Hybrid-Vlasov simulation of soft X-ray emissions at the Earth’s dayside magnetospheric boundaries

Solar wind charge exchange produces emissions in the soft X-ray energy range which can enable the study of near-Earth space regions such as the magnetopause,the magnetosheath and the polar cusps by remote sensing *** Solar wind magnetosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer(SmILE)and Lunar Environment heliospheric X-ray Imager(LEXI)missions aim to obtain soft Xray images of near-Earth space thanks to their Soft X-ray Imager(SXI)*** earlier modeling works have already simulated soft X-ray images as might be obtained by SmILE SXI during its mission,the numerical models used so far are all based on the magnetohydrodynamics description of the space *** investigate the possible signatures of ion-kinetic-scale processes in soft Xray images,we use for the first time a global hybrid-Vlasov simulation of the geospace from the Vlasiator *** simulation is driven by fast and tenuous solar wind conditions and purely southward interplanetary magnetic *** first produce global X-ray images of the dayside near-Earth space by placing a virtual imaging satellite at two different locations,providing meridional and equatorial *** then analyze regional features present in the images and show that they correspond to signatures in soft X-ray emissions of mirrormode wave structures in the magnetosheath and flux transfer events(FTEs)at the *** results suggest that,although the time scales associated with the motion of those transient phenomena will likely be significantly smaller than the integration time of the SmILE and LEXI imagers,mirror-mode structures and FTEs can cumulatively produce detectable signatures in the soft X-ray *** instance,a local increase by 30%in the proton density at the dayside magnetopause resulting from the transit of multiple FTEs leads to a 12%enhancement in the line-of-sight-and time-integrated soft X-ray emissivity originating from this ***,a proton density increase by 14%in the magnetosheath

Effects of used lubricating oil on two mangroves Aegiceras corniculatum and Avicennia marina

An outdoor experiment was set up to investigate the effects of used lubricating oil （5 L/m^2） on Aegiceras corniculatum Blanco. and Avicennia marina （Forsk） Vierh., two salt-excreting mangroves. A. marina was more sensitive to used lubricating oil than A. corniculatum and canopy-oiling resulted in more direct physical damage and stronger lethal effects than base-oiling. When treated with canopy-oiling, half of A. corniculatum plants survived for the whole treatment time （90 d）; but, for A. marina, high mortality （83%） resulted from canopy-oiling within 3 weeks and no plants survived for 80 d. Base-oiling had no lethal effects on A. corniculatum plants even at the termination of this experiment, but 83% of A. marina plants died 80 d after treatment. Forty days after canopyoiling, 93% ofA. corniculatum leaves fell and no live leaves remained on A. marina plants. By the end of the experiment, base-oiling treatment resulted in about 45% ofA. corniculatum leaves falling, while all A. mar/na leaves and buds were burned to die. Lubricating oil resulted in physiological damage to A. corniculatum leaves, including decreases in chlorophyll and carotenoid contents, nitrate reductase, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activities, and increases in malonaldehyde contents. For both species, oil pollution significantly reduced leaf, root, and total biomass, but did not significantly affect stem biomass. Oil pollution resulted in damage to the xylem vessels of fine roots but not to those of mediate roots.

Accurate predictions of sea surface temperature(SST)are crucial due to the significant impact of SST on the global ocean-atmospheric system and its potential to trigger extreme weather *** existing machine-learning-based ssT predictions adapt the traditional iterative point-wise prediction mechanism,whose predicting horizons and accuracy are limited owing to the high sensitivity to cumulative errors during iterative ***,this paper proposes a novel granulation-based long short-term memory(LsTm)-random forest(RF)combination model that can fully capture the feature dependencies involved in the fluctuation of SsT sequences,reduce the cumulative error in the iteration process,and extend the prediction horizons,which includes two sub-models(adaptive granulation model and hybrid prediction model).They can restack the one-dimensional ssT time-series into multidimensional feature variables,and achieve a strong forecasting *** analysis shows that the proposed model can achieve more accurate prediction-hours in nearly all prediction ranges from 1 to 125 *** average prediction error of the proposed model in 25-125 h is 0.07 K,similar to that(0.067 K)in the first 24 h,which exhibits a high generalization performance and robustness and isthus a promising platform for the medium-and long-term forecasting of hourly SSTs.

目的:通过检测活性氮族引起的核酸损伤标志物8-硝基鸟嘌呤在砷暴露小鼠肾脏组织中的表达情况,分析三氧化二砷对肾组织RNA损伤的作用途径。方法:实验于2005-11/2006-01在大连医科大学毒理学实验室完成。选用昆明种健康小鼠40只,按体质量随机分为4组,即正常对照组、5μmol/L、10μmol/L和20μmol/L三氧化二砷染毒组,每组10只。各染砷组小鼠通过饮用含不同剂量三氧化二砷自来水的方式使小鼠暴露砷,连续染砷60d。正常对照组每天摄入相同剂量的生理盐水。染砷60d后处死各组小鼠,立即取肾脏皮质,应用苏木精-伊红染色法进行肾皮质组织病理学观察;应用免疫组织化学及图像分析的方法检测肾组织内8-硝基鸟嘌呤的表达,根据8-硝基鸟嘌呤表达的吸光度值进行定量分析。结果:40只小鼠全部进入结果分析,无脱失。①各染砷组小鼠肾脏皮质区肾小管细胞出现肿胀,胞质内有空泡变性,核固缩、溶解等明显的病理学变化;而正常对照组小鼠的肾脏细胞未见上述病理变化。②5μmol/L、10μmol/L和20μmol/L三氧化二砷染毒组小鼠肾组织细胞的抗8-硝基鸟嘌呤免疫染色平均吸光度显著大于正常对照组(0.027±0.014,0.039±0.015,0.043±0.014,0.004±0.002,Pmol/L三氧化二砷染毒组与5μmol/L三氧化二砷染毒组相比,吸光度明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:活性氮族可能参与了砷对肾脏细胞核酸的损伤作用,8-硝基鸟嘌呤可能是砷致肾损伤的标志物。

目的:探讨乳腺癌病人社交焦虑和病耻感在家庭关怀度与孤独感间的作用机制,为乳腺癌病人孤独感干预提供参考。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年7月在安徽省8所医院就诊的乳腺癌病人328例为研究对象,采用社交焦虑量表、社会影响量表、家庭关怀度指数问卷、孤独感量表对其进行调查。结果:乳腺癌病人社交焦虑、病耻感、家庭关怀度、孤独感总分分别为(11.72±5.33)分、(59.51±12.98)分、(6.84±3.67)分、(49.20±9.14)分。乳腺癌病人家庭关怀度与孤独感呈负相关(P<0.05),社交焦虑、病耻感与孤独感呈正相关(均P<0.05)。社交焦虑和病耻感在家庭关怀度与孤独感间起中介作用。结论:乳腺癌病人家庭关怀度可通过社交焦虑和病耻感的链式中介作用间接影响孤独感。

小干扰RNA抑制neuro-2a细胞内源β位淀粉样前体蛋白裂解酶1基因的表达

目的:分析小干扰RNA(small interference RNA,siRNA)抑制neuro-2a细胞内源β位淀粉样前体蛋白裂解酶1基因(Beta-site APP cleaving enzyme protein,BACE1)的表达情况。方法:实验于2004-12/2006-06在中山大学中山医学院和上海交通大学农业与生物学院完成。①用脂质体将EGFP基因表达载体pEGFP-C1 Vector和体外转录合成的针对EGFP基因的小干扰RNA(siEGFP)分别或同时转染neuro-2a细胞,在倒置荧光显微镜下计算EGFP在neuro-2a细胞中的表达率。②将体外转录合成的siBACE1-1,siBACE1-2,siBACE1-3转染neuro-2a细胞,干扰24,48,72h后分别用Real time RT-PCR定量分析siBACE1对内源BACE1基因表达的抑制率和干扰的时效性。结果:①外源EGFP基因转染neuro-2a细胞后,43%neuro-2a细胞高表达EGFP蛋白。通过转染siEGFP则可有效抑制EGFP基因表达。②3个干扰位点的siBACE1对BACE1基因表达有不同的抑制效率,siBACE1-3使BACE1m RNA表达水平下降60%,siBACE1-1为13%,siBACE1-2对BACE1 mRNA无明显的抑制作用。③siBACE1抑制内源BACE1基因的表达与干扰时间相关,siBACE1干扰24h、48h后BACE1 mRNA的表达与正常组无明显差异(P>0.05),但干扰72h后,siBACE1-3和siBACE1-1均使BACE1 mRNA表达量下降。结论:体外转录合成的siBACE1能有效抑制neuro-2a细胞内源BACE1基因表达,其抑制率与BACE1基因的干扰位点和干扰时间相关。

压电陶瓷换能器两端的银电极要求较高的平面度及较好的表面质量。由于其上的银电极极薄（50～60μm），加工余量很少。一般的超精密加工过程易出现银电极加工过量的现象，因此本研究直接采用单位去除量少的超精密抛光来对超薄银电极进行超精密加工，并采用高平面度的锡盘，使银电极保留完整且平面度较高。本文通过各组工艺试验，比较研究了加工压力、抛光速度及抛光液对压电陶瓷银电极平面度、表面去除量的影响，并得到超薄银电极的最佳加工工艺。
