BACKGROUND Although the benefits of antiviral therapy for hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)have been proven,researchers have not con-firmed the differences in patient outcomes between patients who received preoperative antiviral therapy for a period of time(at least 24 wk)and patients who received remedial antiviral therapy just before radical resection for HBV-related *** To investigate the efficacy of perioperative remedial antiviral therapy in patients with HBV-related *** A retrospective study of patients who underwent radical resection for HBV-related HCC at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from January 2016 to June 2019 was *** the history of antiviral therapy,patients were assigned to remedial antiviral therapy and preoperative antiviral therapy *** Kaplan–Meier analysis revealed significant differences in overall survival(P<0.0001)and disease-free survival(P=0.035)between the two *** analysis demonstrated that a history of preoperative antiviral treatment was independently related to improved survival(hazard ratio=0.27;95%confidence interval:0.08-0.88;P=0.030).CONCLUSION In patients with HBV-related HCC,it is ideal to receive preoperative long-term antiviral therapy,which helps patients tolerate more extensive hepatectomy;however,remedial antiviral therapy,which reduces preoperative HBV-DNA levels to less than 4 Log10 copies DNA/mL,can also result in improved outcomes.

Al-V中间合金制备工艺参数直接影响其中不同含V相的形成。将Al-V中间合金熔体在1150℃条件下,分别浇入“楔形”水冷铜模、石墨模和耐火材料模,制备不同冷却速率条件下的Al-4%V(质量分数)中间合金。定量统计合金中不同含V相占比、平均尺寸和尺寸分布等本征参数,探究这些参数受平均凝固冷却速率(v_(s))的影响规律。结果表明:当v_(s)处于120.4~308.5℃·s^(-1)的范围时,只形成Al_(3)V相,其面积占比随v_(s)的增大先增加后降低,最大面积分数达到14.56%。当v_(s)低于120.4℃·s^(-1)时,随v_(s)升高Al_(3)V面积占比迅速增加而Al_(10)V面积占比迅速降低直至最终几乎消失;而当v_(s)高于308.5℃·s^(-1)时,反而是Al_(3)V面积占比随v_(s)升高而迅速减少直至最终几乎消失,Al_(10)V面积占比大幅增加。v_(s)升高可有效细化Al_(10)V相和Al_(3)V相:当v_(s)较低(≤54.0℃·s^(-1))时,v_(s)的增加对Al_(3)V相细化效果更显著;反之,当v_(s)超过54.0℃·s^(-1)时,v_(s)的增加对Al_(10)V相细化效果更显著,其平均尺寸最小可低至4.1μm^(2)。v_(s)对Al_(10)V相尺寸波动的影响比Al_(3)V相的大:Al_(10)V相的尺寸波动随v_(s)的降低而增大,而Al_(3)V相尺寸波动随v_(s)的增大先增加后降低,v_(s)在120.4℃·s^(-1)时Al_(3)V尺寸波动最大。

An analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was employed to assess the applicability of 18 new and superior varieties of flowers in Hefei City flower border applications.A total of 12 indicators were selected from three distinct aspects of adaptability,ornamental characteristics and use traits,in order to establish a comprehensive evaluation *** results demonstrate that grade I(J≥2.685)exhibits excellent application value,encompassing six species of plants,such asHydrangeamacrophylla‘Endless Summer’;grade II(2.684≤J≤2.420)is also of notable application value,encompassing five species of plants,such asCallistemonrigidus;grade III(2.419≤J≤2.615)is of average application value,including five species of plants,such asCrocosmiacrocosmiflora;grade IV(J≤2.16)is of relatively poor application *** evaluation results may be utilized as a theoretical reference for the promotion of new and superior varieties in the flower border of Hefei.

Objective This study aimed to comprehensively analyze and compare the clinicopathological features and prognosis of Chinese patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-low early breast cancer(BC)and HER2-IHC0 *** Patients diagnosed with HER2-negative BC(N=999)at our institution between January2011 and December 2015 formed our study *** characteristics,association between estrogen receptor(ER)expression and HER2-low,and evolution of HER2 immunohistochemical(IHC)score were ***-Meier method and log-rank test were used to compare the long-term survival outcomes(5-year follow-up)between the HER2-IHC0 and HER2-low *** HER2-low BC group tended to demonstrate high expression of ER and more progesterone receptor(PgR)positivity than HER2-IHC0 BC group(P<0.001).The rate of HER2-low status increased with increasing ER expression levels(Mantel-Haenszelχ^(2)test,P<0.001,Pearson’s R=0.159,P<0.001).Survival analysis revealed a significantly longer overall survival(OS)in HER2-low BC group than in HER2-IHC0 group(P=0.007)in the whole cohort and the hormone receptor(HR)-negative *** were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of disease-free survival(DFS).The discordance rate of HER2 IHC scores between primary and metastatic sites was 36.84%.Conclusion HER2-low BC may not be regarded as a unique BC group in this population-based study due to similar clinicopathological features and prognostic roles.

菲洛劳斯天体系统到底是一个科学系统还是神话系统,是此前的古典学、科学史及哲学史研究者围绕该系统所争论的核心问题之一。学者们之所以对该问题持有不同见解,主要基于对其中两个分问题的不同认识,即中心火和对地的引入到底是基于现象还是理论。经考释,菲洛劳斯设置中心火的根本出发点是“有限-无限”哲学理论,但借此天体也可解释两种重要天文现象。而与既往众多研究者认知相反的是,虽然无法排除其迎合神秘数十的动机,但对地确可有效解释日月食频率差异的现象。若以古希腊天文学史的视角来看,菲洛劳斯系统虽包含哲学与神秘元素,但本质上属于早期希腊天文学系统,而非所谓的神话系统。

CRISPR-Cas系统是细菌或古细菌内抵御病毒再次入侵的一种适应性免疫系统,能够对靶向核酸进行切割。基于Cas9蛋白及其突变体的特性,科学家开发出多样化的基因编辑工具,能够对细胞内的基因进行敲除或敲入等基因编辑操作,实现生物的遗传变异;或对DNA或RNA进行表观修饰,调控基因的表达,已广泛地应用于生命科学的研究。禽类是农业中的重要物种,为人类提供优质的蛋白质。在禽类的基因组编辑和修饰中,CRISPR-Cas9技术仍处于研究状态,且只在鸡和鹌鹑两种家禽上取得实质性进展。本文从CRISPR-Cas9系统的组成成分、传递方法、优化策略介绍了CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑技术及其在家禽生产和疾病防控中的应用,为进一步开发适用于家禽体系的CRISPR-Cas9提供理论基础。
