Dear Editor,This letter proposes a dynamic switching soft slicing strategy for industrial mixed traffic in 5G networks. Considering two types of traffic, periodic delay-sensitive (PDS) traffic and sporadic delay-tolerant (SDT) traffic, we design a dynamic switching strategy based on a traffic-Qo S-aware soft slicing (TQASS) scheme and a resource-efficiency-aware soft slicing (REASS) scheme.

冶金行业中,转炉烟气的在线分析普遍采用激光吸收光谱法等单组分气体分析技术,实践中需使用多传感器的组合以同时监测CO、CO_(2)、O_(2)、H_(2)等多组分,分析系统整体的复杂程度和成本高,响应速度慢,逐个传感器的日常校正维护工作量大。为简化在线分析系统的复杂度,提高分析效率,实现炼钢流程的降本增效,首创性的建立了一种转炉烟气中多组分气体实时在线分析的拉曼光谱方法,并首次研制了专用于炉气检测的多组分气体分析系统。通过检测CO、CO_(2)、N_(2)、O_(2)、H_(2)五组分的拉曼光谱特征峰强,对五组分含量进行同时定量分析。检测范围0.1%~100%,检测精密度RSD值均≤0.1%。分析系统中,样气处理模块采用耐高温探头和大功率抽气泵,快速、有效去除进入分析仪的样气中水分和灰尘,保证测试条件稳定;分析模块采用窄线宽532 nm激光器和透射式光谱仪,并通过空间光路设计以提高检测灵敏度,满足气体检测需求。相比于现有的单组分在线分析技术,所提出的多组分检测方法可同时给出五组分的定量结果,不受样气压力、测试条件变化影响,样气前处理难度低,检测准确度高,系统维护简单。N_(2)标准气体的拉曼散射信号特征峰强在24 h内波动≤0.48%。经标准样品验证,该方法检测误差≤0.3%,达到转炉烟气实时检测的需求。该方法不仅在冶金行业有广阔应用前景,还可通过模型扩展以拓展到其他多组分气体实时在线分析监测领域。

The development of new two-dimensional(2D)d-πconjugated metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)holds great promise for the construction of a new generation of porous and semiconductive *** paper describes the synthesis,structural characterization,and electronic properties of a new d-πconjugated 2D MOF based on the use of a new ligand 2,3,8,9,14,*** reticular self-assembly of this largeπ-conjugated organic building block with Cu(II)ions in a mixed solvent system of 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone(DMI)and H2 O with the addition of ammonia water or ethylenediamine leads to a highly crystalline MOF Cu3(HHTN)2,which possesses pore aperture of 2.5 ***3(HHTN)2 MOF shows moderate electrical conductivity of 9.01×10^(-8)S·cm^(-1)at 385 K and temperature-dependent band gap ranging from 0.75 to 1.65 *** chemical oxidation by l2,the conductivity of Cu3(HHTN)2 can be increased by 360 *** access to HHTN based MOF adds an important member to previously reported MOF systems with hexagonal lattice,paving the way towards systematic studies of structure-property relationships of semiconductive MOFs.

稀土杂化材料在照明、发光、生物医药、光纤通信等领域中具有广泛的应用和发展前景,成为许多领域的研究热点。随着工业废物排放、沿海建设等一系列人类活动的进行,增加了海水中金属离子的浓度。本实验设计了一种独特的Eu^(3+)杂化材料,这种材料中含有昆布多糖、2-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮(TTA)和邻菲罗啉(phen)三种配体,这三种配体对Eu^(3+)的发光有敏化作用。制备得到的Eu^(3+)-昆布多糖杂化材料融合了Eu^(3+)的发光特性和昆布多糖无毒、生物相容性等特征。这种新型杂化材料可附载到水下探测装置中,应用于海水中铁离子的监测。

Regulating the Oxygen Affinity of Single Atom Catalysts by Dual-atom Design for Enhanced Oxygen Reduction Reaction Activity

This work chooses Cu/Fe single-atom catalysts(SACs)with weak/strong oxygen affinity to clarify the effect of dual-atom configuration on oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)performance based on density functional theory(DFT)*** stability and ORR activity of single or dual Cu/Fe atomic sites anchored on nitrogen-doped graphene sheets(Cu-N4-C,Cu2-N_(6)-C,Fe-N4-C,and Fe_(2)-N_(6)-C)are investigated,and the results indicate the dual-atom catalysts(Cu2-N_(6)-C and Fe_(2)-N_(6)-C)are thermodynamically stable enough to avoid sintering and *** with single-atom active sites of Cu-N4-C,which show weak oxygen affinity and poor ORR performance with a limiting potential of 0.58 V,the dual-Cu active sites of Cu2-N_(6)-C exhibit enhanced ORR activity with a limiting potential up to 0.87 V due to strengthened oxygen ***,for Fe SACs with strong oxygen affinity,the DFT results show that the dual-Fe sites stabilize the two OH*ligands structure[Fe_(2)(OH)2-N_(6)-C],which act as the active sites during ORR process,resulting in greatly improved ORR performance with a limiting potential of 0.90 *** study suggests that the dual-atom design is a potential strategy to improve the ORR performance of SACs,in which the activity of the single atom active sites is limited with weak or strong oxygen affinity.

In this paper, we consider two variational models for speckle reduction of ultrasound images. By employing the F-convergence argument we show that the solution of the SO model coincides with the minimizer of the JY model. Furthermore, we incorporate the split Bregman technique to propose a fast alterative algorithm to solve the JY model. Some numericalexperiments are presented to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

We study the tradeoff between network utility and network lifetime using a cross-layer optimization approach. The tradeoff model in this paper is based on the framework of layering as optimization decomposition. Our tradeoff model is the first one that incorporates time slots allocation into this framework. By using Lagrangian dual decomposition method, we decompose the tradeoff model into two subproblems： routing problem at network layer and resource allocation problem at medium access control （MAC） layer. The interfaces between the layers are precisely the dual variables. A partially distributed algorithm is proposed to solve the nonlinear, convex, and separable tradeoff model. Numerical simulation results are presented to support our algorithm.
