The aim of this study was to design a cage-like radiotherapy system(CRTS)to further promote the clinical application of noncoplanar *** CRTS comprises two stands,two O-rings,several arc girders,an X-ray head,an imaging subsystem,and a treatment *** X-ray head rotates with O-rings around the patient’s body and slides along the arc *** with the C-arm linear accelerator(C-Linac),the clinically available spatial irradiation angle ranges(SIARs)of the CRTS for the head,chest,and abdomen were 33%,63.6%,and 62.6%larger,***,according to a preliminary planning comparison based on the dose distribution simulation method,the CRTS achieved much better protection of normal tissue than the ***,the CRTS enabled accurate noncoplanar irradiation without movement of the body being irradiated,allowed automatic control of the movements of different parts without risk of collisions,and provided continuous radiation over an angle that considerably exceeded a full *** advantages make CRTS very promising for noncoplanar radiotherapy.

In this paper, a new method for welding SiCp/101A was put forward. It is LPI (liquid-phase-impacting) diffusionwelding. Through LPI diffusion welding SiCp/101A aluminum, the effect of welding parameters on the weldedjoint property was investigated, and the optimal welding parameters were brought forward at the same time. Themicrostructure of joint was analyzed by means of optical-microscope, scanning electron microscope in order to studythe relationship between the macro-properties of joint and the microstructure. The results show that LPI diffusionwelding could be used for welding aluminum matrix composites SiCp/101A successfully.

Microwave thermotherapy(MWTT),as a treatment for tumors,lacks specificity and requires *** reported microwave sensitizers are single metal-organic frameworks(MOFs),which must be loaded with ionic liquids to enhance the performance in ***,MWTT is rarely combined with other treatment ***,we synthesized a novel FeeCu bimetallic organic framework FeCuMOF(FCM)by applying a hydrothermal method and further modified it with methyl polyethylene glycol(mPEG).The obtained FCM@PEG(FCMP)showed remarkable heating performance under lowpower microwave irradiation;it also acted as a novel nanospheres enzyme to catalyze H_(2)O_(2) decomposition,producing abundant reactive oxygen species(ROS)to deplete glutathione(GSH)and prevent ROS clearance from tumor cells during chemodynamic *** FCMP was biodegradable and demonstrated excellent biocompatibility,allowing it to be readily metabolized without causing toxic ***,it was shown to act as a suitable agent for T2 magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in vitro and in *** new bimetallic nanostructure could successfully realize two tumor treatment modalities(MWTT and chemodynamic therapy)and dual imaging modes(T2 MRI and microwave thermal imaging).Our findings represent a breakthrough for integrating the diagnosis and treatment of tumors and provides a reference for developing new microwave sensitizers。

Dynamic Changes of China’s Functional Specialization in Export and International Comparison under Global Value Chains

The functional specialization in export of a country(and its sectors)in different activities,such as fabrication,R&D,management and marketing,is crucial to its governance and control on the value chains,which magnifies the shortage of the existing aggregate value added studies on our understanding of global value chains(GVCs).Considering production fragmentation at both the spatial and functional levels,this paper defines the modified functional specialization indicators at the national and sectoral levels from the forward linkage(rather than backward linkage).Based on the World Input-Output Database together with the newly compiled Labor Occupations Database,this paper re-estimates and analyzes the functional specialization and changes in China and major developed economies’*** results show that China’s export is mainly specialized in fabrication activity,which is among the world leading level,while it is weak in headquarter activities(especially R&D and management),which is almost locked at the lowest level in the world and could not pose an export threat to the developed ***’s manufacturing basically follows the functional development path of“relying on fabrication,entering market,targeting management and R&D”,featuring the coexistence of“strong”fabrication and“weak”management and R&*** fabrication specialization of the typical processing sector“electronic and optical equipment”has reached the international leading *** level of functional specialization of China’s service industry is generally lower than that of manufacturing and generally lags behind in the world,indicating that China still has a long way to go before becoming a major power of service in the ***,this paper proposes policy implications and further researches that can be extended.

In the context of constructing Global Energy Interconnection(GEI), energy storage technology, as one of the important basic supporting technologies in power system, will play an important role in the energy configuration and optimization. Based on the most promising battery energy storage technology, this paper introduces the current status of the grid technology, the application of large-scale energy storage technology and the supporting role of battery energy storage for GEI. Based on several key technologies of large-scale battery energy storage system, preliminary analysis of the standard system construction of energy storage system is made, and the future prospect is put forward.

An enriched environment is used as a behavio ral intervention therapy that applies sensory,motor,and social stimulation,and has been used in basic and clinical research of va rious neurological *** this study,we established mouse models of photothrombotic stroke and,24 hours later,raised them in a standard,enriched,or isolated environment for 4 *** with the mice raised in a standard environment,the cognitive function of mice raised in an enriched environment was better and the pathological damage in the hippocampal CA1 region was remarkably ***,protein expression levels of tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6,nuclear factorκB p65,interleukin-6,and tumor necrosis factorα,and the mRNA expression level of tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6 were greatly lower,while the expression level of miR-146a-5p was *** with the mice raised in a standard environment,changes in these indices in mice raised in an isolated environment were opposite to mice raised in an enriched *** findings suggest that different living environments affect the hippocampal inflammatory response and cognitive function in a mouse model of stro *** enriched environment can improve cognitive function following stroke through up-regulation of miR-146a-5p expression and a reduction in the inflammatory response.

It is very important in the field of bioinformatics to apply computer to perform the function annotation for new sequenced bio-sequences. Based on GO database and BLAST program, a novel method for the function annotation of new biological sequences is presented by using the variable-precision rough set theory. The proposed method is applied to the real data in GO database to examine its effectiveness. Numerical results show that the proposed method has better precision, recall-rate and harmonic mean value compared with existing methods.
