This study systematically investigated the changes of amino acids as the composting process of food waste *** is found that the addition of 0.3 g/g total solids of food waste achieved the highest seed germination index of the product(268%).The microbial community results indicated that the abundance of amino acid metabolism sequences remained at high levels during the whole composting *** was identified as the key amino acid related with the nutrient quality of product during the composting of food *** plant germination and hydroponic experiments found,that compared with those without the addition of proline,the addition of 50 mg/L proline increased seed germination rate by 20%,increased shoot length by 3%,increased root biomass of seedlings by 82%,and increased leaf biomass of seedlings by 76%,***,γ-Pseudomonadota,Chloroflexi and Planctomycetes were the key identified bacteria related with the increase of proline during the composting of food ***,the enzymatic tests of the activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and malondialdehyde indicated that proline did not cause oxidative damage on the growth of *** study provided novel insights into the changes of amino acids,microbial community,and enzymatic activities related with the nutrient quality of product during the composting of food waste.

Seafloor geodetic network construction involves the development of geodetic station shelter, network configuration design, location selection and layout, surveying strategy, observation model establishment and optimization, data processing strategy and so on. This paper tries to present main technological problems involved in the seafloor geodetic network construction, and seek the technically feasible solutions. Basic conceptions of developing seafloor geodetic station shelters for shallow sea and deep-sea are described respectively. The overall criteria of seafloor geodetic network construction for submarine navigation and those of network design for crustal motion monitoring are both proposed. In order to enhance application performances of the seafloor geodetic network, the seafloor network configuration should prefer a symmetrical network structure. The sea surface tracking line measurements for determining the seafloor geodetic station position should also adopt an approximately symmetrical configuration, and we recommend circle tracking line observations combined with cross-shaped line(or double cross-shape line) observations for the seafloor positioning mode. As to the offset correction between the Global Navigation Satellite System antenna phase center and the acoustic transducer, it is recommended to combine the calibration through external measurements and model parameter estimation. Besides, it is suggested to correct the sound speed error with a combination of observation value correction and parameterized model correction, and to mainly use the model correction to reduce the influence of acoustic ray error on the seafloor positioning. Following the proposed basic designs, experiments are performed in shallow sea area and deep-sea area respectively. Based on the developed seafloor geodetic shelter and sufficient verification in the shallow sea experiment, a long-term seafloor geodetic station in the deep-sea area of 3000 m depth was established for the

Flexible thermoelectric devices(F-TEDs)show great potentials to be applied in curved surface for power generation by harvesting low-grade energy from human body and other heat ***,their power generation efficiency is constrained by both unsatisfactory constituent materials performance and immature device ***,we used an optimal alignment of vertically-aligned poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)polystyrene sulfonate(PEDOT:PSS)arrays to assemble a 2.7×3.2 cm^(2)F-TEDs,exhibiting a maximum power output of 10.5μ*** a high performance can be ascribed to the outstanding power factor of 198μW m^(-1)K^(-2)by the synergetic effect of both high charge mobility and optimal oxidation level and the optimized array alignment that maximizes the temperature difference utilization ratio across the TE ***,optimized leg distance of 6 mm and leg length of 12 mm are determined to realize a high temperature difference utilization ratio of over 95%and a record-high output power density of 1.21μW cm^(-2)under a temperature difference of 30 ***,reliable bending(1000 cycles)and stability(240 h)tests indicate the outstanding mechanical robustness and environmental stability of the developed *** study indicates our reasonable device design concept and facile material treatment techniques secure high-performance F-TEDs,serving as a reference for other flexible energy harvesting devices with wide practical applications.

Deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)hydrogels,a three-dimensional(3 D)network made from DNA chains,have attracted great attention because of its molecular programmability,excellent biocompatibility and wide biomedical *** of hydrogel incorporating genetic function is still a challenge because of the limitations in available preparation ***,we develop a polymerase chain reaction(PCR)based strategy to construct gene integrated hydrogel to mimic the biofunction of nucleus *** primers were chemically modified by methacrylamide,which were used as modular primers in PCR to hybridize with template plasmid DNA,yielding methacrylamide functionalized gene(Acry-gene).Afterwards,Acry-gene was chemically cross-linked and compressed via free radical polymerization of terminal group methacrylamide to form a threedimensional gene network,namely gene *** gene hydrogel retained the genetic function and expressed protein successfully in a cell free protein expression *** work provides a general approach for the construction of biofunctional gene hydrogel which mimics bioprocesses,showing great potential in biomedicine and biomimetic fields.

A series of thiophene-based conjugated microporous polymers （ThPOPs） have been synthesized on the basis of ferric chloride-catalyzed oxidative coupling polymerization of muRi-thienyl monomers. The structures of ThPOPs were confirmed via solid-state t3C CP/MAS NMR spectroscopy and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. The ThPOPs possess high porosities and their high Brunauer-Emmett-Teller specific surface area results vary between 350 and 1320mZg . The presence of abundant ultra-micronores at 0.50-0.63 nm allows ThPOPs efficient gas （carbon dioxide, methane, and hydrogen） adsorption.

在个人信息保护领域,以“告知-同意”规则为核心的行为主义规制模式已经取得显著成效,但是对其能否适用于保护源于个人信息的数据这一问题仍有待讨论。考虑到行为主义规制路径既无法整体评价行为结果的累积效果,也无法准确界定可识别的规制对象,需要引入组织法规范予以补足。同时,由于现有组织法规范样例难以准确反映实践中组织形式的变化,也有必要对其进行重构。由此,建构个人数据保护框架应灵活配置行为法与组织法规范,以调试和修正单一类型法律规范的不足。

肌腱病是运动医学的常见疾病之一,通常以疼痛、肿胀和功能受损为特征。肌腱病的发病机制直到目前为止仍未完全阐明。在临床上,肌腱病仍是采取保守治疗为主,尚且没有很好的治疗方法。线粒体作为细胞生命活动的能量供应工厂,在调节细胞凋亡、自噬和坏死中起着重要作用。目前,线粒体可作为治疗肌腱病的潜在策略,本文主要对线粒体功能障碍在肌腱病发病机制中的作用和线粒体在肌腱病治疗中的应用进行综述,有助于进一步探讨线粒体途径治疗肌腱病的可行性。
