The physical formation mechanisms of the Atlantic Multidecadal Variability(AMV)in the context of global warming have been a key research topic(Vecchi et al.,2017).The conventional view is that the AMV is mainly driven by internal dynamics within the climate system,especially in the Atlantic Ocean(Zhang et al.,2019).However,some studies suggest that decadal to multidecadal variations in North Atlantic sea surface temperature(SST)since around 1950 are related to anthropogenic and natural aerosol emissions(Otter?et al.,2010;Booth et al.,2012;hua et al.,2019).

AIMTo investigate the effcacy and safety of isolated hepatic perfusion （IHP） in the management of unresectable liver *** were identified manually and on-line by using PubMed and EMBASE database. We formulate the eligibility criteria according to the PICOS elements, and accessed the quality of studies using the MINORS instrument. Data from all included studies were carefully investigated. We calculated the pooled response rate and incidences of mortality reported from all eligible studiesby using the Meta-Analyst software, and we computed a pooled relative risk （RR） and 95%CI by using the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis software. Heterogeneity was quantifed evaluated using I2 *** Eight studies, including 502 patients, were selected. Of these, six studies performed IHP, while the other two studies performed percutaneous IHP. The results showed that the pooled response rate was 60.8% （95%CI： 53.1%-68%）, I2 = 37.1%. The median overall survival was 20 mo （range： 12.1 to 25 mo） following IHP or PIHP. The pooled mortality rate was 5.4% （95%CI： 2.5%-11.2%）, I2 = 37.5%. Prognostic factors predict the response to IHP or survival, and were reported in six studies. Meta-analysis demonstrated that Gender was not associated with overall survival （RR = 0.877, 95%CI： 0.564-1.365）; however, carcino-embryonic antigen ≤ 30 ng/mL was associated with a signifcant improvement in survival outcomes with colorectal cancer patients （RR = 2.082, 95%CI： 1.371-3.163）, and there was no signifcant *** present systemic review and meta-analysis suggest that IHP and PIHP are potentially efficient and safe techniques for unresectable liver primary and secondarymalignancies.

BACKGROUND Pancreatic fistula is one of the most serious complications after pancreatoduodenectomy for treating any lesions at the pancreatic head. For years, surgeons have tried various methods to reduce its incidence. AIM To investigate and emphasize the clinical outcomes of Blumgart anastomosis compared with traditional anastomosis in reducing postoperative pancreatic fistula. METHODS In this observational study, a retrospective analysis of 291 patients who underwent pancreatoduodenectomy, including Blumgart anastomosis (201 patients) and traditional embedded pancreaticojejunostomy (90 patients), was performed in our hospital. The preoperative and perioperative courses and longterm follow-up status were analyzed to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. Moreover, 291 patients were then separated by the severity of postoperative pancreatic fistula, and two methods of pancreaticojejunostomy were compared to detect the features of different anastomosis. Six experienced surgeons were involved and all of them were proficient in both surgical *** The characteristics of the patients in the two groups showed no significant differences, nor the preoperative information and pathological diagnoses. The operative time was significantly shorter in the Blumgart group (343.5 ± 23.0 vs 450.0 ± 40.1 min, P = 0.028), as well as the duration of pancreaticojejunostomy drainage tube placement and postoperative hospital stay (12.7 ± 0.9 d vs 17.4 ± 1.8 d, P = 0.031;and 21.9 ± 1.3 d vs 28.9 ± 1.3 d, P = 0.020, respectively). The overall complications after surgery were much less in the Blumgart group than in the embedded group (11.9% vs 26.7%, P = 0.002). Patients who underwent Blumgart anastomosis would suffer less from severe pancreatic fistula (71.9% vs 50.0%, P = 0.006), and this pancreaticojejunostomy procedure did not have worse influences on long-term complications and life quality. We perform a unified description of the experimental data of the π^(+)π^(-)and J/ψπ^(±)invariant mass spectra for e^(+)e^(-)→J/ψπ^(+)π^(-)and the D^(0)D^(*-)mass spectrum for e^(+)e^(-)→D^(0)D^(*-)π^(+)at e^(+)e^(-)center-of-mass energies 4.23 and 4.26 *** analysis takes into account open-charm meson loops that contain triangle singularities,the J/ψπ-DD^(*)coupled-channel interaction respecting unitarity,and the strong ππ-KK final state interaction using dispersion *** analysis leads to a precise determination of the Z_(c)(3900)pole with the pole mass and width(3880.7±1.7_(stat)±22.4_(syst))MeV and(35.9±1.4_(stat)±15.3_(syst))MeV,respectively,and hints at that the DD^(*)molecular and non-molecular components are of similar importance in the Z_(c)(3900)formation.

During the initial phases of operation following the construction or renovation of existing buildings,the availability of historical power usage data is limited,which leads to lower accuracy in load forecasting and hinders normal ***,by transferring load data from similar buildings,it is possible to enhance forecasting ***,indiscriminately expanding all source domain data to the target domain is highly likely to result in negative transfer *** study explores the feasibility of utilizing similar buildings(source domains)in transfer learning by implementing and comparing two distinct forms of multi-source transfer ***,this study focuses on the Higashita area in Kitakyushu City,Japan,as the research *** buildings that exhibit the highest similarity to the target buildings within this area were selected for ***,the two-stage TrAdaBoost.R^(2) algorithm is used for multi-source transfer learning,and its transfer effect is ***,the application effects of instance-based(IBMTL)and feature-based(FBMTL)multi-source transfer learning are compared,which explained the effect of the source domain data on the forecasting accuracy in different transfer *** results show that combining the two-stage TrAdaBoost.R^(2) algorithm with multi-source data can reduce the CV-RMSE by 7.23%compared to a single-source domain,and the accuracy improvement is *** the same time,multi-source transfer learning,which is based on instance,can better supplement the integrity of the target domain data and has a higher forecasting ***,IBMTL tends to retain effective data associations and FBMTL shows higher forecasting *** findings of this study,which include the verification of real-life algorithm application and source domain availability,can serve as a theoretical reference for implementing transfer learning in load forecasting.
