In the Ken 71 development block, fluvial facies of the Neogene Guantao Formation and delta facies of the Paleogene Dongying Formation are the main pay beds. It is a multiple oil and water system which is complicated by faults. Characteristics of the block include a dense well network, thin reservoirs, complicated horizontal relationships, and small velocity difference between reservoir and non-reservoir. Therefore, it is difficult to conduct detailed reservoir description for subsequent development project adjustment. We demonstrate a stochastic seismic inversion which aims at detailed reservoir description. It is a technology which utilizes multiple wells, seismic data, and geological calibration and integrates with 3D structural interpretation results to build a 3D multi-fault detailed and constrained geological model. On this basis, we adopted stochastic seismic inversion to conduct a multi-stratum parameters inversion such as impedance and lithology. As a result, thin interbedded strata in the block were well resolved and the results demonstrated the importance of detailed reservoir inversion for oilfield development.

Background:G-protein coupled receptors(GPCRs)are recognized as attractive targets for drug ***,it remains poorly understood how GPCRs,except for a few chemokine receptors,regulate the progression of liver ***,we aimed to reveal the role of GPR65,a proton-sensing receptor,in liver fibrosis and to elucidate the underlying ***:The expression level of GPR65 was evaluated in both human and mouse fibrotic ***,Gpr65-deficient mice were treated with either bile duct ligation(BDL)for 21 d or carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)for 8 weeks to investigate the role of GPR65 in liver fibrosis.A combination of experimental approaches,including Western blotting,quantitative real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR),and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),confocal microscopy and rescue studies,were used to explore the underlying mechanisms of GPR65’s action in liver ***,the therapeutic potential of GPR65 inhibitor in the development of liver fibrosis was ***:We found that hepatic macrophage(HM)-enriched GPR65 was upregulated in both human and mouse fibrotic ***,knockout of Gpr65 significantly alleviated BDL-and CCl4-induced liver inflammation,injury and fibrosis in vivo,and mouse bone marrow transplantation(BMT)experiments further demonstrated that the protective effect of Gpr65knockout is primarily mediated by bone marrow-derived macrophages(BMMs).Additionally,in vitro data demonstrated that Gpr65 silencing and GPR65 antagonist inhibited,while GPR65 overexpression and application of GPR65 endogenous and exogenous agonists enhanced the expression and release of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),all of which subsequently promoted the activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)and the damage of hepatocytes(HCs).Mechanistically,GPR65 overexpression,the acidic pH and GPR65 exogenous agonist induced up-regulation of

In this paper, we present a metamaterial structure of Dirac and vanadium dioxide（VO2） and investigate its optical properties using the finite-difference time-domain（FDTD） technique. Using the phase transition feature of VO2, the design can realize active tuning of the plasmon induced transparency（PIT） effect at terahertz frequency, thereby converting from a single PIT to a double-PIT. When VO2is in the insulating state, the structure is symmetric to obtain a single-band PIT effect. When VO2is in the metallic state, the structure turns asymmetric to realize a dual-band PIT effect. This design provides a reference direction for the design of actively tunable metamaterials. Additionally, it is discovered that the transparent window's resonant frequency and the Fermi level in this structure have a somewhat linear relationship. In addition, the structure achieves superior refractive index sensitivity in the terahertz band, surpassing 1 THz/RIU. Consequently, the design exhibits encouraging potential for application in refractive index sensors and optical switches.

Background:The National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines recommend intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)as the primary curative treatment for newly diagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),but the radiation-related complications and relatively high medical costs remain a consequential burden for the *** nasopharyngectomy(ENPG)was successfully applied in recurrent NPC with radiation free and relatively low medical *** this study,we examined whether ENPG could be an effective treatment for localized stage I ***:Ten newly diagnosed localized stage I NPC patients voluntarily received ENPG alone from June 2007 to September 2017 in Sun Yat-sen University Cancer ***,the data of 329 stage I NPC patients treated with IMRT were collected and used as a reference *** survival outcomes,quality of life(QOL),and medical costs between two groups were ***:After a median follow-up of 59.0 months(95%CI 53.4-64.6),no death,locoregional recurrence,or distant metastasis was observed in the 10 patients treated with *** 5-year overall survival,local relapse-free survival,regional relapse-free survival,and distant metastasis-free survival among the ENPG-treated patients was similar to that among the IMRT-treated patients(100%vs.99.1%,100%vs.97.7%,100%vs.99.0%,100%vs.97.4%,respectively,P>0.05).In addition,compared with IMRT,ENPG was associated with decreased total medical costs($4090.42±1502.65 vs.$12620.88±4242.65,P<0.001)and improved QOL scores including dry mouth(3.3±10.5 vs.34.4±25.8,P<0.001)and sticky saliva(3.3±10.5 vs.32.6±23.3,P<0.001).Conclusions:ENPG alone was associated with promising long-term survival outcomes,low medical costs,and satisfactory QOL and might therefore be an alternative strategy for treating newly diagnosed localized stage I NPC patients who refused ***,the application of ENPG should be prudent,and prospective clinical tri-als were needed to further verify the results.

Subretinal fibrosis is the end-stage sequelae of neovascular age-related macular *** causes local damage to photoreceptors,retinal pigment epithelium,and choroidal vessels,which leads to permanent central vision loss of patients with neovascular age-related macular *** pathogenesis of subretinal fibrosis is complex,and the underlying mechanisms are largely ***,there are no effective treatment options.A thorough understanding of the pathogenesis of subretinal fibrosis and its related mechanisms is important to elucidate its complications and explore potential *** current article reviews several aspects of subretinal fibrosis,including the current understanding on the relationship between neovascular age-related macular degeneration and subretinal fibrosis;multimodal imaging techniques for subretinal fibrosis;animal models for studying subretinal fibrosis;cellular and non-cellular constituents of subretinal fibrosis;pathophysiological mechanisms involved in subretinal fibrosis,such as aging,infiltration of macrophages,different sources of mesenchymal transition to myofibroblast,and activation of complement system and immune cells;and several key molecules and signaling pathways participating in the pathogenesis of subretinal fibrosis,such as vascular endothelial growth factor,connective tissue growth factor,fibroblast growth factor 2,platelet-derived growth factor and platelet-derived growth factor receptor-β,transforming growth factor-βsignaling pathway,Wnt signaling pathway,and the axis of heat shock protein 70-Toll-like receptors 2/*** review will improve the understanding of the pathogenesis of subretinal fibrosis,allow the discovery of molecular targets,and explore potential treatments for the management of subretinal fibrosis.

To address the challenges of varied aircraft skin hole detection types and susceptibility to noise,this paper proposes a method based on the perspective of dual contour edge information *** core method combines stereoscopic vision and structured light dual contour information consistently,focusing on extracting edge point information around the hole edge to achieve precise detection of circular *** this approach,a line multi-directional gradient feature detector (LMGFD) is introduced for locating the holes from plane stereoscopic ***,we establish a three-dimensional (3D) circular hole detection method (BPCircle) based on the dual contour edge information ***,experiments demonstrate that our proposed method achieves superior accuracy and robustness based on public benchmark dataset and our own collected standard IPCDS dataset (including two-dimensional (2D)images,3D point clouds,and measured data of three-coordinate measuring machine).The dataset and code can be found from https://***/Nicholsdqw/123.

Background:Postradiation nasopharyngeal necrosis(PRNN)is a severe complication after radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),which can severely affect the quality of life and threaten the patient’s *** 13.4%-28.6%of patients can be cured by traditional repeated endoscopic ***,we introduced an innovative curative-intent endoscopic surgery for PRNN patients and evaluated its clinical ***:Clinical data of 72 PRNN patients who underwent radical endoscopic necrectomy,followed by reconstruc-tion using a posterior pedicle nasal septum and floor mucoperiosteum flap were analyzed to determine the efficacy of this *** endpoints were complete re-epithelialization of the nasopharyngeal defect,relief of headache,and overall survival(OS).Results:All surgeries were successfully performed without any severe postoperative complications or *** median value of numeric rating scales of pain decreased from 8 before surgery to 0 after surgery(P<0.001).Fifty-one patients(70.8%)achieved complete re-epithelialization of the nasopharyngeal *** number of cycles of radiotherapy(odds ratio[OR],7.254;95%confidence interval[CI]1.035-50.821;P=0.046),postoperative pathological result(OR,34.087;95%CI 3.168-366.746;P=0.004),and survival status of flap(OR,261.179;95%CI 17.176-3971.599;P<0.001)were independent risk factors of re-epithelialization of the nasopharyngeal *** patho-logical result(hazard ratio[HR],5.018;95%CI 1.970-12.782;P=0.001)was an independent prognostic factor for *** 2-year OS rate of the entire cohort was 77.9%.Conclusion:Curative-intent endoscopic necrectomy followed by construction using the posterior pedicle nasal septum and floor mucoperiosteum flap is a novel,safe,and effective treatment of PRNN in patients with NPC.
