The number and composition of species in a community can be quantified withα-diversity indices,including species richness(R),Simpson’s index(D),and the Shannon-Wiener index(H΄).In forest communities,there are large variations in tree size among species and individu-als of the same species,which result in differences in eco-logical processes and ecosystem ***,tree size inequality(TSI)has been largely neglected in studies using the available diversity *** TSI in the diameter at breast height(DBH)data for each of 99920 m×20 m forest census quadrats was quantified using the Gini index(GI),a measure of the inequality of size *** generalized performance equation was used to describe the rotated and right-shifted Lorenz curve of the cumulative proportion of DBH and the cumulative proportion of number of trees per *** also examined the relationships ofα-diversity indices with the GI using correlation *** generalized performance equation effectively described the rotated and right-shifted Lorenz curve of DBH distributions,with most root-mean-square errors(990 out of 999 quadrats)being<*** were significant positive correlations between each of threeα-diversity indices(i.e.,R,D,and H’)and the ***,the total abundance of trees in each quadrat did not significantly influence the *** means that the TSI increased with increasing spe-cies ***,two new indices are proposed that can balanceα-diversity against the extent of TSI in the com-munity:(1−GI)×D,and(1−GI)×H’.These new indices were significantly correlated with the original D and H΄,and did not increase the extent of variation within each group of *** study presents a useful tool for quantifying both species diversity and the variation in tree sizes in forest communities,especially in the face of cumulative species loss under global climate change.

The demand for highly porous yet transparent aerogels with mechanical flexibility and solar-thermal dual-regulation for energy-saving windows is significant but ***,a delaminated aerogel film(DAF)is fabricated through filtration-induced delaminated gelation and ambient *** delaminated gelation process involves the assembly of fluorinated cellulose nanofiber(FCNF)at the solid-liquid interface between the filter and the filtrate during filtration,resulting in the formation of lamellar FCNF hydrogels with strong intra-plane and weak interlayer hydrogen *** exchanging the solvents from water to hexane,the hydrogen bonding in the FCNF hydrogel is further enhanced,enabling the formation of the DAF with intra-layer mesopores upon ambient *** resulting aerogel film is lightweight and ultra-flexible,which pos-sesses desirable properties of high visible-light transmittance(91.0%),low thermal conductivity(33 mW m^(-1) K^(-1)),and high atmospheric-window emissivity(90.1%).Furthermore,the DAF exhibits reduced surface energy and exceptional hydrophobicity due to the presence of fluorine-containing groups,enhancing its durability and UV ***,the DAF has demonstrated its potential as solar-thermal regulatory cooling window materials capable of simultaneously providing indoor lighting,thermal insulation,and daytime radiative cooling under direct ***,the enclosed space protected by the DAF exhibits a temperature reduction of 2.6℃ compared to that shielded by conventional architectural glass.

Future optical clock networks will require high-precision optical time-frequency transfer between satellites and ground ***,due to atmospheric turbulence,satellite motion and time delay between the satellite–ground transmission links will cause spatial and temporal variations,respectively,resulting in the breakdown of the time-of-flight reciprocity on which optical two-way time-frequency transfer is ***,we experimentally simulate the atmospheric effects by two-way spatio-temporally separated links between two stationary terminals located 113 km apart and measure the effects for optical two-way time-frequency *** experiment shows that the effect on the link instability is less than 2.3×10^(−19) at 10,000 *** indicates that when the link instability of satellite-ground optical time-frequency transfer is on the order of 10^(−19),it is not necessary to consider the atmospheric non-reciprocity effects.

目的比较不同旋转方式的屈曲桡偏型儿童肱骨髁上骨折与尺神经损伤、切开复位的关系,并评估发生轴向旋转的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2021年12月就诊于复旦大学附属儿科医院安徽医院的152例WilkinsⅢ型肱骨髁上骨折患儿资料,所有患儿尺神经损伤发生率为13%(20/152),切开复位率为22%(34/152)。根据正侧位X线平片结果,在坐标轴上将远端骨折块的旋转方式分为ⅢA型(X轴旋转,Y轴轻度旋转或无旋转)和ⅢB型(X轴旋转并伴有Y轴明显旋转)。比较两种类型患儿的性别、年龄、骨折侧别、骨折位置高低、身体质量指数、尺神经损伤和切开复位情况的差异,组间比较采用t检验或χ^(2)检验或Fisher确切概率法;采用单因素方差分析及多因素logistic回归分析引起Y轴明显旋转的危险因素。结果152例患儿中ⅢA型50例,ⅢB型102例,两种类型患儿在性别、骨折侧别、身体质量指数差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),在尺神经损伤发生率(χ^(2)=5.47,P=0.019)、骨折位置(χ^(2)=11.48,P=0.001)、切开复位率(χ^(2)=8.86,P=0.001)差异有统计学意义。ⅢB型发生尺神经损伤的风险约是ⅢA型的5倍(OR=5.143,95%CI为1.414~23.125,P=0.019)。ⅢB型行切开复位的风险约是ⅢA型的5倍(OR=4.729,95%CI为1.584~14.495,P=0.003)。在屈曲桡偏Ⅲ型骨折中,伴有尺神经损伤切开复位的风险是无尺神经损伤的10倍(OR=9.816,95%CI为3.503~27.508,P=0.001)。高位型肱骨髁上骨折是Y轴明显旋转的唯一危险因素(OR=3.210,95%CI为1.470~7.011,P=0.003)。结论伴有Y轴明显旋转的屈曲桡偏WilkinsⅢ型肱骨髁上骨折更容易伴发尺神经损伤,闭合复位更加困难,其中高位型肱骨髁上骨折是引起Y轴明显旋转的独立危险因素。

地浸开采砂岩铀矿造成的地下水铀污染通常可采用微生物原位还原固定的方法进行修复。关于铀污染微生物修复的试验研究较多,但采用数值模拟方法进行孔隙尺度建模的研究则较少。针对砂岩铀矿中铀污染微生物原位固定修复模拟,建立多孔介质孔隙尺度模拟的二维概念模型;通过注液孔将功能微生物和碳源注入多孔介质中,微生物在碳源刺激下生长繁殖,其生长代谢过程可将溶液中的U(Ⅵ)还原成U(Ⅳ)而固定,同时考虑地下水中溶解O_(2)和NO_(3)^(-)等具有氧化性的物质对U(Ⅳ)的再氧化作用;建立以上过程的数学模型,并采用LBM(Lattice Boltzmann Method)方法实现模型的耦合模拟;模拟研究多孔介质渗透率和迂曲度、注液速度、微生物浓度等因素对铀污染迁移范围及修复效果的影响。结果表明:建立的模型可模拟砂岩铀矿孔隙尺度中铀污染微生物修复及再氧化释放过程,增大渗透率、注液速度及微生物浓度可以加快铀污染修复,而地下水中溶解的O_(2)和NO_(3)^(-)会影响修复效果的长期有效性。研究可为发展地浸采铀退役治理过程中铀污染微生物修复理论和数值模拟方法提供参考,并可提供一种新方法来评估和预测微生物修复技术对地下水铀污染的有效性。

目的在软组织肉瘤中建立乳酸代谢相关基因的风险评分模型,并分析其与肿瘤突变负荷及肿瘤微环境中免疫细胞、免疫功能和免疫检查点的相关性。方法通过TCGA和GTEx数据库中获取软组织肉瘤的差异表达基因,再结合分子标签数据库(Msigdb)中乳酸代谢相关基因集获取软组织肉瘤中乳酸代谢相关的差异表达基因,并进行基因本体、京都基因与基因组百科全书通路富集分析;通过单因素比例风险模型和最小绝对收缩和选择算子回归构建风险评分模型,将软组织肉瘤样本分为高风险组和低风险组;最后,分析2组之间的肿瘤突变负荷、肿瘤微环境免疫状态。结果共筛选出29个与乳酸代谢相关的差异表达基因。通路富集分析结果表明,这29个基因主要与代谢过程有关。构建预后风险评分模型,按风险评分中位值将软组织肉瘤样本分为高风险组和低风险组,肿瘤突变负荷分析结果显示,在所有软组织肉瘤样本中,首位突变基因均为肿瘤蛋白p53。最常见的体细胞突变类型是错义突变,且高风险组中的基因突变频率比低风险组高。肿瘤微环境分析结果表明,高风险组中M0、M2型巨噬细胞浸润多,而在低风险组中CD8~+T细胞和单核细胞浸润比例较高。低风险组中免疫相关功能反应、免疫检查点表达比高风险组高。结论乳酸代谢评分模型可以较好地评估软组织肉瘤患者的预后及反映肿瘤微环境的状态。

目的探讨胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)中铁死亡的分子机制,为确定新的治疗靶点提供思路。方法从基因表达综合数据库(GEO)中选取数据集GSE108474并通过GEO2R获取GBM差异表达基因,与铁死亡数据库(FerrDb)中基因集对比,获得铁死亡相关差异基因;利用DAVID数据库进行GO和KEGG富集分析;利用String网站创建蛋白互作(PPI)网络;利用Cytoscape软件确认网络中连接度高的枢纽基因;利用TIMER网站进行预后和免疫浸润分析;利用GEPIA网站进行RNA表达量和基因相关性分析;利用HPA数据库分析枢纽基因蛋白表达差异;利用TISIDB数据库进行肿瘤免疫特征相关性分析;运用实时荧光定量PCR在GBM细胞A172和U251MG与正常星形胶质细胞HA1800间比较枢纽基因的mRNA差异。结果5331个差异表达基因中有114个铁死亡相关基因;GO和KEGG富集分析显示114个基因可能在正调控基因表达等方面发挥作用,并通过铁死亡和自噬-动物等途径影响肿瘤进展;114个基因构成的PPI网络中确定了10个枢纽基因,其中细胞黏附分子44(CD44)、鼠双微体基因2(MDM2)和信号转导子和转录激活子3(STAT3)高表达的GBM患者生存率较低;GBM细胞中CD44、MDM2和STAT3的mRNA表达高于正常星形胶质细胞;高级别胶质瘤组织中CD44、MDM2和STAT3的蛋白表达高于正常脑组织;GBM中3个基因的表达均与铁死亡呈负相关;免疫浸润分析显示,GBM中CD44、STAT3与噬中性粒细胞、CD4^(+)T细胞和树突状细胞的浸润相关,MDM2与树突状细胞和CD8^(+)T细胞的浸润相关,并且3个基因与多种趋化因子以及趋化因子受体的表达相关。结论CD44、MDM2和STAT3可能在GBM铁死亡及肿瘤免疫调节过程中发挥作用,有望成为GBM的潜在治疗靶点。
