Jiama is a giant,high-grade porphyry copper system in the Gangdese metallogenic belt,Tibet.Multistage intermediate-felsic porphyries intruded in this deposit,some of which are strongly associated with copper-polymetallic mineralization.These ore-bearing porphyries include monzogranite,granodiorite,and quartz diorite porphyries.A new granite aplite dyke was found in the south of Jiama.Its age,genesis,and relationship with ore-related magmatism are obscure.Here,its emplacement age and petrogenesis were determined using mineralogy,zircon U-Pb dating,geochemistry,and Sr-Nd-Pb isotope studies.The zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb age of the aplite dyke is 16.66±0.21 Ma(n=14,MSWD=0.66),earlier than that of the ore-bearing porphyries(~15 Ma)in Jiama.Furthermore,the aplite exhibits high amounts of silicon(SiO_(2)=73.39%-74.74%),potassium(K_(2)O=5.12%-6.61%),aluminum(Al_(2)O_(3)=14.25%-14.69%),and light/heavy rare earth elements(LREE/HREE=12.12-16.19)as well as negative europium(δEu=0.47-0.72)and weak negative cerium anomalies(δCe=0.84-0.93).The aplite dyke is characteristic of metaluminous-peraluminous I-type granite,which is rich in large-ion lithophile elements(Rb,Ba,Th and U)and depleted in high-field-strength elements(Nb,P and Ti).The aplite dyke and ore-bearing porphyries in the Jiama deposit are the results of a partial melting of the juvenile lower crust,according to whole-rock geochemistry and Sr-Nd-Pb isotope data,but the dyke and ore-bearing porphyries were emplaced from the same magma chamber at different times.Thus,the aplite dyke shows the composition of the early evolution stage of shallow magma in the Jiama deposit and is the product of rapid condensation and crystallization.

The giant Jiama deposit is a post-collisional porphyry Cu–polymetallic system located in the Gangdese metallogenic belt of Tibet. It consists of three deposits: the Main deposit， the Zegulangbei deposit， and the South Pit deposit according to exploration and research. The South Pit deposit is a high-grade Cu–Pb–Zn deposit， but its genesis is unclear. To investigate its genesis， a detailed study was conducted on the deposit geology， geochronology and amphibole geochemistry. The results indicate that the weighted average206Pb/238U age of the zircons from the granite porphyry in the South Pit is 15.38 ± 0.45 Ma， and the molybdenite from the mineralized skarn yield a Re–Os isochron age of 15.23 ± 0.22 Ma， in line with the age of the Main deposit (15.7–14.3Ma). The amphiboles in the granite porphyry of the South Pit， magnesiohornblende and actinolite， are high in Mg and Ca and low in K. They crystallized at temperatures of 705–749 ℃， pressures of 0.44–0.67 kbar， oxygen fugacity of ﹣14.31–﹣13.69 (NNO)， and depths of 1.7–2.5 km. Mapping of structure and alteration indicates that the South Pit skarn developed due to the metasomatism of marble of hornfels or carbonate in fold hinge dilation and an interlayer detachment zone by magmatic hydrothermal fluids. According to the age of magmatism and geological features， the South Pit deposit and the Main deposit have originated from the same Miocene magmatism， but the South Pit deposit was affected by the gliding nappe tectonic system. The amphibole geochemistry indicates that the ore-related magma of the South Pit has a high oxygen fugacity and is rich in water.

纳米材料的形貌可以影响其电化学性能,设计形貌和尺寸可控、导电性良好的金属氧化物纳米结构是将其应用于电化学超级电容器等储能器件的一个挑战。采用共沉淀法制备了不同聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)添加量的NiMn_(2)O_(4)电极材料,研究了表面活性剂PVP的添加量(0、0.2、0.4、0.8 g)对NiMn_(2)O_(4)微观形貌及电容性能的影响。结果表明:随着PVP添加量的增加,所制备的NiMn_(2)O_(4)的微观形貌由团聚的颗粒状变为疏松的团絮状和细粉末状。当PVP添加量为0.4 g时,NiMn_(2)O_(4)的电容性能最佳,在电流密度为1 A/g时比电容为1464 F/g。添加量为0.8 g时由于过量的PVP在清洗过程中容易造成残留,在电化学测试过程中,实际参与氧化还原反应的活性物质NiMn_(2)O_(4)的量相对减小,导致NiMn_(2)O_(4)-0.8的比电容降低,在电流密度为1 A/g时的比电容为1010 F/g。

本文基于2008~2021年中国A股上市公司的面板数据,采用双重差分法研究高新技术企业认定政策对企业高质量发展的影响。结果发现:(1)高新技术企业认定政策对企业生产率和绩效具有显著的促进作用,有利于推动企业实现高质量发展;(2)相比于未认定的企业,通过认定政策的企业能获得更多的政府补贴并享受税收优惠,其对认定企业生产率和绩效产生的促进作用更大;(3)高新技术企业认定政策具有创新激励效应,促进企业增加研发投入,推动生产率和绩效提升;(4)高新技术企业认定政策具有信号传递效应,增加企业外部融资和创新人才,促进企业高质量发展。本文对制定和完善精准的高新技术产业政策,以更好地促进企业高质量发展,具有重要的决策参考价值。

环状RNA(circRNA)是内源非编码性RNA,多数circRNA被发现可通过发挥微小RNA(miRNA)海绵功能来调控基因表达,此外某些circRNA也会被翻译或与RNA结合蛋白互作发挥作用。circRNA广泛表达于组织和体液中,其表达量的改变与肿瘤的发生发展相关。circRNA的环化特性使其对核糖核酸酶R(RNase R)稳定而不易降解。由于circRNA稳定、种类丰富、可特异性调控肿瘤发生、在体液中高表达,因此有望成为肿瘤相关的诊断、预后和治疗靶标。目前对circRNA的认识相对较少,其发生机制和功能尚未完全解析,circRNA的注释也有待充实。本文总结了circRNA的发生机制、生物学功能和在肿瘤研究中的重要应用。

奥迪隆·雷东是法国19世纪后期象征主义绘画的领军人物。梦入繁花是雷东作品营造的重要意境。雷东基于自身独特的生命体验和绘画语言赋予花卉多重寓意,在主客之间建立起"秘密的亲缘关系",对于象征主义美学原则的确立有着特殊而普遍的意义。从花卉入画的绘画史看,雷东对写实主义与印象主义进行了反动与推进,从而在写实花卉、写意花卉之外创造了抽象花卉,丰富了花卉入画的审美风格类型。

肿瘤相关蛋白亚细胞定位的改变可影响其蛋白结构和生物学功能,与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后密切相关。异常的磷酸化、乙酰化和泛素化修饰可影响肿瘤相关蛋白的亚细胞定位,进而改变下游靶基因表达及相关细胞信号通路,这是诱导肿瘤发生的重要因素。作用于蛋白翻译后修饰的抗癌药物可逆转肿瘤相关蛋白的异常亚细胞定位,进而抑制肿瘤细胞迁移,并促进细胞凋亡。本文以p53、叉头框蛋白O1(forkhead box protein O1,FOXO1)和p27等分子为例,总结了磷酸化、乙酰化和泛素化修饰对这些蛋白亚细胞定位的影响,以及目前影响蛋白亚细胞定位的抗癌药物的作用机制,并讨论了蛋白亚细胞定位对临床恶性肿瘤诊断、预后判断和药物作用效果预测具有的重要意义。
