Study on Quality Improvement Effect and Separate Character of Soybean Male Sterile (MS1) Recurrent Selection Population

To solve the problem that soybean has narrow genetic base, we constructed a series of male sterile recurrent selection populations, and studied the effects of quality improvement and practical value. An LD-base population, which fits to our ecology type was constructed by 6 years＇ gene enrichment through the introduction of new genes from 23 local varieties and recurrent selection. The LD-base populations were then improved by making crosses with high protein and high oil genotypes. As a result we obtained a high protein sub-population （db） and a high oil sub-population （gy）, For the db sub-population, the protein content is 1.18% higher than the base population, 22.38% of the individuals contain 45% or more of protein, which is 10.99% higher than the base population. For the gy sub-population, oil content is 0.24% higher than the base population. Individuals with oil content of 20% or more are 11.05% higher than the base population. The quantitative characters such as flowering date, mature date, pod habit, and hilum color, etc., all showed wide range of separation, and the segregation ratio approached balance. The c.v. of branch number of ms1 recurrent population （72.8%） is higher than general cross-population （57.3%）, and the c.v. of 100 seed weight of ms1 （18.1%） is higher than general cross population （16.5%）, the coefficient of variation of plant height, pods per plant, and seeds per pod were not significantly different. It was demonstrated in this paper that the quality character of ms 1 male sterile recurrent selection population was improved by adding new genes. And the segregation of other characters widened, making the populations suitable for the objective of soybean breeding. In this paper, we also discussed the breeding method, key technology, and selection effect of soybean ms 1 population.

Effectiveness analysis of methane-drainage by deep-hole controlled pre-splitting blasting for preventing coal and gas outburst

In the study of the application effectiveness of deep-hole controlled pre-splittingblasting technology,it was found through laboratory micro test and field study on a mine insouth China that under the technology,coal masses produce many irreversible ***,the nearer the distance from blasting hole,the larger the BET surface areaand volume ratio of the infiltration pore are;they increased by 11.47%and 5.73%,*** coefficient of air permeability is increased 4 *** 3 months,the gasdrainage rate was increased by 66%.In the first 15 days,the cumulative pumped gas was1.93 times of blasting *** average absolute gas emission decreased by 63.46%.Experimental results show that deep-hole controlled pre-splitting blasting not only preventscoal and gas outburst,but also gives good economic results.

Effects of SiC amount on phase compositions and properties of Ti_3SiC_2-based composites

The phase compositions and properties of Ti3SiC2-based composites with SiC addition of 5%-30% in mass fraction fabricated by in-situ reaction and hot pressing sintering were studied. SiC addition effectively prevented TiC synthesis but facilitated SiC synthesis. The Ti3SiC2/Ti C-SiC composite had better oxidation resistance when SiC added quantity reached 20% but poorer oxidation resistance with SiC addition under 15% than Ti3SiC2/TiC composite at higher temperatures. There were more than half of the original SiC and a few Ti3SiC2 remaining in Ti3SiC2/Ti C-SiC with 20% SiC addition, but all constituents in Ti3Si2/TiC composite were oxidized after 12 h in air at 1500 °C. The oxidation scale thickness of TS30, 1505.78 μm, was near a half of that of T,2715 μm, at 1500 °C for 20 h. Ti3SiC2/Ti C composite had a flexural strength of 474 MPa, which was surpassed by Ti3SiC2/TiC-SiC composites when SiC added amount reached 15%. The strength reached the peak of 518 MPa at 20% SiC added amount.

Diterpenoid alkaloids have neroprotective ***,three napelline-type diterpenoid alkaloids 1-3,two aconitine-type diterpenoid alkaloids 4-5,and one isoquinline-type alkaloid 6,as well as one lignan glycoside 7,have been isolated from the roots of Aconitum pendulum *** 1 and 7 were new compounds,and their chemical structures were determined on the basis of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectra and mass spectrometry analysis.A ThT assay revealed that compound 2 showed significant disaggregation potency on the Aβ_(1−42)aggregates.

胚胎仿生硬件技术为高可靠性大规模集成电路系统设计提供了一种新思路.在确定规模的总线胚胎电子细胞阵列中,为兼顾阵列的硬件资源消耗和可靠性,本文提出了一种阵列内空闲细胞数目的优选方法.基于多态系统可靠性理论,利用通用生成函数建立阵列的可靠性模型.以阵列MOS(Metal Oxide Semiconductor)管消耗数目为硬件资源消耗衡量指标,建立阵列的硬件资源消耗模型.基于阵列的可靠性和硬件资源消耗模型,在一定设计约束条件下,对阵列内空闲细胞数目进行优选.仿真实验和分析表明,该方法能够根据阵列设计要求选择最合适的阵列内空闲细胞数目,同时,解决了胚胎电子细胞阵列中空闲细胞数目选择依靠经验的问题.

目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定不同产地半夏中鸟苷、胸腺嘧啶核苷、肌苷、尿苷、腺嘌呤、腺苷、尿嘧啶7种核苷类成分含量的方法。方法采用C 18色谱柱(赛默飞,5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相为乙腈(A)-0.05%磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱;流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长250 nm;柱温30℃;进样量10μl。结果半夏中7种核苷类成分的分离度较好,鸟苷、胸腺嘧啶核苷、肌苷、尿苷、腺嘌呤、腺苷、尿嘧啶的线性方程分别为Y鸟苷=11.851 X+3.5621、Y胸腺嘧啶核苷=9.422 X+0.1915、Y肌苷=11.619 X+2.8160、Y尿苷=11.818 X-1.4051、Y腺嘌呤=14.849 X+0.5109、Y腺苷=16.471 X+1.9063、Y尿嘧啶=14.758 X+5.5625;平均加样回收率分别为99.41%、98.70%、98.84%、98.37%、97.83%、98.84%、98.46%;鸟苷、胸腺嘧啶核苷、肌苷、尿苷、腺嘌呤、腺苷、尿嘧啶的线性范围分别在1.130~56.475、1.324~66.188、0.807~40.350、1.041~52.050、0.944~47.200、0.557~27.828、1.025~51.250μg/μl内,线性关系良好。结论建立的HPLC法同时测定不同产地半夏中7种核苷类成分含量测定方法较稳定、样品处理简单,可为半夏的质量控制提供研究方法。

目的:探究血清Dickkopf-1(DKK-1)、基质细胞衍生因子-1α(SDF-1α)表达与多发性骨髓瘤骨患者疾病严重程度的关系。方法:以2022年1月~2023年12月62例多发性骨髓瘤骨病患者为研究组,以50例健康体检者为对照组,比较两组血清DKK-1、SDF-1α水平,分析血清DKK-1、SDF-1α水平对多发性骨髓瘤骨病的诊断价值及与疾病发生的关系;根据影像学检查MBD分级标准将患者分为轻度组(1~2级)及重度组(3~4级),分析血清DKK-1、SDF-1α水平对病情严重程度的评估价值。结果:研究组血清DKK-1、SDF-1α水平高于对照组(P<0.05);血清DKK-1、SDF-1α水平诊断多发性骨髓瘤骨病的AUC分别为0.771、0.717;重度组的血清DKK-1、SDF-1α水平高于轻度组(P<0.05);血清DKK-1、SDF-1α水平评估多发性骨髓瘤骨病病情严重程度的AUC分别为0.721、0.668。结论:多发性骨髓瘤骨病患者血清DKK-1、SDF-1α水平异常升高,且各指标联合检测对多发性骨髓瘤骨病诊断及病情严重程度具有评估价值。

This paper presents methods for monitoring frost heave, device requirements, testing principals, and data analysis re- quirements, such as manual leveling observation, automatic monitoring （frost heave, frost depth, and moisture）, track dynamic detection, and track status detection. We focused on the requirements of subgrade frost heave monitoring for high speed railways, and the relationship of different monitoring methods during different phases of the railway. The com- prehensive monitoring system of high speed railway subgrade frost heave provided the technical support for dynamic design during construction and safe operation of the rail system.

SARS-CoV-2 infection-induced hyper-inflammation links to the acute lung injury and COVID-19 *** the primary mediators that initiate the uncontrolled hypercytokinemia is essential for *** cells(MCs)are strategically located at the mucosa and beneficially or detrimentally regulate immune *** this study,we showed that SARS-CoV-2-triggered MC degranulation initiated alveolar epithelial inflammation and lung ***-CoV-2 challenge induced MC degranulation in ACE-2 humanized mice and rhesus macaques,and a rapid MC degranulation could be recapitulated with Spike-RBD binding to ACE2 in cells;MC degranulation altered various signaling pathways in alveolar epithelial cells,particularly,the induction of pro-inflammatory factors and consequential disruption of tight ***,the administration of clinical MC stabilizers for blocking degranulation dampened SARS-CoV-2-induced production of pro-inflammatory factors and prevented lung *** findings uncover a novel mechanism for SARS-CoV-2 initiating lung inflammation,and suggest an off-label use of MC stabilizer as immunomodulators for COVID-19 treatments.
