Fluorescence labeled small interfering RNAs(siRNAs)were loaded into lipopolyplexes modified with ApoA1(named as rHDL)and administered by intravenous *** biodistribution with time of these lipopolyplexes inside the liver and among various cell types was followed using tissue sections by Confocal fluorescence *** about 0.5 h after tail vein injection at a dose of 0.408 mg/kg,very few fluorescence signals were found in the *** then the signals could be seen to accumulate inside hepatocytes as discrete spots and diffused signals at around 2e4 h after *** a distribution and uptake pattern was significantly different from what were observed using the commercial agent Invivofectamine2.0 or DOTAP lipoplexes as the *** differences indicated different mechanisms concerning the in vivo behavior of these *** rHDL carrier system we developed was able to deliver siRNA specifically into hepatocytes while avoiding the uptake by REM cells especially the Kupffer *** it’s low toxicity and off target effect,it may be suitable to be developed as a hepatocyte targeting delivery system for siRNA.

Herein,vacancy engineering is utilized reasonably to explore molybdenum tungsten oxide nanowires(W_(4)MoO_(3)NWs)rich in O-vacancies as an advanced electrochemical nitrogen reduction reaction(eNRR)electrocatalyst,realizing further enhancement of NRR *** 0.1 mol/L Na_(2)SO_(4),W_(4)MoO_(3)NWs rich in O vacancies(CTAB-D-W_(4)MoO_(3))achieve a large NH3yield of 60.77μg h^(-1)mg^(-1)***-0.70 V *** and a high faradaic efficiency of 56.42%at-0.60 V,much superior to the W_(4)MoO_(3)NWs deficient in oxygen vacancies(20.26μg h^(-1)mg^(-1)*** 17.1%at-0.70 V ***).Meanwhile,W_(4)MoO_(3)NWs rich in O-vacancies also show high electrochemical *** functional theory(DFT)calculations present that O vacancies in CTAB-D-W_(4)MoO_(3)reduce the energy barrier formed by the intermediate of^(*)N-NH,facilitate the activation and further hydrogenation of^(*)N-N,promote the NRR process,and improve NRR activity.

In this paper, a microwave perfect absorber based on magnetorheological material is proposed and *** absorber achieves broad-band, flexible, and lightweight properties through the fusion of a ***, full-wave numerical simulation is conducted, demonstrating that the proposed absorber achieves a peak absorption of 99.99 % at 13.95 GHz. Additionally, a broad bandwidth of 90 % absorption is observed from 10GHz to 18 GHz in full-wave simulation, and the experimental results ranges from 11.7 GHz to 16.1 ***, the proposed absorber could be fabricated using an easy and low-cost method where laser engraving method is adopted. Experimental measurements in the microwave anechoic chamber confirm that the experimental results align well with the simulation. Furthermore, the absorption mechanism of the proposed absorber is investigated through a detailed analysis of the electric field and magnetic field. This study presents an effective approach for achieving lightweight and flexible electromagnetic protection materials in the microwave range,which could facilitate the practical application of absorbers in the field of military anti-reconnaissance.

为探明丛枝菌根真菌接种处理下石漠化“植物⁃土壤环境变化”对氮组分含量时空分布的影响规律,选取云南弥勒白枪杆(Fraxinus malacophylla)为供试寄主植物,分别接种摩西斗管囊霉(Funneliformis mosseae,FM)、幼套近明球囊霉(Claroideoglomus etunicatum,CE)和根内根孢囊霉(Rhizophagus intraradices,RI),并设置对照处理(不添加菌种,CK),揭示不同丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhiza,AM)真菌接种处理下土壤氮库各组分(全氮、水解氮、铵态氮、硝态氮)含量及占比(水解氮/全氮、铵态氮/全氮、硝态氮/全氮)的时空变化特征,分析植物生长和土壤性质变化对氮组分含量时空分布特征的影响。结果表明:1)AM真菌接种显著促进了土壤氮组分含量及其占比的积累(PCE>RI。2)不同菌种处理下土壤氮组分含量及占比的时空变化存在差异。除全氮含量在6月最大,其余3种氮组分含量在9月最大,不同菌种处理下各氮组分含量沿土层的减幅大小顺序均表现为:RI>FM>CE;不同菌种处理下水解氮、铵态氮和硝态氮含量占比均在9月最大,其沿土层的减幅均表现为:FM>CE>RI。3)相较于对照,AM真菌处理显著提升树高、地径、根系生物量、土壤含水率及碳组分(总有机碳、易氧化碳、微生物量碳)、磷组分(全磷、有效磷)、钾组分(全钾、有效钾)含量,但降低了土壤pH及容重,FM处理对总有机碳提升率(72.25%)最大,RI处理对有效磷的提升率(1.49%)最小。4)冗余分析表明,土壤总有机碳、易氧化碳、微生物量碳、全磷是氮组分含量积累的主要驱动因子,根系生物量、易氧化碳、微生物量碳是氮组分含量占比增加的主控因子。因此,AM真菌接种通过介导根系生物量及土壤碳磷含量变化,进而调控土壤氮组分含量积累与分配的时空分布。

Two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs),due to their unique physical properties,have a wide range of applications in the next generation of electronics,optoelectronics,and ***-scale preparation of high-quality TMDCs films is critical to realize these potential *** we report a study on metal-organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD)growth of wafer-scale MoSe_(2)films guided by the crystalline step edges of miscut sapphire *** established that the nucleation density and growth rate of MoSe_(2)films were positively correlated with the step-edge density and negatively with the growth *** a certain temperature,the MoSe_(2)domains on the substrate with high step-edge density grow faster than that with low *** a result,wafer-scale and continuous MoSe_(2)films can be formed in a short duration(30 min).The MoSe_(2)films are of high crystalline quality,as confirmed by systematic Raman and photoluminescence(PL)*** results provide an important methodology for the rapid growth of wafer-scale TMDCs,which may promote the application of 2D semiconductors.

目的探讨进行长期中等强度有氧运动能否通过下调骨骼肌中TNF-α及其受体TNF-R1水平抵抗阿霉素诱导的骨骼肌萎缩,为运动抵抗阿霉素副作用提供方法建议。方法选用36只3月龄雄性C57BL/6小鼠,适应性喂养1周后,随机分为对照组(SED)和运动组(EXE),运动组进行8周中等强度跑台运动,对照组正常饲养;最后一次训练后进行最大跑速测试,结束后从SED和EXE组中随机抽取6只小鼠取材;剩余小鼠,SED组平均分为生理盐水组(SED-SAL)和阿霉素给药组(SED-DOX),EXE组平均分为运动后生理盐水组(EXE-SAL)和运动后阿霉素给药组(EXE-DOX)。SED-DOX组、EXE-DOX组小鼠腹腔注射阿霉素;SED-SAL组、EXE-SAL组小鼠注射对应体积生理盐水。给药结束后4组小鼠同时取材,取双侧股四头肌,H&E染色统计肌纤维横截面积,ELISA检测血浆TNF-α水平,WB检测股四头肌TNF-α、TNF-R1、PGC-1α、MuRF-1、Caspase-8蛋白表达水平。结果(1)与注射生理盐水的小鼠相比,注射阿霉素的小鼠最大跑速显著下降,体重、股四头肌质量显著下降,Ⅰ型、ⅡA型肌纤维数量显著减少,肌纤维横截面积显著减小,阿霉素给药导致小鼠骨骼肌萎缩;而8周中等强度有氧运动预干预,能显著减缓阿霉素引起的一系列骨骼肌不良反应,改善阿霉素导致的骨骼肌萎缩。(2)与注射生理盐水的小鼠相比,注射阿霉素的小鼠血浆TNF-α水平、股四头肌TNF-α及TNF-R1水平显著升高,且股四头肌中MuRF-1、Caspase-8蛋白表达水平显著升高,而8周中等强度有氧运动能显著抑制股四头肌TNF-α、TNF-R1、MuRF-1、Caspase-8水平。(3)8周中等强度有氧运动提高小鼠最大跑速,激活PGC-1α,抑制股四头肌TNF-α及TNF-R1表达水平。结论8周中等强度有氧运动抑制股四头肌TNF-α、TNF-R1表达水平,抑制阿霉素给药后TNF-α/TNF-R1通路下游的蛋白质降解和细胞凋亡反应,这可能是运动抵抗阿霉素诱导小鼠股四头肌萎缩的原因之一。

The international video seminar"Comparison of the Human Rights Values between the East and the West in Epidemic Prevention and Control",hosted by the Institute of Human Rights Law of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,was successfully held on May 30,*** the background of the fight against the CO VID-19 pandemic,this seminar fostered exchanges and discussions on human rights *** the first country that has contained the epidemic successfully,China shared its experience in the practice of human rights values in epidemic prevention and control,while experts from various countries also shared different human rights values embodied in epidemic prevention and *** seminar allowed for demonstration of the situation of human rights protection in different countries and regions and exchanges of dilemmas and countermeasures during the specific practice of human rights *** the collision of different views and the exchange of multi-dimension dialogues,the seminar called for a sense of a global community of health for all and aimed to foster solidarity and international cooperation for greater contributions to the human rights protection in global epidemic prevention and the development of human rights worldwide.
