Accurate predictions of sea surface temperature(SST)are crucial due to the significant impact of SST on the global ocean-atmospheric system and its potential to trigger extreme weather *** existing machine-learning-based ssT predictions adapt the traditional iterative point-wise prediction mechanism,whose predicting horizons and accuracy are limited owing to the high sensitivity to cumulative errors during iterative ***,this paper proposes a novel granulation-based long short-term memory(LsTM)-random forest(RF)combination model that can fully capture the feature dependencies involved in the fluctuation of SsT sequences,reduce the cumulative error in the iteration process,and extend the prediction horizons,which includes two sub-models(adaptive granulation model and hybrid prediction model).They can restack the one-dimensional ssT time-series into multidimensional feature variables,and achieve a strong forecasting *** analysis shows that the proposed model can achieve more accurate prediction-hours in nearly all prediction ranges from 1 to 125 *** average prediction error of the proposed model in 25-125 h is 0.07 K,similar to that(0.067 K)in the first 24 h,which exhibits a high generalization performance and robustness and isthus a promising platform for the medium-and long-term forecasting of hourly SSTs.

The emergence of influenza virus A pandemic H1N1 in April 2009 marked the first pandemic of the 21st *** this study,we observed significant differences in the polymerase activities of two clinical 2009 H1N1 influenza A virus isolates from Chinese and Japanese *** comparison of the three main protein subunits(PB2,PB1,and PA)of the viral RNA-dependent RNA polymerase complex and subsequent mutational analysis revealed that a single amino acid substitution(E206K)was responsible for the observed impaired replication *** in vitro experiments showed that presence of PAE206K decreased the replication of influenza A/WSN/33 virus in mammalian cells and a reduction in the virus’s pathogenicity in *** studies revealed that PAE206K is a temperature-sensitive mutant associated with the inability to transport PB1–PA complex to the nucleus at high temperature(39.5℃).Hence,this naturally occurring variant in the PA protein represents an ideal candidate mutation for the development of live attenuated influenza vaccines.

Seed germination and seedling establishment are important for the reproductive success of plants,but seeds and seedlings typically encounter constantly changing environmental *** inhibiting seed germination and post-germinative growth through the PYR1/PYL/RCAR ABA receptors and PP2C co-receptors,the phytohormone abscisic acid(ABA)prevents premature germination and seedling growth under unfavorable ***,little is known about how the ABA-mediated inhibition of seed germination and seedling establishment is ***,we report that ABA Signaling Terminator(ABT),a WD40 protein,efficiently switches off ABA signaling and is critical for seed germination and seedling *** is induced by ABA in a PYR1/PYL/RCAR-PP2C-dependent *** of ABT promotes seed germination and seedling greening in the presence of ABA,whereas knockout of ABT has the opposite *** found that ABT interacts with the PYR1/PYL/RCAR and PP2C proteins,interferes with the interaction between PYR1/PYL4 and ABI1/ABI2,and hampers the inhibition of ABI1/ABI2 by ABA-bound PYR1/PYL4,thereby terminating ABA *** together,our results reveal a core mechanism of ABA signaling termination that is critical for seed germination and seedling establishment in Arabidopsis.

Green macroalgae bloom(GMB),with the dominant species of Ulva prolifera,has regularly occurred since 2007 along the China *** disaster prevention and control achieved favorable results in 2020,the satellite-observed GMB annual maximum coverage(AMC)rebounded sharply in 2021 to an unprecedented *** reasons for this rebound and the significant interannual variability over past 15 years are still open ***,by using long-term time-series(2007-2022)optical and Synthetic Aperture Radar satellite observations(1000+scenes),meteorological data and water quality statistics,the mechanism analysis was performed by exploring effects from natural factors and human *** key determinants for AMC are successfully identified from numerous potential factors which are the macroalgae distribution in a key area(the Subei Shoal)during a critical period(from April to May 20)and the nutrient ***,by using these two parameters,a novel model for AMC prediction(R^(2)=0.87,p<0.01)is proposed and independently validated,which can reasonably explain the significant interannual variability(2014-2021)and agree well with the latest observation in 2022(percentage difference 12%).Finally,suggestions are proposed for future disaster prevention and *** work may aid future bloom prediction and management measure optimization.

为了使汽车驾驶模拟器得到更加准确的运动状态参数,首先建立了车辆的7自由度在环动力学模型和计算模型,得到以轮胎滚动角速度和驱动轮转向角为输入,且以横纵向和横摆角度为输出的二阶非线性常微分方程组,然后对二阶非线性常微分方程进行降阶处理,最后通过设定固定步长,并依次解算出车辆的运动状态参数。通过仿真实验表明,利用提出的解算方法得到的结果具有较高的精度,位移最大误差仅为0.0037 m,速度最大误差仅为0.02 m/s,横摆角速度和横摆角度的最大误差分别仅为0.0057 rad/s和0.0047 rad,运算耗时较扩展卡尔曼滤波估计方法相比降低了43.2%,能够大幅提升模拟驾驶的逼真度。

Luminescent Cu(Ⅰ) complexes have witnessed impressive developments due to their interesting photo-physical properties including room temperature phosphorescence(RTP) and thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF). This case study on dinuclear copper(Ⅰ) complexes with N^P ligand(diphenylphosphine-substituted phenylbenzimidazole derivatives) provides a deeper insight into the effect of substitution on luminescence mechanisms and a reference for designing efficient Cu(Ⅰ) iodide emitters. The molecular structures of Cu01 and Cu02(Fig.1) show that the core structures are constructed with Cu+ ions and the μ-bridging I-ions and the molecular structures have an inversion symmetry. At 290 K, Cu01 and Cu02 exhibit similar broad and featureless emission bands with peak maxima(λ) at 517 nm and 567 nm, photoluminescence quantum yields(PLQYs) of 36.9% and 43.0%, and emission lifetime(τ) of 5.4 μs and 7.7 μs, respectively. Notably, upon cooling from 310 to 10 K, the λ and τ(10.4μs at 10 K to 6.7μs at 310 K) of Cu02 show no substantial changes, which demonstrate Cu02 is phosphorescence emitter. On the other hand, when the temperature is decreased to 10 K, the emission peak of Cu01 is redshifted to 576 nm with a longer lifetime of 52.2 μs. The experiment results and TD-DFT calculations suggest Cu01 could promote efficient TADF via a hot-exciton process.

为了降低噪声对图像配准精度的影响,提出了一种基于高阶累计量的图像抗噪声配准改进算法,首先通过对图像作去均值处理,并利用三阶累计量的离散傅里叶变换得到三阶谱,然后计算出归一化互双谱,来有效抑制噪声的影响,最后利用傅里叶逆变换得到了精确的平移量、旋转角度和尺度缩放因子。仿真实验结果表明,提出的改进算法能够将含有较强噪声的图像进行更为精确的配准,得到平移量、旋转角度和尺度缩放的最大估计误差分别仅为0.58pixel,0.19°和0.36%,且配准后的图像具有较小的均方根误差均和较大的归一化相关峰置信度,进一步说明了提出算法对噪声影响具有更强的适应性和鲁棒性,能够获得更加精确的配准图像。

我国贫困人口分布呈现山区农村聚集现象,全面了解山区农村贫困现状、有效减少山区农村贫困对象是全面建成小康社会的重要任务。本文立足河北省太行山区贫困农村,以海拔与区位特征为依据,选择河北省平山县北冶乡的6个典型村镇为研究对象,通过提问式调查方式获取数据,选取收入、资本、生活水平3个维度9个指标构建评价指标体系,采用A-F(Alkire-Foste)法分析数据,得到北冶乡多维贫困测度结果。研究结果表明:1)北冶乡单维贫困状况仍较严重,各维度贫困发生率存在显著差异,贫困主要表现为资本维度的缺失。2)北冶乡多维贫困程度较深。3维贫困(贫困户)家庭超过90%,多维贫困指数随维度k的增加而降低。3)各指标对北冶乡多维贫困的贡献存在显著差异。人均耕地面积、教育、技能培训与卫生设施4个指标贡献率均超过15%,且随维度k的增加变化不大,是太行山区精准扶贫应着重关注的方面。4)教育缺失是导致贫困发生的内在因素,相对于教育未缺失家庭,教育缺失家庭的月收入更低、收入来源更单一、家庭人口规模更大。针对以上结论,提出采用等级优化模式整理农村居民点,从而进行教育资源整合与优化、助力山区脱贫的建议。
