Aptian is characterized by widespread deposition of organic-rich *** Aptian bitumen limestone horizon,which is thin decimetre-thick sequences,locally crops out in the Kircaova area,Eastern Black Sea Region(Eastern Pontides).They are well correlated with Aptian bitumen limestone in the other Tethys *** are proposed as episodes of increased organic ***,background factors controlling organic matter enrichment are poorly *** this study,we present new inorganic geochemistry,including trace elements,rare earth elements(REE),redox-sensitive elements(RSE),stable-isotopes(δ~(18)O andδ~(13)C),and total organic carbon(TOC).We integrated new geochemical data with existing stratigraphy,paleontology,and organic chemistry data to provide new insight into the depositional environment and paleoclimate conditions during *** lacustrine bitumen limestone(LBL)samples have variedδ~(13)C(ave.-1.45‰)andδ~(18)O(ave.-4.50‰).They possess distinct REE patterns,with an average of REE(ave.14.45 ppm)and Y/Ho(ave.35)*** addition,they have variable Nd/YbN(0.28-0.81;ave.0.56)and Ce/Ce*(0.68-0.97;ave.0.86),and relatively high Eu^(*)/Eu(1.23-1.53;ave.1.35).They display seawater signatures with reduced oxygen *** enrichment in RSE(Mo,Cu,Ni,and Zn)and the low Mo/TOC(0.70-3.69;ave.2.41)support a certain degree of water *** high Sr/Ba,Sr/Cu,Ga/Rb,and K/Al records of the LBL facies suggest hot house climatic *** sedimentary environment was probably an isolated basin that is transformed from the marine *** addition to depositional conditions,the regional parameters such as the climate,increased run-off period,nutrient levels,alkalinity level,and dominant carbonate producers favored the enrichment in organic matter of LBL ***,extreme greenhouse palaeoclimate conditions have an important role in organic matter enrichment in the isolated *** results are conformable with the published data from marine,semi-restrict

AIM:To define the anatomic and functional outcomes of pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)with internal limiting membrane(ILM)peeling,inverted ILM flap and free ILM patch graft technique for the treatment of myopic macular hole(MH)without retinal ***:Sixty-four eyes of 64 patients who underwent PPV for myopic MH were *** 1 consists of patients underwent ILM peeling(n=26),and Groups 2 and 3 consists of patient underwent free ILM patch graft(n=20)and inverted ILM flap procedure(n=18)*** following surgery were MH closure and best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)in logMAR at ***:Closure of MH was obtained in 20 eyes(76.9%)of the Group 1,in 16 eyes(80%)of the Group 2 and in 16 eyes(88.9%)of the Group *** mean preoperative and postoperative BCVA was 1.60±0.53 logMAR and 1.27±0.58 logMAR,respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the postoperative BCVA and anatomical closure rates in the three *** the anatomical closure rate did not differ significantly in the groups,closure of MH tended to be better in the inverted ILM flap technique group at ***:Different surgical techniques may provide favorable visual and anatomical results for myopic MH *** flap techniques offer higher closure rates compared to ILM peeling ***,in terms of visual outcomes,the study reveals no difference in three surgical techniques.

AIM:To investigate and compare the quality of life,satisfaction,contrast sensitivity,glare,depth perception,and intraocular lens(IOL)rotation in patients who underwent trifocal toric and bifocal toric ***:A total of 80 eyes of 40 patients were included in this prospective *** patients in each group were implanted with trifocal toric and bifocal toric IOL,*** and postoperative 6-month measurements were recorded for both patient *** anterior and posterior segment examinations,distance-intermediate-near visual acuity values and the visual function scale questionnaire results were evaluated at these *** satisfaction,contrast sensitivity,glare,intermediate-near and distance stereopsis and IOL rotation were also ***:No significant difference was found between the groups in terms of distance and near visual acuities(P=0.269,P=0.451).Intermediate visual acuity was significantly increased in the trifocal toric group(P0.05).The overall satisfaction in the trifocal toric group was significantly higher than in the bifocal toric group(P=0.03).The highest sensitivity was observed at 6 cpd spatial frequency in all patients under photopic conditions(1.80±0.24 logU,1.74±0.20 logU).Distance-intermediate-near binocular depth perception results in both groups were higher in the trifocal toric group(P=0.02,0.048,0.003,respectively).Although there was no significant difference for 3 meters stereopsis,the trifocal toric group had higher depth perception(P=0.577).Mean rotation was 5.76°±3.93°in the trifocal toric group and 12°±7.1°in the bifocal toric ***:Better results in the middle distance are obtai

The human microbiota is influenced by the immune and nervous systems of the ***-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is known as bioactive compound and it has important physiological functions,such as anti-hypertensive and antidepressant *** acid bacteria (LAB),especially Lactobacillus species are known as the most important GABA producers because of the food-grade *** purpose of this study is to develop a functional chocolate using microencapsulated GABA producer Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus NRRL B-442 strain for patients having an anxiety ***-in-oil emulsion technique was conducted for microencapsulation using whey-pullulan *** and free *** cell counts were 6.75 and 7.20 log CFU/g in chocolates,respectively,at the end of 60 *** simulated in vitro digestion analysis,survival rate of microencapsulated bacteria in chocolate samples was found at higher percentage (87%) than free bacteria (75%).Furthermore,microencapsulated *** did not affect the physical,chemical,and sensory properties of ***,*** with the highest GABA producing capability may provide insight for an anxiety disorder patient,since this strain has been thought as having a therapeutic effect.A new functional food model was developed for “GutBrain Axis” phenomena since the chocolate could be accepted as a good carrier for GABA producer bacteria.

As a result of deadlocked multilateral trade negotiations, many countries have embarked on the establishment of bilateral and regional trade agreements. Using the Global Trade Analysis Project database and a computable general equilibrium model, our paper focuses on the impacts of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership （TTIP） and the Trans- Pacific Partnership （TPP） on the Chinese economy under three scenarios. The results suggest that when only the TTIP is realized, Chinese economic variables are negatively affected. When both the TTIP and the TPP are realized and China is excluded, the combined damage to the Chinese economy is higher than the damage with the TTIP alone. However, the inclusion of China in the TPP has a positively effect on economic variables in China. This indicates that the impacts of China ＇s participation in the TPP compensate for the negative impacts of the TTIP. Therefore, China should consider being part of the TPP to offset the negative impacts of the TTIP.
