Melatonin is a conserved pleiotropic molecule in animals and *** is involved in many development processes and stress responses;thus,exploring its function in plants,particularly in horticultural plants,has become a rapidly developing *** studies have revealed that phytomelatonin acts as a plant biostimulant and increase its tolerance to various abiotic stressors,including extreme temperature,drought,osmotic disturbance,heavy metals,and ultraviolet(UV).Melatonin appears to have roles in the scavenging of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and other free radicals,affecting the primary and secondary metabolism of plants,regulating the transcripts of stress-related enzymes and transcription factors,and crosstalk with other hormones under different environmental *** pleiotropy makes phytomelatonin an attractive regulator to improve resistance to abiotic stress in *** recent discovery of the potential phytomelatonin receptor CAND2/PMTR1 and the proposition of putative models related to the phytomelatonin signaling pathways makes phytomelatonin a new plant *** on relevant studies from our laboratory,this review summarizes the phytomelatonin biosynthetic and metabolic pathways in plants and the latest research progress on phytomelatonin in abiotic stress of horticultural *** study will provide a reference for elucidating the regulatory mechanism of phytomelatonin affecting the resistance to abiotic stress in plants.

Launch safety of explosive charges has become an urgent problem to be solved by all countries in the world aslaunch situation of ammunition becomes ***, the existing numericalmodels have differentdefects. This paper formulates an efficient computational model of the combustion of an explosive charge affectedby a bottom gap in the launch environment in the context of the material point method. The current temperatureis computed accurately from the heat balance equation, and different physical states of the explosive charges areconsidered through various equations of state. Microcracks in the explosive charges are described with respectto the viscoelastic statistical crackmechanics (Visco–SCRAM) model. Themethod for calculating the temperatureat the bottomof the explosive charge with respect to the bottomgap is described. Based on this combustionmodel,the temperature history of a Composition B (COMB) explosive charge in the presence of a bottom gap is obtainedduring the launch process of a 155-mm artillery. The simulation results show that the bottom gap thickness shouldbe no greater than 0.039 cm to ensure the safety of the COM B explosive charge in the launch environment. Thisconclusion is consistent with previous results and verifies the correctness of the proposed model. Ultimately, thispaper derives amathematical expression for themaximumtemperature of the COMB explosive chargewith respectto the bottomgap thickness (over the range of 0.00–0.039 cm), and establishes a quantitative evaluationmethod forthe launch safety of explosive *** research results provide some guidance for the assessment and detectionof explosive charge safety in complex launch environments.

Aberrant expression of circular RNAs(circ RNAs) is frequently linked to colorectal cancer(CRC). Here, we identified circ ZFR as a promising biomarker for CRC diagnosis and prognosis. Circ ZFR was upregulated in CRC tissues and serum exosomes and its level was linked to cancer incidence, advanced-stages, and metastasis. In both in vitro and in vivo settings, circ ZFR promoted the growth and spread while suppressing apoptosis of CRC. Exosomes with circ ZFR overexpression promoted the proliferation and migration of cocultured CRC cells. Mechanistically,epithelial splicing regulatory protein 1(ESRP1) in CRC cells may enhance the production of circ ZFR. BCL2-associated transcription factor 1(BCLAF1) bound to circ ZFR, which prevented its ubiquitinated degradation. Additionally, circ ZFR sponged mi R-3127-5p to boost rhotekin 2(RTKN2) expression. Our TCP1-CD-QDs nanocarrier was able to carry and deliver circ ZFR si RNA(si-circ ZFR) to the vasculature of CRC tissues and cells, which inhibited the growth of tumors in patient-derived xenograft(PDX) models. Taken together, our results show that circ ZFR is an oncogenic circ RNA, which promotes the development and spread of CRC in a BCLAF1 and mi R-3127-5p-dependent *** ZFR is a possible serum biopsy marker for the diagnosis and a desirable target for further treatment of CRC.

刮板运输机是一种用于生产运输的常用装备。针对刮板运输机运输木粉精准度不高的问题,设计可编程控制器(Programmable logic Controller,PLC)控制木粉送料的计量装置,能够实现公斤级木粉喂料。通过对装置进行改造,分为2部分,粗送料过程利用传送带进行,细送料过程由定量喂料机构完成。通过开放性生产控制和统一架构(OPC Unified Architecture,OPC UA)实现控制过程中的数据交互和人机交互过程。通过仿真验证可行性,试验得到的误差小于2%,实现装载过程中对木粉的自动准确计量。该计量装置所产生的误差较小,并且还能够实现对数据的实时显示,这对于实现定量木粉运输,加强物料定量运输作业管理有着重要的意义。

基于深度神经网络的地震速度反演方法面临的挑战是:时间域地震数据与空间域模型信息间语义映射的弱对应关系导致多解性;神经网络将地震数据映射到速度模型过程中缺少有效引导,易受噪声干扰,影响反演精度。为此,提出一种基于特征强化U‑Net的地震速度反演方法。首先,通过多炮地震数据特征叠加使输入网络的地震时间序列信号与对应速度模型之间的空间关系更加明确;其次,基于多尺度特征融合的思想设计具有不同尺寸卷积核的模块,以增强网络对有效特征的学习能力;然后,利用注意力门引导网络,增强网络重点关注的特征;最后,结合瓶颈残差和预激活的思想,在网络中加入预激活瓶颈残差,避免梯度消失和网络退化。实验表明,该方法在地震速度反演方面具有更高的精度,并在抗噪声测试中效果较好,具有一定的泛化能力。

目的观察坤安乐汤联合芬吗通治疗围绝经期女性睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法267例均为在浙江中医药大学附属第二医院、杭州市妇产科医院更年期门诊就诊伴有睡眠障碍的围绝经期女性患者,符合纳入标准150例,按随机数字表法分为3组(中医组、西医组、中西医组),每组50例,中医组予坤安乐汤口服,西医组予芬吗通口服,中西医组予坤安乐汤+芬吗通口服。治疗3个月后观察3组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、改良Kupperman评分、血糖、肝功能[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)]、肾功能[肌酐(Cr)]、血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、性激素[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(lh)、雌二醇(E_(2))]等变化。结果142例患者完成随访,其中中医组46例,西医组48例,中西医组48例。治疗3个月后,3组患者的PSQI较治疗前均降低,与其余两组比较,中西医组入睡加快、早醒延迟、夜间苏醒次数减少、总睡眠时间延长(Plh下降,E_(2)上升(P0.05)。结论坤安乐汤联合芬吗通治疗有效缓解女性围绝经期睡眠障碍。

水下潜器在作业过程中因其表面遭受污损而影响水动力性能。针对泰勒水池公布的SUBOFF全附体模型,基于RANS方程研究粗糙度对水下潜器近海底在垂直面上斜航水动力性能的影响。对光滑SUBOFF模型在无限深广水域中的水动力开展数值研究,并用水池试验数据验证了计算结果的有效性。计算分析潜器的垂向力系数、纵倾力矩系数、压力分布和壁面剪切力等水动力特性,探究粗糙度、攻角和近海底距离对潜器水动力特性的影响,为深海作业潜器航行轨迹的控制与优化设计提供理论基础。

红树林沉积物微生物资源丰富,是新型天然产物以及药物先导化合物的重要来源之一.为获得具有新颖结构的微生物次级代谢产物,以活性为导向对红树林来源菌株进行筛选,对表现出抗细菌、生物膜和真菌活性的GP3T5(Streptomyces sp.)菌株的次级代谢产物进行研究.通过萃取、C18反相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex lh20凝胶柱层析和制备高效液相色谱,从菌株发酵液中分离出3种化合物,分别记为化合物1、2和3.利用高分辨电喷雾质谱、核磁共振波谱和紫外光谱等技术,鉴定化合物1、2和3依次为pyrisulfoxin A、collismycin A和echinomycin A.对化合物1、2和3进行活性评价,结果表明,3种化合物均有不同程度的抗菌和抗生物膜活性.其中,化合物3的抗菌活性最好,对食源性病原菌有很好的抗菌活性,对单增李斯特菌和无乳链球菌的最小抑菌质量浓度均为0.06μg/mL.化合物1、2和3对鲍曼不动杆菌的最小生物膜抑制质量浓度分别为32、16和1μg/mL.化合物2和3具有良好的抗植物病原真菌活性,化合物2的半数抑制质量浓度IC50≤10μg/mL,化合物3的IC50≤1μg/mL.以上红树林来源菌株GP3T5的研究结果可为深入挖掘红树林土壤微生物生物活性物质提供参考.
