城市地下工程施工机械种类多、数量大,易导致施工噪声扰民问题。为此,提出了一种基于施工机械配置方案优化的施工噪声管理方法。首先,分析了施工过程中的主要噪声源并建立噪声源模型。其次,分析了施工噪声暴露诱发的健康效应终端并确定其暴露-反应公式。最后,构建了以施工噪声健康损害、成本、工期、成本和质量为约束的施工机械配置多目标优化模型。在此基础上,以武汉市某隧道工程项目深基坑施工为例,采用遗传算法改进量子粒子群算法求解模型。结果表明,该方法在实现施工降噪的同时可满足施工效率的要求,因而具有可行性与实用性。

Objective: Hepatic veno-occlusive disease(HVOD) has attracted increasing attention in recent years due to its relationship with ingestion of Gynura segetum. The mortality of severe HVOD remains high due to the lack of specific therapies. The aim of the study was to delineate the clinical characteristics and outcomes and explore the potential prognostic factors of ***: This was a single-center retrospective study. Eighty-nine HVOD patients were screened from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University with an ingestion history of G. segetum before developing symptoms from January 2009 to May 2018. The enrolled patients were divided into the survivor and death groups according to the clinical follow-up that ended on September 1, 2019. The demographic variables and clinical data of the patients were recorded. A binary logistic regression analysis and receiver operating characteristic curve were conducted to identify the prognostic factors and assess the prognostic value for predicting death, and a survival analysis was performed to evaluate the clinical ***: Sixty-four patients were eligible for further analysis. Most patients showed abdominal distension and were positive for migrating dullness in the abdomen(P = 0.740 and P = 0.732, respectively). The patients who died had higher levels of model for end-stage liver disease score, and higher prothrombin time than those who survived(both P < 0.001). All HVOD patients in both the survival and death groups showed ascites with abnormal imaging presentations of the liver parenchyma and hepatic blood ***, we found that hydrothorax was detected in 21(65.63%) patients in the death group and 19(59.38%) patients in the survivor group during hospitalization, which was rarely mentioned in previous studies. Furthermore, international normalized ratio(INR) and creatinine are found to be potential independent prognostic factors for predicting death. Six severe patients achieved clinical

Dear editor,Paraquat(PQ)can cause acute lung injury and irreversible pulmonary fibrosis,without specific *** failure is the main cause of death among patients with PQ ***,the treatment involves the use of adsorbents,intensive hemoperfusion,antioxidants,immunosuppressive therapy,respiratory support by mechanical ventilation,and other symptomatic and supportive treatments.[1-3]The mortality of patients with severe PQ poisoning remains *** eff ective and safer therapies remain to be *** studies reported performing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)and subsequent lung transplantation with either successful or poor clinical outcome in extremely critical patients with PQ poisoning.[4,5]This study aims to summarize the clinical experience and refl ect on the therapeutic prospect of ECMO in respiratory failure or cardiopulmonary failure caused by fatal PQ poisoning.

Adult patients with allied disorders of Hirschsprung’s disease in emergency department:An 11-year retrospective study

BACKGROUND In the past years,only a few studies with a limited number of adult patients analyzed clinical features of allied disorders of Hirschsprung’s disease(ADHD),most of which were individual case reports or lacked detailed clinical *** many studies have reported patients presenting to the emergency department(ED)with recurrent abdominal symptoms for a number of disorders,there are few data involving ***,owing to a lack of awareness of the disease,misdiagnoses and mistreatments are *** complications such as perforation,bleeding,malabsorption,and even death in ADHD had been reported by many *** To assist ED clinicians in having a more comprehensive understanding of this disease and making an early suspected diagnosis of ADHD more *** We enrolled 53 patients who visited the ED and were eventually diagnosed with ADHD over the past 11 years in our *** basic information,clinical manifestations,and imaging findings were *** indices were compared between the ADHD and irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)*** Adult patients with ADHD had a mean age of 48.8±14.3 years,and 77.4%had been treated before *** transverse colon was the most common dilated part(73.6%),and constipation(67.9%)was the most common *** patients can present with uncommon symptoms and false-negative imaging *** regression analysis indicated that body mass index(BMI)[odds ratio(OR)=0.786,P=0.013],cholinesterase(per 1000 units;OR=0.693,P=0.008),and blood chlorine(OR=0.816,P=0.022)were determined to be independent related factors between the ADHD and IBS *** area under the receiver operating characteristics curve of these three indices combined was 0.812(P<0.001).CONCLUSION Emergency physicians should be vigilant regarding patients with chronic constipation,abdominal pain,or abdominal distension,and consider the possibility of ADHD despite its *** computed tomography ex

Immune checkpoint blockade(ICB)has emerged as a promising immunotherapeutic modality against cancer in the ***,only 10-30%of patients respond to ICB,primarily due to poor immunogenicity and insufficient T cell infiltration in solid ***,we presented an approach for high-performance cancer treatment using the programmed cell death protein-1 and programmed cell death ligand-1(PD-1/PD-L1)inhibitor(BMS-202)-loaded PEGylated graphene oxide(GPi).On the one hand,GPi dissociated tight junctions of vascular endothelial cells(VECs)in tumor,thus promoting the extravasation and intratumoral accumulation of liposomal doxorubicin(LipDox),which then effectively induced immunogenic cell death of tumor *** the other hand,GPi also stimulated VECs to upregulate the expression of cell-cell interaction molecules,such as intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1 and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1,which facilitated the infiltration of T cells in *** acting as a stimulator of VECs,GPi could exert responsive release of BMS-202 under the acidic tumor microenvironment and blockade PD-1/PD-L1 axis in ***,the alternating administration of GPi and LipDox effectively inhibited tumor growth in a 4T1 tumor model,providing a novel treatment mode for chemo-immunotherapy.

现有的各种基于闪存的缓冲区管理算法针对闪存读写代价的不对称性进行改进,实际中既存在同一闪存读写代价的不对称性问题,也存在不同闪存不对称性之间的巨大差异性问题,而后者一直没有得到足够的重视.文章提出一种基于闪存硬盘(SSD)的自适应缓冲区管理算法FClock,FClock将数据页组织为两个环形数据结构(CC和DC),分别用于存储缓冲区中的只读数据页和已修改数据页.当需要选择置换页时,FClock使用基于代价的启发式来选择置换页,可在未修改的数据页和已修改的数据页之间进行公平的选择,适用于不同种类的SSD.针对数据库、虚存和文件系统中数据页访问存在高相关性的特点,提出基于"平均命中距离"的访问计数方法来调整数据页的访问频率.基于不同SSD和不同存取模式的实验结果说明,FClock的综合性能优于已有方法.

随着移动设备和定位技术的发展,产生了大量的移动对象轨迹数据.轨迹数据含有丰富的时空信息,对其分析和挖掘可以支持多种与移动对象相关的应用.然而,针对轨迹数据的攻击性推理可能导致个人的兴趣爱好、行为模式、社会习惯等隐私信息暴露.另一方面,在基于位置的服务中,由于现有位置隐私保护技术并不能解决轨迹隐私泄露的问题,移动对象的个人隐私很可能通过实时运行轨迹而暴露.针对上述两种场景,轨迹隐私保护的研究提出了明确的要求:在轨迹数据发布中,隐私保护技术既要保护轨迹数据的隐私,又要保证数据有较高的可用性;在基于位置的服务中,隐私保护技术既要保护移动对象的实时轨迹隐私,又要保证用户获得较高的服务质量.该文针对上述两个问题分析了轨迹隐私保护中存在的挑战性问题,针对不同的隐私保护方法分析了现有的研究工作,介绍了当前该领域的研究热点,指明了未来的研究方向.

大数据时代移动通信和传感设备等位置感知技术的发展形成了位置大数据,为人们的生活、商业运作方法以及科学研究带来了巨大收益.由于位置大数据用途多样,内容交叉冗余,经典的基于"知情与同意"以及匿名的隐私保护方法不能全面地保护用户隐私.位置大数据的隐私保护技术度量用户的位置隐私,在信息论意义上保护用户的敏感信息.介绍了位置大数据的概念以及位置大数据的隐私威胁,总结了针对位置大数据隐私的统一的基于度量的攻击模型,对目前位置大数据隐私保护领域已有的研究成果进行了归纳.根据位置隐私的保护程度,可以把现有方法总结为基于启发式隐私度量、概率推测和隐私信息检索的位置大数据隐私保护技术.对各类位置隐私保护技术的基本原理、特点进行了阐述,并重点介绍了当前该领域的前沿问题:基于隐私信息检索的位置隐私保护技术.在对已有技术深入分析对比的基础上,指出了未来在位置大数据与非位置大数据相结合、用户背景知识不确定等情况下保护用户位置隐私的发展方向.

InterTris:三元交互的领域知识图谱表示学习

在新事物不断涌现,且事物之间联系不断丰富的时代背景下,作为一项新生技术,知识图谱旨在对现实世界中概念或实体及其之间的联系进行建模.由于直接来自于现实世界,知识图谱中的实体和关系往往以符号化形式表示.要实现进一步的价值挖掘,进行知识图谱计算,就需要将符号化表示转换为数值形式.知识图谱表示学习技术应运而生.目前,知识图谱表示学习已得到很大发展.依据应用领域不同,可以将知识图谱划分为通用领域和特定领域两种.已有表示学习模型多面向通用领域构建,且在通用领域的样本数据上进行验证.如果将这些模型运用到特定领域,就会面临新的数据分布挑战.为解决特定领域的知识图谱表示学习问题,本文以栖息地知识图谱和用户消费行为知识图谱为例进行了数据特征分析,发现特定领域知识图谱的数据特征不仅与通用领域不同,且不同领域之间的分布也各有特点.所以,我们从比数据分布更抽象的角度,即基于知识图谱构建语义联系的本质特征,以三元组为建模粒度,对头实体、关系和尾实体之间的交互作用进行了充分拟合,提出InterTris模型.同时,基于家谱领域的公共知识图谱Kinship、微生物领域的酶知识图谱样本ES、微生物领域的栖息地知识图谱样本LiveIn和电子商务领域的用户消费行为知识图谱样本UserAct共计四个数据集,以部分较优的转换模型和组合模型为基线,通过链接预测和三元组分类两组实验,本文发现InterTris在四个数据集上都取得了整体最优的效果,充分证明了在三元组粒度进行交互建模的必要性和合理性.
