Depression is a common mental health *** current depression detection methods,specialized physicians often engage in conversations and physiological examinations based on standardized scales as auxiliary measures for depression ***-biological markers-typically classified as verbal or non-verbal and deemed crucial evaluation criteria for depression-have not been effectively *** physicians usually require extensive training and experience to capture changes in these *** in deep learning technology have provided technical support for capturing non-biological *** researchers have proposed automatic depression estimation(ADE)systems based on sounds and videos to assist physicians in capturing these features and conducting depression *** article summarizes commonly used public datasets and recent research on audio-and video-based ADE based on three perspectives:Datasets,deficiencies in existing research,and future development directions.

Fifteen-year mortality and prognostic factors in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy:persistent standardized application of drug therapy and strengthened management may bring about encouraging change in an aging society

BACKGROUND There is scarce data on the long-term mortality and associated prognostic factors in patients with dilated car-diomyopathy(DCM).The study aimed to investigate the all-cause mortality up to 15 years(mean 7.9±5.7 years)in such patients,and the independent prognostic factors influencing their long-term *** One hundred and sixty-six consecutive patients with DCM were prospectively enrolled from 2002 to *** mean age of patients was 59.5±10.4 years,and approximately 57%were *** were followed up by telephone or outpa-tient visit at least every three months until 2019 or all-cause death *** of mortality were identified using mul-tivariate logistic regression *** During the 15 years of follow-up,five patients were lost to follow-up,and the complete data records of 161 patients were included in the *** were treated with angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitors(ACEI)or angiotensin-recept-or blocker(ARB),β-blockers,mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist(MRA),diuretics and digitalis from 2002 to 2004,and main-tained at the maximum tolerated doses between 2004 and *** safety targets to maintain heart rate and blood pressure at 60-80 beats/min and 90-120/60-80 mmHg,***-cause mortality in the first five years was 55.9%.The independent risk factors for the 5-year mortality were age≥70 years old(OR=5.45,P=0.006),systolic blood pressure(SBP)>120 mmHg(OR=3.63,P=0.004),6-minute walk distance(6MWD)120 mmHg(OR=9.56,P<0.001).CONCLUSIONS This study was the first to demonstrate the 15-year survival rate of 34%in DCM *** DCM patients’first five-year all-cause mortality decreased significantly after continuous standardized treatment and intensive *** mortality then plateaued in the following 10

A Tri-mode of Mock-Walker Cells

This work uses cloud-resolving simulations to study mock-Walker cells driven by a specified sea surface temperature(SST).The associated precipitation in the mock-Walker cells exhibits three different modes,including a single peak of precipitation over the SST maximum(mode 1),symmetric double peaks of precipitation straddling the SST maximum(mode 2),and a single peak of precipitation on one side of the SST maximum(mode 3).The three modes are caused by three distinct convective activity center migration *** indicate that the virtual effect of water vapor plays an important role in differentiating the three *** the SST gradient is large,the virtual effect may be strong enough to overcome the temperature effect,generating a low-level low-pressure anomaly below the ascending branch of the Walker cell off the *** results here highlight the importance of the virtual effect of water vapor and its interaction with convection and large-scale circulation in the Walker circulation.

Spatio-Temporal Service Analysis in Multi-Layer Non-Terrestrial Networks

In the advent of the 6G era, non-terrestrial networks (NTN) with expansive coverage are being increasingly recognized as a vital supplement to cellular networks for facilitating seamless communication. The intricate interplay between network performance and service quality necessitates a thorough investigation into the modeling and analysis of services for efficient construction of *** studies on service analysis, predominantly focused on terrestrial networks,fall short in addressing the unique challenges posed by NTN,particularly those related to platform distribution and antenna gain modeling. This deficiency in research,coupled with the varying preferences of users for different network types, forms the basis of this study. This paper explores the spatio-temporal characteristics of services within a multi-layered NTN *** this context,the spatial distribution of the platforms is modeled using a binomial point process, and the antennas are characterized by a sectorized beam pattern. We derive the closed-form expressions for the association probability,the number of accessed users, and the arrival rate of services with certain delay requirements towards different types of NTN. Simulation results are provided to evaluate the influence of various parameters on the association probability, the number of accessed users, and the total arrival rate of services. The number of satellites can be determined to achieve the optimal system utility,balancing the accessed services, offloading effects, and launching costs. This initial investigation lays the groundwork for further theoretical progress in the service analysis and platform deployment of NTN.

The influence of inter-band rock on rib spalling in longwall panel with large mining height

In order to improve rib stability,failure criteria and instability mode of a thick coal seam with inter-band rock layer are analysed in this study.A three-dimensional mechanical model is established for the rib by considering the rock layer.A safety factor is defined foy the rib,and it is observed that the safety factor exhibits a positive correlation with the thickness and strength of the inter-band rock.A calculation method for determining critical parameters of the rock layer is presented to ensure the rib *** is revealed that incomplete propagation of the fracture at the hard rock constitutes a fundamental prerequisite for ensuring the rib *** influence of the position of the inter-band rock in the coal seam on failure mechanism of the rib was thoroughly investigated by developing a series of physical models for the rib at the face *** best position for the inter-band rock in the coal seam is at a height of 1.5 m away from the roof line,which tends to provide a good stability state for the *** different inter-band rock positions,two ways of controlling rib by increasing supports stiffness and flexible grouting reinforcement are proposed.

More space truss construction has been planned to develop and utilize space *** trusses are designed in the way of large-scale,complex,modular,and on-orbit *** meet the upcoming challenge of large-scale space infrastructure construction,it is necessary to study space truss automation design and robotic *** paper proposes an ordinal finite screw adjacency matrix model(OFSAMM),focusing on the relationship between assembly motions,to express and compute a space truss *** this model,a space truss is abstracted as a set of ordered assembly motions,each of which is recorded as a finite screw as the basic element of the truss and its *** operation of truss transformation is also derived under this ***,the truss configuration,the assembly sequence,the truss sub-assembly,the truss components,and the on-orbit assembly task can be expressed and calculated in a unified model,which is calculated and stores the truss topology and assembly with the minimum storage *** the end of this paper,we introduce how to synthesize and optimize space truss design through two *** study will help to improve design ***,it provides a theoretical basis for the automatic construction of space truss structures,especially in the next stage.

To the Editor:Adipose-derived stem cells(ASCs)are promising multipotent stem cells for regeneration of skeletal muscle(SM)tissues.[1]However,the low myogenic differentiation ability limits the application.[2]Therefore,it is necessary to summarize the current differentiation strategy to improve the differentiation *** methods(biochemical induction)and non-traditional strategies(co-culture,biomechanical approaches,and biomaterial utilization)are commonly used for the differentiation of ASCs into myogenic *** both strategies can effectively induce differentiation of myogenic cells,cellular unhealthy or immature myogenic differentiation status is still the greatest challenge for ***,the combination of non-traditional methods and traditional methods has the potential to significantly enhance myogenesis of ASCs with remarkable efficacy,however,evidence is currrently *** review discusses the traditional and non-traditional strategies,as well as several combination motheds of above strategies,for inducing ASCs differentiation into myogenic cells[Figure 1].

Azocalixarenes: a scaffold of universal excipients with high efficiency

Excipients are important components of pharmaceutical preparations that affect their quality, safety, and efficacy. Macrocyclic receptors are a family of supramolecular excipients with several advantages, including molecular-level protection, small sizes,fast kinetics of host-guest recognition, and modular construction. With the continuous advances in the medical field, personalized and precision medicine requires the development of excipients with low dosages, integrated modifying effects, universality,and controlled release. To meet these requirements, we have developed a new family of macrocyclic excipients based on calixarenes by integrating their covalent(broad chemical design space) and noncovalent(wide range of substrates) ***, azocalixarenes(Azo CAs) were designed, showing high binding affinities to a broad spectrum of active pharmaceutical ingredients(APIs), selectivity to interferents, and responsiveness to hypoxic microenvironments. Due to their highly efficient and controllable recognition, Azo CAs serve as low-dose excipients for 30 APIs. Molecular encapsulation by Azo CAs results in the integrated modification of the physicochemical properties of APIs, including solubility, stability, bioavailability,and biocompatibility. Moreover, Azo CAs can be reduced by azoreductases overexpressed in hypoxic microenvironments,leading to the controlled release of APIs. Collectively, Azo CA excipients have broad application prospects for a series of diseases such as enteritis, arthritis, stroke, cancer, bacterial infection and kidney injury, with diverse therapeutic modalities,including chemotherapy, photodynamic therapy, photothermal therapy, immunotherapy, boron neutron capture therapy, radiotherapy, fluorescence imaging, and their combinations.

卷积长短期记忆单元ConvLSTM和卷积门控循环单元ConvGRU是两种广泛应用的深度学习单元,通过将循环机制与卷积运算相结合,常常用于时空序列的预测.为了明确上述两种模型的收敛速度和分类能力,需要使用相同的模型架构对相同的分类问题进行预测.本研究将北京短时强降水区级预警问题看作深度学习中的二分类问题,使用京津冀雷达网的组合反射率数据和北京区域内的自动气象站降雨数据进行深度学习模型的训练和评估.结果表明,ConvGRU的收敛速度比ConvLSTM快约25%.ConvLSTM和ConvGRU的预警性能随地区,时间,降雨强度的变化趋势相似,但大部分ConvLSTM的得分较高,少数情况下ConvGRU的得分较高.
