Analysis on drug-resistance and molecular epidemiology of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from the clinical samples in two Chinese hospitals

In the present study, the drug-resistance genes encoding β-lactamases, aminoglycoside modifying enzymes, DNA topoisomerases and integron as well as their molecular epidemiology were investigated by means of analyzing the drug-resistance and molecular epidemiology of Acinebacter baumannii isolated from the clinical samples in two hospitals in Changzhou and Huzhou city of Jiangsu and Zhejiang province from July 2000 to March 2005. The minimal inhibitory concentrations （miCs） of these 307 isolates were detected by automatic microbiological system, and 35 strains against 5-fluoroquinolones were performed by agar dilution assay. Meanwhile, the resistant genes in 80 isolates were amplified by PCR with identification by DNA sequencer. It was found that most of the 307 isolates of A. baumannii were resistant to multiple antibiotics tested, in which the resistance rates of the isolates against piperacillin, piperacillin/tazobactam, amoxacillin/clavulanic acid, cefotaxime, ceftazidime, cefepime, gentamicin, amikacin, ciprofloxacin, chloramphenicol and sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim were all above 35%, but those of imipenem and meropenem were quite low, ranged only 2.6% and 3.3 %. In addition, it was also demonstrated that the positive rates of TEM and SHV β-lactamase genes accounted for 93.8% and 22.5% respectively, and those of the aminoglycoside-modifying enzyme genes including aacC1, aacC2, aacC3, aacC4, aacC4A, aphA6, ant（2″）-Ⅰ and ant（3″）- Ⅰ were 58.8%, 8.8%, 7.5%, 28.8%, 45.0%, 2.5%, 28.8% and 65.0% respectively. The mutations in the quinolone-resistant determining region （QRDR） of gyrA and parC genes indicated that substitution in Ser-83 residue of gyrA protein was most frequently occurred among strains with miC for ciprofloxacin of more than 4 μg/ml, whereas a double mutation at Ser-83 residue of gyrA and Ser-80 of parC was found in strains with miC of ciprofloxacin of more than 8 μg/ml. 采用分布浸渍法制备了以Pt为活性组分,K2SO4为助剂的Pt-K/γ-Al2O3催化剂,通过调节浸渍液中HCl浓度改变活性组分Pt在载体中的分布并用于环己烯基环己酮(Dimer)脱氢合成邻苯基苯酚(OPP),并利用比表面积(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)和电子探针微量分析(EPMA)等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,通过调节浸渍液中HCl浓度的方法可有效调节催化剂的结构性质,活性组分与γ-Al2O3载体之间的相互作用以及Pt在载体上的分布。当浸渍液中HCl浓度为0.50%时,催化剂存在较高的比表面积,Pt在载体上存在最适宜的浸渍深度以及较弱的与载体之间的相互作用,从而调整了中间产物、OPP在催化剂表面的停留时间,抑制了副反应,可显著提高生成OPP的选择性。在液相空速LHSV 0.12g·g-1.h-1、H2空速33ml.g-1.h-1、温度380℃的反应条件下,环己烯基环己酮转化率为100%,OPP选择性达90%以上。

为了探测前车车距,采用机器视觉方式,以CCD构造单目成像系统采集前车图像,以检测车牌在图像中像素的数量方式实现车距的测量。系统以单目摄像头的成像模型,通过物像位置关系及大小关系,建立车牌图像与车距信息之间的模型;以CCD成像原理,建立车牌图像与传感器像元像素之间的模型。由此构建测距检测算法模型。采用MATLAB软件平台设计人机交互界面,对采集图像进行预处理提高图像的对比度;通过匹配连通域等算法,对车牌进行定位、分割,检测车牌水平方向像素数量;在此基础上,采取小孔成像原理计算车距的大小,并显示在软件平台上。实验证明了本系统能对前车图像进行分析从而计算出车距,该系统对3 m之外的车距检测平均误差为4%。

提出了一种快速测定钛合金中B的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法,优化了仪器参数,确定了最佳的分析条件。试样经硫酸和硝酸溶解后,选择B 208.957光谱线作为硼的分析线,试液直接用ICP-AES法测定,基体和共存元素产生的光谱干扰采用基体匹配和对背景发射位以2点校正的方法进行消除,硼的检出限为0.000 72μg/mL。对一钛合金样品进行10次测定,相对标准偏差小于1%,加标回收率在97%~130%之间,本法的分析结果与分光光度法一致。

为解析日本医蛭(Hirudo nippnica Whitman)繁殖的分子机理,研究不同温度下饲养的日本医蛭各组织基因表达差异情况。利用转录组学测序检测不同温度饲养条件下日本医蛭肌肉、环带和头部组织的基因表达情况,筛选出11个差异表达基因,并对其进行qPCR验证。qPCR结果显示一种具有去饱和酶功能的膜蛋白编码基因g6,在日本医蛭环带中的表达随温度的升高而降低,与转录测序结果一致,暗示g6基因可能为日本医蛭繁殖相关的关键基因。进一步对g6蛋白进行功能域预测,结果显示其属于一种跨膜蛋白。其他10个差异表达基因的转录组测序结果和qPCR结果基本保持一致,通过蛋白功能域预测结果显示预测出假定蛋白均含有的功能结构域;通过miRNA亲和预测,非编码RNA(g13)具有高亲和miRNAs特性。研究发现了10个潜在的功能基因和一个非编码RNA基因。

Efficacy and Safety of Dexmedetomidine during Anesthesia Induction of Patients with Intracranial Tumor: A Preliminary Observational Trial

Background: The efficacy and safety of dexmedetomidine during the anesthesia induction of intracranial tumor patients remain unknown. We wondered whether loading infusion of dexmedetomidine 1 μg/kg over 10 min to intracranial tumor patients was as efficient and safe as to those abdominal disease patients. Methods: Patients aged 18-60 years, male or female, ASA I or II, scheduled for intracranial tumor resection (group N, n = 30) or abdominal operation (group A, n = 30) were enrolled in this observational trial. Dexmedetomidine was administrated with a loading dosage of 1 μg/kg over 10 min following with continuous infusing of 0.5 μg/kg/h. Fentanyl, propofol and rocuronium were sequentially administered for anesthesia induction. Heart rate (HR), blood pressure (BP), pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2), bispectral index (BIS) and other adverse effects were recorded from the beginning of loading infusion of dexmedetomidine to the end of endotracheal intubation. Results: Among with loading infusion, HR and BIS value decreased and were significantly lower at the end of infusion than before infusion (P P > 0.05). One patient of group N dropped out from this trial because of a serious headache. 14 of 29 patients during dexmedetomidine loading infusion suffered hypoxemia (SpO2 P Conclusion: A loading dosage of 1 μg/kg of dexmedetomidine was not suitable for the anesthesia induction of intracranial tumor patients as compared to patients undergoing abdominal operation.

Periodic Packing Mode for Trickle-Bed Reactors: Experiments and Modeling

Hy-drogenation of 2-ethylanthraquinone over Pd/Al2O3 in a laboratory-scale TBR was taken as a test reaction for determining whether the periodic packing mode is advantageous. The effects of operating conditions and packing type on TBR performance were experimentally examined to demonstrate the cause-effect relationships. A mathe-matic model of TBR considering axial dispersion and fractional wetting was developed to quantitatively illuminate the reason of performance enhancement.

Manufacture of Light-weight Composite Panel from Kenaf

Light-weight composite panels were manufactured using kenaf core particles as core material and kenaf bast fiber-woven sheets as top and bottom surfaces. Methylene diphenyldiisocyanate (MDI) resin was used as the adhesive with the resin content of 4% for core particles and 50 g/m2 for bast fiber- woven sheets. The target board densities were set at 0.35, 0.45 and 0.55 g/cm3. The composite panels were evaluated with Japanese Industrial Standard for Particleboards (JIS A 5908- 2003).The results show that the composite panel has high modulus of rupture and internal bonding strength. The properties of 0.45 g/cm3 density composite panel are: MOR 20.4 MPa, MOE 1.94 MPa, IB 0.36 MPa, WA142%, TS 21%. Kenaf is a good raw material for making light-weight composite panels.
