低照明复杂环境下吸烟行为检测技术研究

实时的吸烟行为监测对于保障工地安全具有重要的意义。研究针对隧道等低照明环境因光照强度低、光线分布混杂、点光源过曝光而导致的烟支检测精度低的问题,提出了一种基于改进YOLOv5s(You Only Look Once Version 5s)的吸烟行为检测模型。首先,设计一种图像增强方法,旨在限制点光源过曝光产生的局部高光,增强烟支特征细节,改善图像对比度。其次,引入卷积块注意力模块(Convolutional Block Attention Module,CBAM),使模型更加聚焦烟支目标区域的内容信息和位置信息。最后,改进多尺度检测头,增加适用于烟支的更小检测层,提升模型对烟支的检测能力。试验结果显示,研究提出的针对低照明环境的检测模型可将平均检测精度从91.8%提升至95.9%,相较于原模型和其他经典模型,检测效果得到了显著提升,表明了方法的有效性。

测试优化选择是装备测试性设计中关键的一步。针对其易陷入局部最优的问题,提出一种添加信息交换机制的粒子群-差分进化算法(PSO-DE)优化方法。通过融合多信号流图与贝叶斯网络,建立多维空间测试性模型后,利用PSO-DE算法实现快速精确求解。电源系统分析表明:该方法在满足测试性设计要求的前提下,搜索到的测试集合使得系统各测试性指标综合最优且收敛速度最快。相较于其它优化算法,具有收敛速度快、能收敛到全局最优等优点,由此验证了方法的可行性。

The application of electrified railway directly promotes relevant studies on pantograph-catenary interac- tion. With the increase of train running speed, the operating conditions for pantograph and catenary have become increasingly complex. This paper reviews the related achievements contributed by groups and institutions around the world. This article specifically focuses on three aspects： The dynamic characteristics of the panto- graph and catenary components, the systems＇ dynamic properties, and the environmental influences on the pantograph-catenary interaction. In accordance with the existing studies, future research may prioritize the task of identifying the mechanism of contact force variation. This kind of study can be carried out by simplifying the pantograph-catenary interaction into a moving load problem and utilizing the theory of matching mechanical impedance. In addition, developing a computational platform that accommodates environmental interferences and multi-field coupling effects is necessary in order to further explore applications based on fundamental studies.

Biological scaffolds have been widely employed in wound healing applications,while their practical efficiency is compromised by insufficient oxygen delivery to the 3-dimensional constructs and inadequate nutrient supply for the long-term healing ***,we present an innovative living Chinese herbal scaffold to provide a sustainable oxygen and nutrient supply for promoting wound *** a facile microfluidic bioprinting strategy,a traditional Chinese herbal medicine(Panax notoginseng saponins[PNS])and a living autotrophic microorganism(microalgae Chlorella pyrenoidosa[MA])were successfully encapsulated into the *** encapsulated PNS could be gradually released from the scaffolds,which promoted cell adhesion,proliferation,migration,and tube formation in *** addition,benefiting from the photosynthetic oxygenation of the alive MA,the obtained scaffolds would produce sustainable oxygen under light illumination,exerting a protective effect against hypoxia-induced cell *** on these features,we have demonstrated through in vivo experiments that these living Chinese herbal scaffolds could efficiently alleviate local hypoxia,enhance angiogenesis,and thereby accelerate wound closure in diabetic mice,indicating their great potential in wound healing and other tissue repair applications.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) and their derivatives received more and more attention due to the diverse morphologies, rich porous structures, and tunable metal active sites, which have been widely used in energy-related electrocatalytic ***, a class of compounds with hydrophilic and hydrophobic portions in the molecular structure, are able to modulate the properties of liquid and solid surfaces. Surfactants play a crucial role in controlling the shape and size of MOFs, which helps optimize electrocatalytic performance, especially in improving the exposure and accessibility of catalytic active sites. In this review, we first outline the types and applications of surfactants. Second, we describe the interface modulation and reaction mechanism of different surfactants during the forming of MOFs and their derivatives. Finally, we discuss the current applications of surfactant-modified MOFs and their derivatives in electrocatalysis. This review provides a better understanding of surfactantassistant structure regulation and electrocatalytic activity study of MOFs and their derivatives.

Ferrihydrite transformation impacted by coprecipitation of lignin:Inhibition or facilitation?

Lignin is a common soil organic matter that is present in soils,but its effect on the transformation of ferrihydrite(Fh)remains *** matter is generally assumed to inhibit Fh ***,lignin can reduce Fh to Fe(Ⅱ),in which Fe(Ⅱ)-catalyzed Fh transformation ***,the effects of lignin on Fh transformation were investigated at 75℃ as a function of the lignin/Fh mass ratio(0-0.2),pH(4-8)and aging time(0-96 hr).The results of Fh-lignin samples(mass ratios=0.1)aged at different pH values showed that for Fh-lignin the time of Fh transformation into secondary crystalline minerals was significantly shortened at pH 6 when compared with pure Fh,and the Fe(Ⅱ)-accelerated transformation of Fh was strongly dependent on *** pH 6,at low lignin/Fh mass ratios(0.05-0.1),the time of secondary mineral formation decreased with increasing lignin *** high lignosulfonate-content material(lignin:Fh=0.2),Fh did not transform into secondary minerals,indicating that lignin content plays a major role in Fh *** addition,lignin affected the pathway of Fh transformation by inhibiting goethite formation and facilitating hematite *** effect of coprecipitation of lignin on Fh transformation should be useful in understanding the complex iron and carbon cycles in a soil environment.

A radiant floor cooling system(RFCS)is a high-comfort and low energy consumption system suitable for residential *** floor systems usually work with fresh air,and their operating performance is affected by climatic *** and outdoor environmental disturbances and the system’s control strategy affect the indoor thermal comfort and energy efficiency of the ***,a multi-story residential building model was established in this *** system simulation program was used to study the operation dynamics of three control strategies of the RFCS based on the calibrated ***,the performance of the control strategies in five climate zones in China were compared using multi-criteria decision-making in *** results show that control strategy has a negligible effect on condensation risk,but the thermal comfort and economic performance differ for different control *** adaptability of different control strategies varies in different climate zones based on the consideration of multiple *** performance of the direct-ground cooling source system is better in Hot summer and warm winter *** variable air volume control strategy scores higher in Serve cold and Temperate zones,and the hours exceeding thermal comfort account for less than 3%of the total simulation ***,it is suggested to choose the RFCS control strategy for residential buildings according to the climate zone characteristics,to increase the energy *** results provide a reliable reference for implementing RFCSs in residential buildings.

Aluminum(Al)can lead to an exposure of creature in varieties ways for its universality,and it could disturb normal physiological metabolism,with the damage to multisystem including *** the oocyte quality is critical for female reproduction,we inspected the toxicity of Al on mouse oocyte *** constructed in vitro exposure mouse model,and we found that 5 mmol/L Al had adverse effects on oocyte maturation by impairing organelle and *** spindle and misaligned chromosomes which might be considered to be caused by elevated levels of acetylation,as well as abnormal distribution of actin dynamics could hinder normal meiosis of *** dysfunction indicated that Al affected proteins synthesis,transport and digestion,which would further damage oocyte *** order to explore the mechanism of Al toxicity,our further investigation demonstrated that Al caused mitochondrial dysfunction and imbalance calcium homeostasis,resulting in limited energy ***,high level of reactive oxygen species,DNA damage and apoptosis caused by oxidative stress were also the manifestation of Al toxicity on *** conclusion,our study provided the evidence that Al exposure affected oocyte quality through its effects on spindle organization,actin dynamics,organelle function and the induction of DNA damage-related apoptosis with mouse model.

With the deepening of neural network research, object detection has been developed rapidly in recent years, and video object detection methods have gradually attracted the attention of scholars, especially frameworks including multiple object tracking and detection. Most current works prefer to build the paradigm for multiple object tracking and detection by multi-task learning. Different with others, a multi-level temporal feature fusion structure is proposed in this paper to improve the performance of framework by utilizing the constraint of video temporal consistency. For training the temporal network end-to-end, a feature exchange training strategy is put forward for training the temporal feature fusion structure efficiently. The proposed method is tested on several acknowledged benchmarks, and encouraging results are obtained compared with the famous joint detection and tracking framework. The ablation experiment answers the problem of a good position for temporal feature fusion.
