We prove that the R-matrix and Drinfeld presentations of the Yangian double in type A are *** central elements of the completed Yangian double in type A at the critical level are *** images of these elements under a Harish-Chandra-type homomorphism are calculated by applying a version of the Poincaré-Birkhoff-Witt theorem for the R-matrix *** images coincide with the eigenvalues of the central elements in the Wakimoto modules.

As the wind turbine height increases,the probability of multiple upward leaders flashes within the wind farm *** this study,an upward lightning flash containing 21 upward positive leaders(UPLs)initiated from different wind turbines in Zhangbei Wind Farm was *** average speed of the UPLs was 1.2×10^(5) m/s,which mostly decreased to zero before reaching the cloud *** four UPLs developed to cloud height,with prolonged periods of bright light on three of them and with a minimum duration of 126 ms.A total of nine return strokes occurred on the other two dissipated leader channels,and the numbers of strokes on the two channels was six and three,*** average interstroke interval for the return strokes was 10.5 *** of these nine return strokes had peak currents smaller than 10 *** high-speed video frames confirmed that competition does exist between the UPLs,and the range of shielding effects increases as the height of the ULs *** effect of fan rotation on the initiation of upward leaders and the shielding effect between the wind turbines and upward leaders are discussed.

The electrochemical water splitting to produce hydrogen converts electric energy into clean hydrogen energy,which is a groundbreaking concept of energy *** achieve high efficiency,numerous strategies have been developed to enhance the performance of *** these,interface engineering with molecules/ions/groups,serves as a versatile approach for optimizing the performance of electrocatalysts in water *** the basis of numerous achievements in high-performance electrocatalysts engineered through molecules/ions/groups at interface,a comprehensive understanding of these advancements is crucial for guiding future ***,after providing a concise overview of the background,the interface engineering via molecules/ions/groups for electrocatalytic water splitting is demonstrated from three ***,the engineering of electronic state of electrocatalysts by molecules/ions/groups at interface to reduce the Gibbs free energy of the corresponding ***,the modification of local microenvironment surrounding electrocatalysts via molecules/ions/groups at interface to enhance the transfer of reactants and ***,the protection of electrocatalysts with molecule/ion/group fences improves their durability,including protecting active sites from leaching and defending them against harmful *** fundamental principles of these three aspects are outlined for each,along with pertinent ***,several research directions and challenges are proposed.

This paper is concerned with the amplitude boundedness problem of adaptive iterative learning control(AILC) for robot manipulators operating with iteration-dependent periods. By introducing virtual memory slots for storing historical data, a practical AILC method is proposed to achieve the segmentwise learning. This method requires less memory storage for historical information of previous iterations,especially in comparison with that of the conventional AILC methods using point-wise learning *** is shown that not only the energy boundedness but also the amplitude boundedness of estimates and inputs of practical AILC can be guaranteed. Moreover, the practical AILC method can achieve the perfect tracking objective regardless of iteration-dependent periods when the robot manipulators have a persistent full learning property. In addition, a solution to the visual manipulator platform is provided and deployed based on Coppeliasim and Matlab, which helps to show the amplitude boundedness of learning results and the perfect tracking performances of the proposed practical AILC method for robot manipulators.

碳交易政策的协同减排效应

碳减排和大气污染物减排工作是中国可持续发展的双重战略任务。碳交易政策是气候变化政策的核心议题,其关键在于通过设定排放总量控制目标,倒逼排放主体实现减排。作为调节经济发展和环境压力的市场型政策工具,碳交易政策能否对碳排放强度以及PM_(2.5)和SO_(2)等大气污染具有协同减排效应值得深入研究。该研究以2006—2018年中国276个地级市面板数据为基础,以碳交易试点政策实施作为准自然实验,运用双重差分模型进行实证研究;进一步将样本城市划分为东、中、西3个子样本,探究区域异质性,并将中介模型纳入分析框架,探究技术创新对碳交易影响温室气体和大气污染物排放的传导机制。结果表明:①碳交易政策在降低碳排放强度的同时,也能有效实现PM_(2.5)与SO_(2)协同减排;②异质性分析结果表明,碳交易政策对大气污染物和二氧化碳的减排作用大小表现为西部地区最大,中部地区其次,东部地区最小;③碳交易政策对地区降污减排的中间作用机制表现为技术创新对碳交易和碳强度、SO_(2)、PM_(2.5)的显著中介效应。这些结论表明:在城市大气环境治理中应充分发挥市场机制作用,扩大碳排放权交易制度的市场与主体范围;在全国范围内推广碳交易政策,要将区域异质性考虑在内,增强对大气污染的区域协作治理。另外,城市规划建设要以促进技术进步和提高能源利用效率为立足点,获取环境经济综合效益。研究结果为完善中国碳交易制度,优化污染物协同减排路径,实现绿色发展提供理论借鉴。
