Anticipating others’actions is innate and essential in order for humans to navigate and interact well with others in dense *** ability is urgently required for unmanned systems such as service robots and self-driving ***,existing solutions struggle to predict pedestrian anticipation accurately,because the influence of group-related social behaviors has not been well *** group relationships and group interactions are ubiquitous and significantly influence pedestrian anticipation,their influence is diverse and subtle,making it difficult to explicitly ***,we propose the group interaction field(GIF),a novel group-aware representation that quantifies pedestrian anticipation into a probability field of pedestrians’future locations and attention *** end-to-end neural network,GIFNet,is tailored to estimate the GIF from explicit multidimensional *** quantifies the influence of group behaviors by formulating a group interaction graph with propagation and graph attention that is adaptive to the group size and dynamic interaction *** experimental results show that the GIF effectively represents the change in pedestrians’anticipation under the prominent impact of group behaviors and accurately predicts pedestrians’future ***,the GIF contributes to explaining various predictions of pedestrians’behavior in different social *** proposed GIF will eventually be able to allow unmanned systems to work in a human-like manner and comply with social norms,thereby promoting harmonious human-machine relationships.

Short-term prediction of on-street parking occupancy is essential to the ITS system,which can guide drivers in finding vacant parking *** the spatial dependencies and exogenous dependencies need to be considered simultaneously,which makes short-term prediction of on-street parking occupancy ***,this paper proposes a deep learning model for predicting block-level parking ***,the importance of multiple points of interest(POI)in different buffers is sorted by Boruta,used for feature *** results show that different types of POI data should consider different buffer *** based on the real on-street parking data,long short-term memory(LSTM)that can address the time dependencies is applied to predict the parking *** results demonstrate that LSTM considering POI data after Boruta selection(LSTM(+BORUTA))outperforms other baseline methods,including LSTM,with an average testing MAPE of 11.78%.The selection process of POI data helps LSTM reduce training time and slightly improve the prediction performance,which indicates that complex correlations among the same type of POI data in different buffer zones will also affect the prediction accuracy of *** there are more restaurants on both sides of the street,the prediction performance of LSTM(+BORUTA)is significantly better than that of LSTM.

In recent years,deep learning methods have developed rapidly and found application in many fields,including natural language *** the field of aspect-level sentiment analysis,deep learning methods can also greatly improve the performance of ***,previous studies did not take into account the relationship between user feature extraction and contextual *** address this issue,we use data feature extraction and deep learning combined to develop an aspect-level sentiment analysis *** be specific,we design user comment feature extraction(UCFE)to distill salient features from users’historical comments and transform them into representative user feature ***,the aspect-sentence graph convolutional neural network(ASGCN)is used to incorporate innovative techniques for calculating adjacency matrices;meanwhile,ASGCN emphasizes capturing nuanced semantics within relationships among aspect words and syntactic dependency ***,three embedding methods are devised to embed the user feature vector into the ASGCN *** empirical validations verify the effectiveness of these models,consistently surpassing conventional benchmarks and reaffirming the indispensable role of deep learning in advancing sentiment analysis methodologies.

A novel photo-catalytic system composed of N-doped biochars(NBCs),MnFe_(2)O_(4) and sulfite activation under ultraviolet(NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4)/sulfite/UV)was constructed to realize the efficient eliminate of tetracycline(TC).As the carrier of MnFe_(2)O_(4),NBCs were synthesized from alfalfa,which has large specific surface area,graphite like structure and hierarchical porous *** adsorption isotherm indicated that NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4)-2:1 had the best adsorption performance for TC(347.56 mg g^(-1)).Through synergistic adsorption and photocatalysis,the removal rate of TC reached 84%,which was significantly higher than that of MnFe_(2)O_(4).Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and Photoluminescence(PL)characterization results showed that the introduction of NBCs improved the separation efficiency of photogenerated electron and hole pairs and enhanced the photocatalytic ***,the adsorption,degradation mechanism and degradation path of TC by the catalyst were systematically analyzed by coupling HPLC–MS measurement with the theoretical *** the advantages of excellent degradation performance,low cost,easy separation and environmental friendliness of NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4),this work was expected to provide a new path for the practical application of biochar.
