High Dynamic Bounding and Jumping Motion of Quadruped Robot Based on Stable Optimization Control

Aiming at the environment such as ravines and obstacles that may be encountered in the actual movement,this paper proposes a method for optimizing the bounding and jumping motion based on the ground touching force trajectory and the air motion trajectory of the quadruped robot.The method of optimizing the ground reaction force according to the speed of the demand and the height of the jump,and adjusting the stance and swing time according to the relationship of dynamics and momentum conservation.At the same time,under the constraints of dynamics and energy consumption of the robot system,considering the jumping distance and height,a method for optimizing the air trajectory of bounding and jumping is proposed.State switching and landing stability control are also added.Finally,the experimental results show that the quadruped robot has strong bounding and jumping ability,and has achieved stable bounding movement and forward jump movement of 0.8 m.

The xenobiotic transcription factor cap‘n’collar isoform C(CncC)is considered the central regulator of antioxidant and detoxification genes.Previous research indicated that CncC regulates three-phase enzymes responsible for insecticide resistance.In this study,the SlituCncC gene from Spodoptera litura was obtained and characterized.Quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)analysis showed that SlituCncC was expressed in all developmental stages and tissues,but was highly expressed in 3rd-and 4th-instar larvae,and in the Malpighian tubule,fat body,and midgut.In addition,SlituCncC was up-regulated and more highly induced with indoxacarb treatment in the indoxacarb-resistant strains compared with the susceptible strain.RNA interference-mediated gene silencing of SlituCncC significantly increased mortality of S.liura when exposed to in-doxacarb.Furthermore,comparative transcriptome analysis showed that 842 genes were down-regulated and 127 genes were up-regulated in SlituC"ncC knockdown S.litura.Further analysis indicated that 18 three-phase enzymes were identified in the down-regulated genes,of which seven were associated with indoxacarb resistance in S.litura.qPCR analysis confirmed that expression of six of these seven genes was consistent with RNA se-quencing data.All six detoxification genes were induced by indoxacarb,and the expression patterns were similar to that of SlituCncC.Finally,the CneC-Maf binding site was predicted in all six gene promoters.This study indicates that the transcription factor SlituCncC may regulate multiple detoxification genes that mediate indoxacarb resistance in S.litura.

In this paper,we are interested in the regularity estimates of the nonnegative viscosity super solution of theβ−biased infinity Laplacian equationΔ^(β)_(∞)u=0,whereβ∈R is a fixed constant andΔ^(β)_(∞)u:=Δ^(N)_(∞)u+β|D u|,which arises from the random game named biased tug-of-war.By studying directly theβ−biased infinity Laplacian equation,we construct the appropriate exponential cones as barrier functions to establish a key estimate.Based on this estimate,we obtain the Harnack inequality,Hopf boundary point lemma,Lipschitz estimate and the Liouville property etc.

Ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)injury paradoxically occurs during reperfusion following ischemia,exacerbating the initial tissue damage.The limited understanding of the intricate mechanisms underlying I/R injury hinders the development of effective therapeutic interventions.The Wnt signaling pathway exhibits extensive crosstalk with various other pathways,forming a network system of signaling pathways involved in I/R injury.This review article elucidates the underlying mechanisms involved in Wnt signaling,as well as the complex interplay between Wnt and other pathways,including Notch,phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B,transforming growth factor-β,nuclear factor kappa,bone morphogenetic protein,N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor-Ca2+-Activin A,Hippo-Yes-associated protein,toll-like receptor 4/toll-interleukine-1 receptor domain-containing adapter-inducing interferon-β,and hepatocyte growth factor/mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor.In particular,we delve into their respective contributions to key pathological processes,including apoptosis,the inflammatory response,oxidative stress,extracellular matrix remodeling,angiogenesis,cell hypertrophy,fibrosis,ferroptosis,neurogenesis,and blood-brain barrier damage during I/R injury.Our comprehensive analysis of the mechanisms involved in Wnt signaling during I/R reveals that activation of the canonical Wnt pathway promotes organ recovery,while activation of the non-canonical Wnt pathways exacerbates injury.Moreover,we explore novel therapeutic approaches based on these mechanistic findings,incorporating evidence from animal experiments,current standards,and clinical trials.The objective of this review is to provide deeper insights into the roles of Wnt and its crosstalk signaling pathways in I/R-mediated processes and organ dysfunction,to facilitate the development of innovative therapeutic agents for I/R injury.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has caused a worldwide severe coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic since December 2019.There is a great demand for effective therapies for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.Developing therapeutic neutralizing antibodies(NAbs),which could block viral infection,is such a promising approach,as NAbs have been successfully applied to the treatment of other viral infections.The recent advances of antibody technology have greatly accelerated the discovery of SARS-CoV-2 NAbs,and many of which are now actively tested in clinical trials.Here,we review the approaches applied for SARS-CoV-2 NAb development,and discuss the emerging technologies underlining the antibody discovery.We further summarize the common features of these antibodies including the shared neutralizing epitopes and sequence features.

NiFe layered double hydroxides(NiFe LDHs)have been intensively developed for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in alkaline media;however,their unsatisfactory hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)performance limits their practical application in overall water splitting.Herein,a simple and efficient one-step electrodeposition method is used to accomplish in situ growth of NiFe LDHsNiFe alloy gradient hybrid coatings on a carbon cloth(CC).Within the binder-free electrode,NiFe LDHs nanosheets with a low-crystalline nature exhibit highly active bifunctional OER/HER activities,and the NiFe alloy acts as a stable electron highway and strong skeleton bridge between NiFe LDHs and the CC.When the electrodes are simultaneously employed as the cathode and anode for overall water splitting,they require low cell potentials of 1.441 V at10 mA·cm^(-2)and 1.703 V at 100 mA·cm^(-2),respectively,and they demonstrate outstanding stability at a current density greater than 100 mA·cm^(-2)for more than 100 h.This is one of the best bifunctional OER and HER catalysts for overall water splitting.Both lattice defects and surface reconstructions crucially contribute to the bifunctional OER/HER activities of NiFe LDHs.This simple and scalable synthesis approach presents an intriguing paradigm for industrial production,and the fabricated electrode has potential application in high-current-density water splitting.

SmCo_(5)alloy was prepared via direct calciothermic reduction using anhydrous samarium fluoride(SmF_(3))as raw material and cobalt as inducer.Results of the thermodynamic calculation show that the direct reduction of cobalt-induced SmF_(3)for preparing SmCo_(5)alloy is feasible.An alloy with 33.89 wt%samarium and a yield of 96.45%were achieved under the optimal conditions of 10%and 20%excess of SmF_(3)and calcium over the stoichiometry,respectively,and 1450℃for 4 min.The X-ray diffraction results show that the reduction products are SmCo_(5)alloy and CaF_(2).The scanning electron microscopy micrograph of the SmCo_(5)alloy ingot exhibits a distinct dendritic morphology composed of samarium and cobalt.The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy shows that the atomic ratio of samarium to cobalt is approximately 1:5 and both elements demonstrate zero valency(Sm^(0),Co^(0)).The magnetic properties measurement of the SmCo_(5)alloy melt-spun ribbon shows the remanent magnetization B_r=0.59 T,intrinsic coercivity H_(Ci)=345.82 kA/m and maximum magnetic energy density(BH)_(max)=42.20 kJ/m^(3).These results may be helpful for the development of novel valence-variable rare-earth alloys.

An undersea volcano at Hunga Tonga-Hunga Ha'apai(HTHH)near the South Pacific island nation of Tonga,erupted violently on 15 January 2022.Potential climate impact of the HTHH volcanic eruption is of great concern to the public;here,we intend to size up the impact of the HTHH eruption from a historical perspective.The influence of historical volcanic eruptions on the global climate are firstly reviewed,which are thought to have contributed to decreased surface temperature,increased stratospheric temperature,suppressed global water cycle,weakened monsoon circulation and El Niño-like sea surface temperature.Our understanding of the impacts of past volcanic eruptions on global-scale climate provides potential implication to evaluate the impact of the HTHH eruption.Based on historical simulations,we estimate that the current HTHH eruption with an intensity of 0.4 Tg SO_(2)injection will decrease the global mean surface temperature by only 0.004℃in the first year after eruption,which is within the amplitude of internal variability at the interannual time scale and thus not strong enough to have significant impacts on the global climate.
