Differences in loading patterns between fast walking and jogging at the same speed in male adults

Fast walking and jogging are two common exercises for people to maintain health in daily *** the differences in loading patterns of fast walking and jogging are still *** purpose of this study was to compare loading patterns in fast walking and jogging at the same speed,and to identify how differences in foot mechanics influence plantar pressure distribution between the two modes of ***,49 healthy males participated in this *** of pressure parameters,including maximum force(MF),peak pressure(PP),contact area(CA),force-time integral(FTI),were recorded by Pedar-X insole plantar pressure measurement system in participants’fast walking and jogging process at 7 km/h.A Load transfer analysis method was used to quantify the plantar load transference from fast walking to *** results showed that MF,PP and CA increased in metatarsal regions and midfoot regions while decreased in toes regions and heel during jogging when compared with fast *** decreased in all foot regions during jogging compared to fast *** the effects of spring mechanics and the varus of rearfoot during jogging,fast walking and jogging reveal different loading *** jogging to fast walking,load transferred as follow:1)in transverse direction,load transferred from lateral foot to medial foot in metatarsal regions and midfoot regions,2)in longitudinal direction,load transferred from toes to the metatarsal,and from heel to the metatarsal and *** results also provide suggestions for footwear designs.

Organic cocrystal as an emerging assembly strategy has received increasing attention in constructing multiple functional materials,through continually screening suitable constituent monomers or changing their stoichiometry ***,the role of molecule configuration in the cocrystal field is rarely explored despite the fascinating potential in regulating the packing *** this study,the N,N′-diphenyl-5,10-dihydrophenazine derivatives(DPPs) with the flexible scaffold and different methyl substitutions are selected as the donors bearing various molecular *** a simple collaborative way,a series of cocrystals based on DPPs and OFN(octafluoronaphthalene) are fabricated,exhibiting two self-adaptive molecular stacking arrays.X-ray crystallographic analysis and theoretical calculation unveil their different π···π interactions and charge transfer characters,leading to the significant emission redshift up to 125 nm compared with individual *** a result,controllable molecule stacking structure,tunable emission,and charge transfer properties can be *** study provides a new perspective to reveal the structure-property relationships at the molecular level by controlling the molecule configuration in cocrystal engineering,contributing to the development of cocrystal theoretical physics and organic functional materials.

Direct conversion of syngas to aromatics over metal oxide and zeolite(OXZEO) composite catalysts is ***,the selectivity of more valuable products such as benzene,toluene and xylenes(BTX) is limited due to undesired secondary methylation of ***,we report that the introduction of SAPO-34 into MnCrO_(x)-ZSM-5 catalyst enhances significantly the formation of BTX without sacrificing the aromatics *** optimized conditions,the fraction of BTX in aromatics reaches 64.7% versus 28.9% over the catalyst without SAPO-34.A number of model reaction tests and characterizations reveal that SAPO-34 consumes partially the intermediates such as ketene,by converting them to light ***,the methylation of BTX by ketene to heavy aromatics is inhibited over the external acid sites of ZSM-5,leading to an enhanced BTX selectivity in the *** hybrid catalyst provides an efficient method for highly selective synthesis of BTX from syngas.

Tumor-derived exosomes (TEXs) enriched in immune suppressive molecules predominantly drive T-cell dysfunction and impair antitumor immunity. Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy has emerged as a promising treatment for refractory and relapsed hematological malignancies, but whether lymphoma TEXs have the same impact on CAR T-cell remains unclear. Here, we demonstrated that B-cell lymphoma-derived exosomes induce the initial activation of CD19-CAR T-cells upon stimulation with exosomal CD19. However, lymphoma TEXs might subsequently induce CAR T-cell apoptosis and impair the tumor cytotoxicity of the cells because of the upregulated expression of the inhibitory receptors PD-1, TIM3, and LAG3 upon prolonged exposure. Similar results were observed in the CAR T-cells exposed to plasma exosomes from patients with lymphoma. More importantly, single-cell RNA sequencing revealed that CAR T-cells typically showed differentiated phenotypes and regulatory T-cell (Treg) phenotype conversion. By blocking transforming growth factor β (TGF-β)-Smad3 signaling with TGF-β inhibitor LY2109761, the negative effects of TEXs on Treg conversion, terminal differentiation, and immune checkpoint expression were rescued. Collectively, although TEXs lead to the initial activation of CAR T-cells, the effect of TEXs suppressed CAR T-cells, which can be rescued by LY2109761. A treatment regimen combining CAR T-cell therapy and TGF-β inhibitors might be a novel therapeutic strategy for refractory and relapsed B-cell lymphoma.

选取了50条实际地震动,采用一维场地等效线性化方法分别对均匀半空间场地和成层半空间场地进行地震响应分析,同时选择效益性作为判别标准来探究最优地震动峰值指标(峰值加速度PGA,峰值速度PGV,峰值位移PGD)随埋深变化的规律.研究结果表明:对于选取的两类场地,最优地震动峰值指标均随埋深的改变而变化,埋深浅时PGA效益性最优,随着埋深的增加,效益性最优逐渐由PGA转变至PGV;PGA与PGV转折的交点位置随场地剪切波速的不同而不同,且该转折交点位置与场地剪切波速呈线性相关.

本文通过对船舶领域专利大数据进行分析,在Kleinberg突发监测算法基础上提出前沿技术/创新主体的识别指标,并将识别结果与专利网络图谱分析法相结合,清晰展现该领域的前沿技术/创新主体在整个网络中的位置和关联。结合相关资料对全球船舶领域前沿专利图谱的解读,主要有以下研究发现:目前全球船舶领域的技术创新前沿呈现多点开花的局面,LNG船舶的系列技术成为最亮眼的前沿技术群落,水上运动休闲专用船、船舶自动驾驶、海洋环境监测、海洋农业、海洋钻井、海洋环保、深海潜水等也都处于创新前沿;同时,全球船舶领域的创新主体开始出现结构性变化,处于创新网络核心的传统强企在新一轮技术竞争中的创新活力在退化,取而代之的是处于交叉新兴技术领域的中小型创新企业、研究机构和大学。根据研究结果给出相关建议,为政府部门制定发展策略提供参考。
