As the intermittency of wind power is a growing concern in the day-ahead economic dispatch,this paper proposes a day-ahead economic dispatch method considering extreme scenarios of wind power by using an uncertainty set.The uncertainty set inspired by robust optimization is used to describe wind power intermittency in this paper.Four extreme scenarios based on the uncertainty set are formulated to represent the worst cases of wind power fluctuation.An economic dispatch method considering the costs of both load shedding and wind curtailment is proposed.The economic dispatch model can be easily solved by a quadratic programming method owing to the introduction of four extreme scenarios and the uncertainty set of wind power.Simulation is done using the IEEE 30-bus system and the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

车站限流是缓解城市轨道交通高峰客流拥挤的有效应对措施。然而,目前实际应用的限流措施缺乏对同线路相邻车站的协同配合的考虑,限流效果有待进一步提升。综合考虑乘客、列车、车站三者的交互关系,依据列车在车站的发车时间间隔,对高峰时段的列车时刻表进行时间离散化,将离散化的时段作为基本研究时段,提取对应的车站乘客到达量。从供需双方的角度出发,以乘客总延误时间最小化和旅客周转量最大化为优化目标,在考虑列车运输能力、客流控制强度、车站服务水平的同时,引入列车剩余运输能力作为约束条件,平衡不同车站的客流需求,构建车站协同限流优化模型。针对多目标函数求解的复杂性,设计1种嵌入式遗传算法对模型进行求解,平衡多目标函数之间最优解的冲突。以南京地铁三号线高峰时段为例,与不采取协同限流的情景(先到先服务)进行对比分析。结果表明:在乘客总周转量提升1%的情况下,乘客延误人数下降了2.3%,乘客总延误时间降低了4.3%,拥挤车站的延误人数显著降低,延误人数的时空分布更加平衡。为了验证算法的有效性和模型的稳定性,将遗传算法与Gurobi求解器进行算法对比,并对关键参数列车满载率进行灵敏度分析,提出的遗传算法更能兼顾双优化目标,有利于缓解高峰时段大客流延误。

In 2022,a global outbreak of Mpox(formerly monkeypox)occurred in various countries across Europe and America and rapidly spread to more than 100 countries and regions.The World Health Organization declared the outbreak to be a public health emergency of international concern due to the rapid spread of the Mpox virus.Consequently,nations intensified their efforts to explore treatment strategies aimed at combating the infection and its dissemination.Nevertheless,the available therapeutic options for Mpox virus infection remain limited.So far,only a few numbers of antiviral compounds have been approved by regulatory authorities.Given the high mutability of the Mpox virus,certain mutant strains have shown resistance to existing pharmaceutical interventions.This highlights the urgent need to develop novel antiviral drugs that can combat both drug resistance and the potential threat of bioterrorism.Currently,there is a lack of comprehensive literature on the pathophysiology and treatment of Mpox.To address this issue,we conducted a review covering the physiological and pathological processes of Mpox infection,summarizing the latest progress of anti-Mpox drugs.Our analysis encompasses approved drugs currently employed in clinical settings,as well as newly identified small-molecule compounds and antibody drugs displaying potential antiviral efficacy against Mpox.Furthermore,we have gained valuable insights from the process of Mpox drug development,including strategies for repurposing drugs,the discovery of drug targets driven by artificial intelligence,and preclinical drug development.The purpose of this review is to provide readers with a comprehensive overview of the current knowledge on Mpox.

The gingiva is a key oral barrier that protects oral tissues from various stimuli.A loss of gingival tissue homeostasis causes periodontitis,one of the most prevalent inflammatory diseases in humans.The human gingiva exists as a complex cell network comprising specialized structures.To understand the tissue-specific pathophysiology of the gingiva,we applied a recently developed spatial enhanced resolution omics-sequencing(Stereo-seq)technique to obtain a spatial transcriptome(ST)atlas of the gingiva in healthy individuals and periodontitis patients.By utilizing Stereo-seq,we identified the major cell types present in the gingiva,which included epithelial cells,fibroblasts,endothelial cells,and immune cells,as well as subgroups of epithelial cells and immune cells.We further observed that inflammation-related signalling pathways,such as the JAK-STAT and NF-κB signalling pathways,were significantly upregulated in the endothelial cells of the gingiva of periodontitis patients compared with those of healthy individuals.Additionally,we characterized the spatial distribution of periodontitis risk genes in the gingiva and found that the expression of IFI16 was significantly increased in endothelial cells of inflamed gingiva.In conclusion,our Stereo-seq findings may facilitate the development of innovative therapeutic strategies for periodontitis by mapping periodontitis-relevant genes and pathways and effector cells.

随着风电渗透率的不断提高,如何在提高主动配电网运行稳定性的同时减少运行成本,成为亟待解决的问题。考虑储能、燃气轮机以及变压器分接头、电容器组投切等主动管理措施,建立以降低配电网运行成本和缩小电压偏差为目标的主动配电网有功无功协调鲁棒优化调度模型。针对风电机组出力相关性,利用最小体积封闭椭球(minimum volume enclosing ellipsoid,MVEE)算法将风电出力场景转化为椭圆不确定集合约束,改善了传统区间不确定集合过于保守的缺点。利用锥对偶理论,将构建的鲁棒模型转化为上下两层混合整数二阶锥规划问题,采用列约束生成算法进行求解。在改进的IEEE 33节点配电网算例中进行仿真分析,研究了风电出力相关性对配电网优化调度的影响,验证了所提方法的经济性和鲁棒性。

OBJECTIVE To evalu ate the role of resting magnetocardiography in identifying seve re coronary artery stenosis in patients with suspected coronary artery disease.METHODS A total of 513 patients with angina symptoms were included and divided into two groups based on the extent of coronary artery disease determined by angiography:the non-severe coronary stenusis group(<70% stenosis) and the severe coronary stenosis group(≥70% stenosis).The diagnostic model was constructed using magnetic field map(MFM) parameters,either individually or in combination with clinical indicators.The performance of the models was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic curves,accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value(PPV) and ne gative predictive value(NPV).Calibration plots and decision curve analysis were performed to investigate the clinical utility and performance of the models,respectively.RESULTS In the severe coronary stenosis group,QR_MCTDd,S_MDp,and TT_(MA)C_(50) were significantly higher than those in the non-severe coronary stenosis group(10,46±10.66 vs,5.11±6.07,P <0.001;7.2±8.64 vs.4.68±6.95,P=0.003;0.32±57.29 vs.0.26±57.29,P <0.001).While,QR_MV_(amp),R_(MA),and T_(MA) in the severe coronary stenosis group were lower(0.23±0.16 vs.0.28±0.16,P<0.001;55.06±48.68 vs.59.24±53.01,P<0.001;51.67±39.32 vs. 60.45±51.33,P <0.001).Seven MFM parameters were integrated into the model,resulting in an area under the curve of 0.810(95% CI:0.765-0.855).The sensitivity,specificity,PPV,NPV,and accurecy were 71.7%,80.4%,93.3%,42.8 %,and 73.5%;respectevely.The combined model exhibited an area under the curve of 0.845(95% CI:0.798-0.892).The sensitivity,specificity,PPV,NPV,and accuracy were 84.3%,73.8%,92.6%,54.6%,and 82.1%;respectively.Calibration curves demonstrate d excellent agreement between the nomogram prediction and actual observation.The decision curve analysis showed that the c ombine d model provided greater net benefit compared to the magnetocardingraphy model.CONCLUSIONS The novel quantitative MFM parameters

The frequent detection of pharmaceutical compounds in the environment has led to a growing awareness,which may pose a major threat to the aquatic environment.In this study,photodegradation(direct and indirect photolysis)of two different dissociation states of fluoxetine(FLU)was investigated in water,mainly including the determination of photolytic transition states and products,and the mechanisms of indirect photodegradation with·OH,CO_(3)^(*-)and NO_(3)^(*).The main direct photolysis pathways are defluorination and C–C bond cleavage.In addition,the indirect photodegradation of FLU in water is mainly through the reactions with·OH and NO_(3)^(*),and the photodegradation reaction with CO_(3)^(*-)is relatively difficult to occur in the water environment.Our results provide a theoretical basis for understanding the phototransformation process of FLU in the water environment and assessing its potential risk.
