Integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine(WM)is a new medical science grounded in the knowledge bases of both TCM and WM,which then forms a unique modern medical system in *** TCM and WM has a long history in China,and has made important achievements in the process of clinical diagnosis and ***,the methodological defects in currently published clinical practice guidelines(CPGs)limit its *** organic integration of TCM and WM is a deeper integration of TCM and *** realize the progression of"integration"to"organic integration",a targeted and standardized guideline development methodology is ***,the purpose of this study is to establish a standardized development procedure for clinical practice guidelines for the organic integration of TCM and WM to promote the systematic integration of TCM and WM research results into clinical practice guidelines in order to achieve optimal results as the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

Ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)injury paradoxically occurs during reperfusion following ischemia,exacerbating the initial tissue *** limited understanding of the intricate mechanisms underlying I/R injury hinders the development of effective therapeutic *** Wnt signaling pathway exhibits extensive crosstalk with various other pathways,forming a network system of signaling pathways involved in I/R *** review article elucidates the underlying mechanisms involved in Wnt signaling,as well as the complex interplay between Wnt and other pathways,including Notch,phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B,transforming growth factor-β,nuclear factor kappa,bone morphogenetic protein,N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor-Ca2+-Activin A,Hippo-Yes-associated protein,toll-like receptor 4/toll-interleukine-1 receptor domain-containing adapter-inducing interferon-β,and hepatocyte growth factor/mesenchymal-epithelial transition *** particular,we delve into their respective contributions to key pathological processes,including apoptosis,the inflammatory response,oxidative stress,extracellular matrix remodeling,angiogenesis,cell hypertrophy,fibrosis,ferroptosis,neurogenesis,and blood-brain barrier damage during I/R *** comprehensive analysis of the mechanisms involved in Wnt signaling during I/R reveals that activation of the canonical Wnt pathway promotes organ recovery,while activation of the non-canonical Wnt pathways exacerbates ***,we explore novel therapeutic approaches based on these mechanistic findings,incorporating evidence from animal experiments,current standards,and clinical *** objective of this review is to provide deeper insights into the roles of Wnt and its crosstalk signaling pathways in I/R-mediated processes and organ dysfunction,to facilitate the development of innovative therapeutic agents for I/R injury.

MAUN:Memory-Augmented Deep Unfolding Network for Hyperspectral Image Reconstruction

Spectral compressive imaging has emerged as a powerful technique to collect the 3D spectral information as 2D *** algorithm for restoring the original 3D hyperspectral images(HSIs)from compressive measurements is pivotal in the imaging *** approaches painstakingly designed networks to directly map compressive measurements to HSIs,resulting in the lack of interpretability without exploiting the imaging *** some recent works have introduced the deep unfolding framework for explainable reconstruction,the performance of these methods is still limited by the weak information transmission between iterative *** this paper,we propose a Memory-Augmented deep Unfolding Network,termed MAUN,for explainable and accurate HSI ***,MAUN implements a novel CNN scheme to facilitate a better extrapolation step of the fast iterative shrinkage-thresholding algorithm,introducing an extra momentum incorporation step for each iteration to alleviate the information ***,to exploit the high correlation of intermediate images from neighboring iterations,we customize a cross-stage transformer(CSFormer)as the deep denoiser to simultaneously capture self-similarity from both in-stage and cross-stage features,which is the first attempt to model the long-distance dependencies between iteration *** experiments demonstrate that the proposed MAUN is superior to other state-of-the-art methods both visually and *** code is publicly available at https://***/HuQ1an/MAUN.

Modeling Long- and Short-Term Service Recommendations with a Deep Multi-Interest Network for Edge Computing

Edge computing platforms enable application developers and content providers to provide context-aware services(such as service recommendations)using real-time wireless access network *** to recommend the most suitable candidate from these numerous available services is an urgent ***-through rate(CTR)prediction is a core task of traditional service ***,many existing service recommender systems do not exploit user mobility for prediction,particularly in an edge computing *** this paper,we propose a model named long and short-term user preferences modeling with a multi-interest network based on user *** uses a logarithmic network to capture multiple interests in different fields,enriching the representations of user short-term *** terms of long-term preferences,users'comprehensive preferences are extracted in different periods and are fused using a nonlocal *** experiments on three datasets demonstrate that our model relying on user mobility can substantially improve the accuracy of service recommendation in edge computing compared with the state-of-the-art models.

Enhancing source domain availability through data and feature transfer learning for building power load forecasting

During the initial phases of operation following the construction or renovation of existing buildings,the availability of historical power usage data is limited,which leads to lower accuracy in load forecasting and hinders normal ***,by transferring load data from similar buildings,it is possible to enhance forecasting ***,indiscriminately expanding all source domain data to the target domain is highly likely to result in negative transfer *** study explores the feasibility of utilizing similar buildings(source domains)in transfer learning by implementing and comparing two distinct forms of multi-source transfer ***,this study focuses on the Higashita area in Kitakyushu City,Japan,as the research *** buildings that exhibit the highest similarity to the target buildings within this area were selected for ***,the two-stage TrAdaBoost.R^(2) algorithm is used for multi-source transfer learning,and its transfer effect is ***,the application effects of instance-based(IBMTL)and feature-based(FBMTL)multi-source transfer learning are compared,which explained the effect of the source domain data on the forecasting accuracy in different transfer *** results show that combining the two-stage TrAdaBoost.R^(2) algorithm with multi-source data can reduce the CV-RMSE by 7.23%compared to a single-source domain,and the accuracy improvement is *** the same time,multi-source transfer learning,which is based on instance,can better supplement the integrity of the target domain data and has a higher forecasting ***,IBMTL tends to retain effective data associations and FBMTL shows higher forecasting *** findings of this study,which include the verification of real-life algorithm application and source domain availability,can serve as a theoretical reference for implementing transfer learning in load forecasting.

Colorectal cancer causes the third most common type of malignant tumors with high morbidity and *** is currently one of the most effective and common treatments for colorectal ***,the poor water solubility of some chemotherapeutics,untargeted drug delivery,and the undesirable systemic side effects of conventional treatment remain the major issues for colorectal cancer ***,drug delivery systems(DDS)based on biomaterials have been widely investigated and found to be capable of resolving those issues with good ***,the main goal of this review is to summarize and discuss the progress and potential advantages of different DDS for colorectal cancer *** not only reviewed the nanocarriers used to improve the solubility of chemotherapeutics,including liposomes,micelles,and nanoparticles,but also discussed targeted DDS based on specific ligand-receptor recognition and tumor microenvironmental stimulus ***,locally administered systems based on hydrogels and microspheres,which have been shown to increase drug accumulation at the tumor site while decreasing systemic toxicity,were also *** provides a good option for improving the efficacy of chemotherapy in the treatment of colorectal cancer.

Single-atom Ag-loaded carbon nitride photocatalysts for efficient degradation of acetaminophen:The role of Ag-atom and O_(2)

Carbon nitride has been extensively used as a visible-light photocatalyst,but it has the disadvantages of a low specific surface area,rapid electron-hole recombination,and relatively low light *** this study,single-atom Ag was successfully anchored on ultrathin carbon nitride(UTCN)via thermal polymerization,the catalyst obtained is called *** Ag hardly changed the carbon nitride's layered and porous physical *** exhibited efficient visible-light photocatalytic performances in the degradation of various recalcitrant pollutants,eliminations of 85% were achieved by visible-light irradiation for *** with Ag improved the photocatalytic performance of UTCN by narrowing the forbidden band gap from 2.49 to 2.36 e V and suppressing electron-hole pair *** addition,Ag doping facilitated O_(2) adsorption on UTCN by decreasing the adsorption energy from -0.2 to -2.22 e V and favored the formation of O_(2)^(·-).Electron spin resonance and radical-quenching experiments showed that O_(2)^(·-)was the major reactive species in the degradation of Acetaminophen(paracetamol,APAP).

Spatio-Temporal Service Analysis in Multi-Layer Non-Terrestrial Networks

In the advent of the 6G era, non-terrestrial networks (NTN) with expansive coverage are being increasingly recognized as a vital supplement to cellular networks for facilitating seamless communication. The intricate interplay between network performance and service quality necessitates a thorough investigation into the modeling and analysis of services for efficient construction of *** studies on service analysis, predominantly focused on terrestrial networks,fall short in addressing the unique challenges posed by NTN,particularly those related to platform distribution and antenna gain modeling. This deficiency in research,coupled with the varying preferences of users for different network types, forms the basis of this study. This paper explores the spatio-temporal characteristics of services within a multi-layered NTN *** this context,the spatial distribution of the platforms is modeled using a binomial point process, and the antennas are characterized by a sectorized beam pattern. We derive the closed-form expressions for the association probability,the number of accessed users, and the arrival rate of services with certain delay requirements towards different types of NTN. Simulation results are provided to evaluate the influence of various parameters on the association probability, the number of accessed users, and the total arrival rate of services. The number of satellites can be determined to achieve the optimal system utility,balancing the accessed services, offloading effects, and launching costs. This initial investigation lays the groundwork for further theoretical progress in the service analysis and platform deployment of NTN.

Enantioenriched pyrrolidines and derivatives are ubiquitous substructures in compounds of importance to medicinal and biological ***,we report an efficient cobalt-catalyzed intramolecular asymmetric hydroamination reaction that produces chiral pyrrolidines with good to excellent yield and *** with previously reported radicalinvolved methodologies for enantioenriched pyrrolidines,these conditions feature two elegant versatilities,enabling(1)the use of cobalt-catalyzed hydrogen atom transfer(HAT)to generate organocobalt intermediates that bring radical reaction to organometallic chemistry,and(2)enantioselective intramolecular C-N bond forging through an S_(N)2-like displacement involving dynamic kinetic resolution(DKR).This approach provides a new alternative and efficient methodology for enantioselective radical-involved C-N bond construction that can be used in the synthesis of both chiral pyrrolidines and homologous nitrogen heterocycles.

Enhanced potassium storage of carbon nanofibers as binderfree anodes enabled by coupling ultra-small amorphous Sb_(2)O_(3),graphene modification and sulfur doping

Considering the intrinsic advantages of natural copiousness and cost-effectiveness of potassium resource,potassium-ion batteries(KIBs) are booming as prospective alternatives to lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) in large-scale energy storage scenarios. Nevertheless, lacking desirable electrodes for reversibly hosting the bulky K+hinders the widespread application of KIBs, and it needs to be urgently solved. Hereon, the porous S-doped Sb_(2)O_(3)-graphene-carbon(SAGC) nanofibers are manufactured through an adjustable and facile approach, which involves electrospinning, in situ etching and sulfuration. The synthesized SAGC is featured by the ultra-small amorphous Sb_(2)O_(3) homogeneously wrapped inside the carbon matrix, as well as the co-incorporation of graphene and sulfur. Tentatively,the SAGC nanofiber sheets are applied as binder-free anodes for KIBs, exhibiting a prominent cycling life(256.72 m Ah·g^(-1) over 150 cycles at 100 m A·g^(-1)) and rate·g^(-1) over 100 cycles at 1 A·g^(-1)). The positive synergy among all the active components accounts for the distinguished performances of the SAGC. By reinforcing the tolerability to the swelling stress, producing the valid electrochemical active sites, and promoting the charge transferring for reversible K+uptake, the SAGC finally renders the excellent cyclability, capacity, and rate capability. Moreover, the extrinsic electrochemical pseudocapacitance characteristics induced by the porous carbon substrate elevate the K-storage capacity of the SAGC as well. It is hoped that the conclusions drawn may offer new insights into a direction for the high-performance binderfree KIB anodes.
