The paper proposes a scheduling algorithm obeying the CL（Compound Laxity） rule for a kind of NCS （Networked Control System） with random *** CL scheduling is evolved from preemptive single processor real-time scheduling ***-induced delay,dropout and jitter are inevitable when transmitting control information via shared closed-loop communication channel in *** to the above control problems caused by signal transmission,The paper algorithm takes all tasks into consideration to determine the moment optimal scheduling task priority due to the compound laxity,making sure all system tasks run with the critical deadline via the whole domain compound laxity,the algorithm realizes the task optimal scheduling *** example verified the validity of the algorithm.

In this paper,a delay tolerant broadcast protocol is proposed for Vehicular Ad hoc NETworks（VANETs）.In VANETs,it is important for many applications to disseminate information to vehicles on the road environment via multi-hop broadcast *** existing schemes work on the assumption that the networks are ***,the environment of road traffic makes VANETs intermittently *** broadcast the messages efficiently,the storecarry-forward methodology of Delay Tolerant Network（DTN） is adopted to disseminate the broadcast messages in this work.A combined weighted algorithm is proposed to select suitable nodes for relaying by taking traffic rules and road traffic characteristics into *** the contacts occur,the transiting moments are set appropriately to cover more nodes in each *** results show that this broadcast protocol achieves high broadcast coverage ratio in sparse *** efficient broadcasting service is provided in the intermittently connected VANETs.

This paper investigates the problem of stabilization for sampled-data fuzzy systems under variable *** eliminating redundant variables,and combining a convex combination technique with a delay decomposition method to deal with nonlinear time-varying coefficients derived from the Jensen’s integral inequality,less conservative and less complex stabilization criteria are formulated as linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）.An illustrative example is given to show the effectiveness and the improvement of the proposed method.

Data transmission rates in optical communication systems are approaching the limits of conventional multiplexing *** angular momentum(OAM)in optical vortex beams offers a new degree of freedom and the potential to increase the capacity of free-space optical communication systems,with OAM beams acting as information carriers for OAM division multiplexing(OAM-DM).We demonstrate independent collinear OAM channel generation,transmission and simultaneous detection using Dammann optical vortex gratings(DOVGs).We achieve 80/160 Tbit s^(-1) capacity with uniform power distributions along all channels,with 1600 individually modulated quadrature phase-shift keying(QPSK)/16-QAM data channels multiplexed by 10 OAM states,80 wavelengths and two ***-enabled OAM multiplexing technology removes the bottleneck of massive OAM state parallel detection and offers an opportunity to raise optical communication systems capacity to Pbit s^(-1) level.

With the newly proposed Global Ocean Observing Integration, ocean observing scope has been expanded from the region to the global, therefore the need of large-scale ocean observing system integration has become more and more urgent. Currently, ocean observing systems enabled ocean sensor networks are commonly developed by different organizations using specific technologies and platforms, which brings several challenges in ocean observing instrument （OOI） access and ocean observing system seamless integration. Furthermore, the development of ocean observing systems often suffers from low efficiency due to the complex prograrmning and debugging process. To solve these problems, a novel model, Complex Virtual Instrument （CVI） Model, is proposed. The model provides formal definitions on observing instrument description file, CVI description file, model calculation method, development model and interaction standard. In addition, this model establishes mathematical expressions of two model calculation operations, meanwhile builds the mapping relationship between observing instrument description file and CVI description file. The CVI based on the new model can achieve automatic access to different OOIs, seamless integration and communication for heterogeneous environments, and further implement standardized data access and management for the global unified ocean observing network. Throughout the development, integration and application of such CVI, the rationality and feasibility of the model have been evaluated. The results confirm that the proposed model can effectively implement heterogeneous system integration, improve development efficiency, make full usage of reusable components, reduce development cost, and enhance overall software system quality. We believe that our new model has great significance to promote the large-scale ocean observing system integration.

Developing an efficient and robust lightweight graphic user interface （GUI） for industry process monitoring is always a challenging task. Current implementation methods for embedded GUI are with the matters of real-time processing and ergonomics performance. To address the issue, an embedded lightweight GUI component library design method based on quasar technology embedded （Qt/E） is proposed. First, an entity-relationship （E-R） model for the GUI library is developed to define the functional framework and data coupling relations. Second, a cross-compilation environment is constructed, and the QI/E shared library files are tailored to satisfy the requirements of embedded target systems. Third, by using the signal-slot communication interfaces, a message mapping mechanism that does not require a call-back pointer is developed, and the context switching performance is improved. According to the multi-thread method, the parallel task processing capabilities fbr data collection, calculation, and display are enhanced, and the real-time performance and robustness are guaranteed. Finally, the human-computer interaction process is optimized by a scrolling page method, and the ergonomics pertbrmance is verified by the industrial psychology methods Two numerical cases and five industrial experiments show that the proposed method can increase real-time read-write correction ratios by more than 26% and 29%, compared with Windows-CE-GUl and Android-GUl, respectively. The component library can be tailored to 900 KB and supports 12 hardware platforms. The average session switch time can be controlled within 0.6 s and six key indexes for ergonomics are verified by different industrial applications.
