,测度2010—2021年长三角城市群物流业高质量发展水平并分析区域发展差异。研究发现:长三角城市群物流业高质量发展水平向好趋势明显,但仍然有待提高。有18个城市的物流业高质量发展水平低于均值。其中上海的物流业高质量发展水平最高,居于第2位的苏州相比于上海还有较大差距。从各区域来看,区域发展不均衡的特征较明显,各区域物流业高质量发展水平存在一定差距,上海物流业高质量发展水平显著高于其他区域,物流业高质量发展水平排名靠后的城市主要集中在安徽,该区域内发展差距呈现缩小趋势。
