Aqueous Zn-ion batteries(AZIBs)are recognized as a promising energy storage system with intrinsic safety and low cost,but its applications still rely on the design of high-capacity and stable-cycling cathode *** this work,we present an intercalation mechanism-based cathode materials for AZIB,*** vanadium oxide with pre-intercalated manganese ions and lattice water(noted as MVOH).The synergistic effect between Mn^(2+)and lattice H_(2)O not only expands the interlayer spacing,but also significantly enhances the structural *** in-situ and ex-situ characterizations clarify the Zn^(2+)/H^(+)co–(de)intercalation mechanism of MVOH in aqueous *** demonstrated remarkable structure stability,excellent kinetic behaviors and ion-storage mechanism together enable the MVOH to demonstrate satisfactory specific capacity of 450 mA h g^(−1)at 0.2 A g^(−1),excellent rate performance of 288.8 mA h g^(−1)at 10 A g^(−1)and long cycle life over 20,000 cycles at 5 A g^(−1).This work provides a practical cathode material,and contributes to the understanding of the ion-intercalation mechanism and structural evolution of the vanadium-based cathode for AZIBs.

为论证以脂肪酸指纹建立模型判别牛肉放牧和舍饲来源的可行性,从内蒙古优势肉牛养殖带8个旗县/区采集放牧和舍饲牛股二头肌、背最长肌和肋部皮下脂肪共91份,气相色谱法测定脂肪酸,进行主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)和描述性统计,并建立软独立建模分类(soft independent modeling of class analogies,SIMCA)判别模型。结果表明:8个旗县/区全部样品按放牧和舍饲分开聚类;草原和农区牛肉分开聚类;呼伦贝尔和锡林郭勒草原牛肉聚类有分离;东部区科尔沁左翼后旗和正蓝旗舍饲牛肉单独聚类,中西部和林格尔县和乌审旗舍饲牛肉有分离趋势。放牧牛肉n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(polyunsaturated fatty acids,PUFA)、α-C_(18:3 n3)(α-亚麻酸)、C_(18:0)和C_(14:0)含量都显著高于舍饲,其中n-3 PUFA含量是舍饲牛肉的1.6倍,α-亚麻酸含量是舍饲牛肉的2.2倍;舍饲牛肉n-6 PUFA、C_(18:1 n9c)和C_(18:2 n6c)(亚油酸)含量显著高于放牧牛肉;放牧牛肉n-6 PUFA∶n-3 PUFA为3.6∶1,较为理想;但脂肪酸配对和配伍检验,饲养模式和地区间均无整体差异,说明传统统计在指标数据集整体模式分析方面具有局限性。3个部位脂肪酸分别进行PCA,对放牧和舍饲牛肉的区分效果均优于总样本PCA结果;肋部皮下脂肪脂肪酸对放牧和舍饲牛肉的聚类距离最远,建立SIMCA模型,对放牧和舍饲牛肉判别的内部和外部验证正确率分别为100.0%和92.6%。基于脂肪酸建模判别放牧和舍饲牛肉真实性可行,为肉类真实性判别研究提供了创新的思路和方法。

Adjusting agronomic measures to alleviate the kernel position effect in maize is important for ensuring high *** order to clarify whether the combined application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer(CAOFCF)can alleviate the kernel position effect of summer maize,field experiments were conducted during the 2019 and 2020 growing seasons,and five treatments were assessed:CF,100%chemical fertilizer;OFCF1,15%organic fertilizer+85%chemical fertilizer;OFCF2,30%organic fertilizer+70%chemical fertilizer;OFCF3,45%organic fertilizer+55%chemical fertilizer;and OFCF4,60%organic fertilizer+40%chemical *** with the CF treatment,the OFCF1 and OFCF2 treatments significantly alleviated the kernel position effect by increasing the weight ratio of inferior kernels to superior kernels and reducing the weight gap between the superior and inferior *** effects were largely due to the improved filling and starch accumulation of inferior ***,there were no obvious differences in the kernel position effect among plants treated with CF,OFCF3,or OFCF4 in most *** area indexes,post-silking photosynthetic rates,and net assimilation rates were higher in plants treated with OFCF1 or OFCF2 than in those treated with CF,reflecting an enhanced photosynthetic capacity and improved postsilking dry matter accumulation(DMA)in the plants treated with OFCF1 or *** with the CF treatment,the OFCF1 and OFCF2 treatments increased post-silking N uptake by 66.3 and 75.5%,respectively,which was the major factor driving post-silking photosynthetic capacity and ***,the increases in root DMA and zeatin riboside content observed following the OFCF1 and OFCF2 treatments resulted in reduced root senescence,which is associated with an increased post-silking N *** showed that post-silking N uptake,DMA,and grain yield in summer maize were negatively correlated with the kernel position *** conclusion,the combined application of

为探索低真空条件对混凝土中介质迁移性能的影响规律,保障低真空管道等严酷环境下混凝土结构服役性能,首先,通过模拟低真空环境条件,研究了经低真空条件处理的混凝土气体渗透性、毛细吸水性和氯离子渗透性能;其次,分析了粉煤灰、硅灰、消泡剂和吸水树脂(SAP)等外加剂对低真空条件下混凝土中气体、离子、水介质迁移性能的影响规律;最后,基于灰色关联理论,探讨了各因素与混凝土中介质迁移性能的关联度。研究结果表明:低真空条件对混凝土气体渗透性和毛细吸水性产生显著不利影响,复合掺入粉煤灰、硅灰及消泡剂可较好地降低混凝土气体渗透性和毛细吸水性,并且提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能,但复合掺入SAP对混凝土抗渗性改善作用较低;低真空条件处理会显著增加混凝土的水分蒸发量,扩大孔结构,从而导致其抗介质迁移性能比标准养护的差。复合掺入粉煤灰、硅灰及消泡剂可制得适用于低真空条件的高抗介质迁移性能的混凝土。

Frequency Regulation of VSC-MTDC System with Offshore Wind Farms

Frequency regulation of voltage source converter-based multi-terminal high-voltage direct current(VSC-MTDC)system with offshore wind farms enhances the frequency stability by compensating the power for a disturbed AC ***,it is difficult to reasonably allocate frequency-regulation resources due to a lack of coordination mechanisms between wind farms and the MTDC ***,it is difficult for the frequency control of the wind farms to manage changes in wind speed;and the risk of wind-turbine stalls is ***,based on the kinetic energy of wind turbines and the power margin of the converters,the frequency-regulation capability of wind turbines is evaluated,and a dynamic frequency-support scheme considering the real-time frequency-support capability of the wind turbines and system frequency evolution is proposed to improve the frequency-support performance.A power adaptation technique at variable wind speeds is developed;the active power in the frequency-support stage and restoration stage is switched according to the wind speed.A hierarchical zoning frequency-regulation scheme is designed to use the frequency-regulation resources of different links in the MTDC system with wind *** simulation results show that the novel frequency-regulation strategy maintains frequency stability with wind-speed changes and avoids multiple frequency dips.

在雄性哺乳动物减数分裂中, X染色体和Y染色体无法完全联会,广泛的未联会区域会触发减数分裂性染色体沉默(meiotic sex chromosome inactivation, MSCI). MSCI是精子发生所必需的,随着MSCI的启动, XY染色体结构重塑,转化为一个与常染色体隔开的区域,被称为XY body.本文回顾了MSCI和XY body形成的机制研究.MSCI的启动是由DNA损伤反应(DNA damage response, DDR)通路介导的;DDR下游涉及多条通路,经过梳理发现,自粗线期中晚期到双线期早中期的基因沉默机制尚存在证据链缺失.另外,越来越多的证据表明, MSCI和随后的XY body形成可能是由相分离驱动,相分离是一个支配无膜细胞器和其他生物分子凝聚物形成的物理过程.本文综述了最近关于XY body和相分离机制的研究,指出了相分离与XY body之间的潜在联系,并提出了后续研究所面临的挑战.
