Game Theory based Optimal Defensive resources Allocation with Incomplete Information in Cyber-physical Power Systems against False Data Injection Attacks

Modern power grid is fast emerging as a complex cyber-physical power system(CPPS)integrating physical current-carrying components and processes with cyber-embedded computing,which faces increasing cy-berspace security threats and *** this paper,the state(i.e.,voltage)offsets resulting from false data injection(FDI)attacks and the bus safety characterization are applied to quantify the attack *** state offsets are obtained by the state estimation method,and the bus safety characterization considers the power net-work topology as well as the vulnerability and connection relationship of *** the indeterminacy of attacker’s resource consumption and reward,a zero-sum game-theoretical model from the defender’s perspective with incomplete information is explored for the optimal allocation of limited defensive *** attacker aims to falsify measurements without triggering threshold alarms to break through the protection,leading to load shedding,over-voltage or *** defender attempts to ensure the estimation results to be as close to the actual states as possible,and guarantee the system’s safety and efficient defensive resource *** proposed solution is extensively evaluated through simu-lations using the IEEE 3.-bus test network and real-time digital simulator(RTDS)based testbed experiments of the IEEE 14-bus *** results demonstrate the effec-tiveness of the proposed game-theoretical approach for optimal defensive resource allocation in CPPS when lim-ited resources are available when under FDI *** Terms—Optimal strategy,game theory,Nash equilibrium,CPPS,FDI attack.

Flowering time is important for adaptation of soybean(Glycine max)to different ***,we conducted a genome-wide association study of flowering time using a panel of 1490 cultivated soybean *** identified three strong signals at the qFT02.2.locus(Chr02.12.3.3.9–12.3.569),which were associated with flowering time in three environments:Gongzhuling,mengcheng,and *** analyzing linkage disequilibrium,gene expression patterns,gene annotation,and the diversity of variants,we identified an AP1 homolog as the candidate gene for the qFT02.2.locus,which we named *** one nonsynonymous polymorphism existed among 1490 soybean accessions at position Chr02.*** carrying the Chr02.12.87053.T allele flowered significantly earlier than those carrying the Chr02.12.87053.A ***,we developed a cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence(CAPS)marker for the SNP at Chr02.12.87053.which is suitable for marker-assisted breeding of flowering *** of GmAP1d in the‘Williams 82.background by gene editing promoted flowering under long-day conditions,confirming that GmAP1d is the causal gene for *** analysis of the region surrounding GmAP1d revealed that GmAP1d was artificially selected during the genetic improvement of *** stepwise selection,the proportion of modern cultivars carrying the Chr02.12.87053.T allele has increased,and this allele has become nearly fixed(95%)in northern *** findings provide a theoretical basis for better understanding the molecular regulatory mechanism of flowering time in soybean and a target gene that can be used for breeding modern soybean cultivars adapted to different latitudes.

Observation of Arctic surface currents using data from a surface drifting buoy

During the 10th Chinese Arctic scientific expedition carried out in the summer of 2.19,the surface current in the high-latitude areas of the Arctic Ocean was observed using a self-developed surface drifting buoy,which was initially deployed in the Chukchi *** buoy traversed the Chukchi Sea,Chukchi Abyssal Plain,Mendeleev Ridge,Makarov Basin,and Canada Basin over a period of 63.0}*** returning to the Mendeleev Ridge,it continued to drift toward the ***,the track of the buoy reflected the characteristics of the transpolar drift and Chukchi Slope Current,as well as the inertial flow,cross-ridge surface flow,and even the surface disorganized flow for some time *** results showed that:(1)the transpolar drift mainly occurs in the Chukchi Abyssal Plain,Mendeleev Ridge,and western Canada Basin to the east of the ridge where sea ice concentration is high,and the average northward flow velocity in the region between 79.41°N and 86.3.0}N was 5.1 cm/s;(2.the average surface velocity of the Chukchi Slope Current was 13.5 cm/s,and while this current moves westward along the continental slope,it also extends northwestward across the continental slope and flows to the deep sea;and(3.when sea ice concentration was less than 50%,the inertial flow was more significant(the maximum observed inertial flow was 2. cm/s,and the radius of the inertia circle was 3.6 km).

The Taiyuan Basin is of importance for intraplate tectonic deformation in North China and contains Cenozoic strata with a maximum thickness of 3.00 m.A～853.5-m-deep borehole (ZK01) with an overall core recovery rate of 85.09%was drilled at Yuci (3.°3.'3.?N,112.3.'47?E) in the central Taiyuan Basin,to obtain high-resolution records of paleomagnetism,paleoclimatic and paleoenvironmental conditions,and depositional environment of the *** obtained magnetic polarity sequence consists of 13.normal and 12.reverse zones,which correspond to C1n-C4An.2. of the geomagnetic polarity time *** data show that the evolution of ZK01 core covers the interval from 8.1 Ma to the present,and the bottoms of Pliocene,Quaternary,and Middle Pleistocene were identified in Taiyuan Basin,with a sedimentary accumulation rate ranging from 62.5 m/Ma to 175.9 m/*** data reveal that the source rocks in the study area underwent intense weathering and the sediments mainly formed in a semi-arid and oxygen-rich *** addition,paleoclimatic changes occurred at～7 Ma,3.8 Ma,and 1.7 Ma,which can be closely related to the tectonic uplift of the Loess Plateau and Tibetan Plateau,as well as the variations in the Asian monsoon and associated regional and global climatic change.

A genome-wide association study(GWAS)identifies trait-associated loci,but identifying the causal genes can be a bottleneck,due in part to slow decay of linkage disequilibrium(LD).A transcriptome-wide association study(TWAS)addresses this issue by identifying gene expression-phenotype associations or integrating gene expression quantitative trait loci with GWAS ***,we used self-pollinated soybean(Glycine max[L.]Merr.)as a model to evaluate the application of TWAS to the genetic dissection of traits in plant species with slow LD *** generated RNA sequencing data for a soybean diversity panel and identified the genetic expression regulation of 2.2.6 soybean *** TWAS solutions were less affected by LD and were robust to the source of expression,identifing known genes related to traits from different tissues and developmental *** novel pod-color gene L2.was identified via TWAS and functionally validated by genome *** introducing a new exon proportion feature,we significantly improved the detection of expression variations that resulted from structural variations and alternative *** a result,the genes identified through our TWAS approach exhibited a diverse range of causal variations,including SNPs,insertions or deletions,gene fusion,copy number variations,and alternative *** this approach,we identified genes associated with flowering time,including both previously known genes and novel genes that had not previously been linked to this trait,providing insights complementary to those from *** summary,this study supports the application of TWAS for candidate gene identification in species with low rates of LD decay.
