With cutting-edge technologies and considering airline human-resource-saving,a single pilot in commercial jets could be technically *** changes in captains’natural behaviours are initially required to comprehend the specific safe human performance envelope for safeguarding single-pilot flight,particularly in high-risk *** paper investigates how captains’performance transforms for fixing emergencies when operating from Dual-Pilot Operations(DPO)to Single-Pilot Operations(SPO)through a physiological-based *** pilots flew an emergency-included flight with/without first officers’*** neural activities and scanning behaviours were recorded using a 32-channel Electroencephalogram(EEG)and glasses-based eye tracker,with the observation and post-experiment questionnaires to evaluate the flight operations and pilots’*** alone,there was a significantly increased cortical activity in h and b waves over the frontal,parietal,and temporal lobes during the more complicated emergencies,and pilots focused less on the primary flight display while spending significantly more time scanning the other *** physiological fluctuating patterns associated with risky operations in SPO were highlighted by cross-correlating multimodal *** experimental-based noteworthy insights may wish to inform commercial SPO measures to lessen the persistent physiological fluctuation,assisting airlines in creating SPO-oriented intelligent flight systems to give captains adequate support for assuring safer air transportation.

抗凝血药是预防和治疗血栓栓塞性疾病的基石。现有的肠外和口服抗凝血药通过干扰凝血级联反应的关键环节,实现了对血栓的有效控制,但同时也伴随着出血风险的增加。以凝血因子Ⅺ(FⅪ)为靶点的抗凝血药--FⅪ抑制剂可通过抑制FⅪ来阻断凝血酶生成过程中的扩增阶段,减少血栓生成,且对正常止血作用的影响较小,已成为最有潜力的新型抗凝血药之一。目前尚无上市的FⅪ抑制剂类药物,而处于Ⅱ期或Ⅲ期临床试验阶段的FⅪ抑制剂包括3类--反义寡核苷酸、单克隆抗体和小分子抑制剂。另外,靶向FⅪ的天然抑制剂和核酸适配体大多正在进行临床前研发。作为抗凝治疗的新靶点药物,FⅪ抑制剂有望成为更安全、有效的治疗选择,弥补当前抗凝血药的局限性,在减少出血风险的同时为患者提供更有效的血栓预防和治疗方案。

目的:分析在为冠状动脉狭窄患者实施治疗的过程中GE Innova IGS 520数字减影血管造影X线机进行冠状动脉造影及支架植入术所获得的临床效果。方法:选择2019年9月~2022年9月在本院接受冠状动脉狭窄治疗的患者24例作为实验对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组与参照组,每组各有患者12例,参照组患者的治疗方法为常规药物治疗,研究组患者的治疗方法为GE Innova IGS 520数字减影血管造影X线机进行冠状动脉造影及支架植入术治疗。结果:治疗后研究组患者冠状动脉狭窄程度改善情况与参照组患者存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05。研究组患者与参照组患者治疗后狭窄分布情况存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:GE Innova IGS520数字减影血管造影X线机进行冠状动脉造影及支架植入治疗属于冠状动脉狭窄患者的一种理想治疗方法。

The effects of viscosity on circumplanetary disks

The effects of viscosity on the circumplanetary disks residing in the vicinity of protoplanets are investigated through two-dimensional hydrodynamical simulations with the shearing sheet model. We find that viscosity can considerably affect properties of the circumplanetary disk when the mass of the protoplanet Mp ~ 33 Me, where Me is the Earth＇s mass. However, effects of viscosity on the circumplanetary disk are negligibly small when the mass of the protoplanet Mp 〉 33 Me. We find that when Mp ~ 33 Me, viscosity can markedly disrupt the spiral structure of the gas around the planet and smoothly distribute the gas, which weakens the torques exerted on the protoplanet. Thus, viscosity can slow the migration speed of a protoplanet. After including viscosity, the size of the circumplanetary disk can be decreased by a factor of 〉~ 20%. Viscosity helps to transport gas into the circumplanetary disk from the differentially rotating circumstellar disk. The mass of the circumplanetary disk can be increased by a factor of 50% after viscosity is taken into account when Mp ~ 33 Me. Effects of viscosity on the formation of planets and satellites are briefly discussed.

目的建立拇外翻足有限元模型,研究不同拉力下第1、2跖列的应力及位移变化情况。方法将采集的拇外翻病人足部CT图像导入Mimics软件,重建足部三维骨骼模型;利用3-matic软件对重建模型进行网格划分与体网格生成;将优化处理过的模型导入ANSYS中进行有限元分析,通过改变拉力大小、方向验证拉力与第1、2跖列的应力、位移之间的关系。结果对第1近节趾骨施加不同大小、方向的拉力,当力小于12 N时,随着拉力的增加,第1趾骨位移变化较为明显,拉力每增大2 N,位移约增加1 mm;当力大于12 N时,随着拉力的增加,第1趾骨应力不断增加,而位移只发生微小变化;而当力保持12 N不变,以15°间隔改变力的方向时,第1、2跖列的应力大小及其分布随方向的变化而改变,同时位移也会产生相应的变化,且当力的方向与第2趾骨方向越趋于垂直时,第1趾骨产生的位移越大。结论有限元分析技术可以形象、准确地分析第1、2跖列在不同拉力下的应力及位移变化情况,为拇外翻矫形器的设计奠定基础。

Accuracy Evaluation of A Diagnostic Test by Detecting Outliers and Influential Observations

Logit regression analysis is widely applied in scientific studies and laboratory experiments, where skewed observations on a data set are often encountered. A number of problems with this method, for example, oudiers and influential observations, can cause overdispersion when a model is fitted. In this study a systematic statistical approach, including the plotting of several indices is used to diagnose the lack-of-fit of a logistic regression model. The outliers and influential observations on data from laboratory experiments are then detected. Specifically we take account of the interaction of an internal sohtary wave （ISW） with an obstacle, i.e., an underwater ridge, and also analyze the effects of the ridge height, the lower layer water depth, and the potential energy on the amplitude-based transmission rate of the ISW. As concluded, the goodness-of-fit of the revised logit regression model is better than that of the model without this approach.

Fundamental experiments were carried out in a wave flume on internal solitary wave （ISW） of depression-type propagating over a submerged ridge. The seabed ridge included either triangular or semicircular shape - regarded as topographic obstacles. Influenced by the submarine ridge, the transmitted waves were found to always consist of a leading pulse （a solitary wave） followed by a dispersive wave train. The wave profile propagating over a triangular ridge was similar to that caused by a semicircular obstacle. Apparently, the smooth face of a semicircular ridge produced time lag of wave propagation. From experimental results available, the reduction in wave energy induced by a semicircular ridge was larger than that by a triangular one. The events of wave distortion, strong breaking, internal bolus, and stratification mixing happened in case that the crest of an ISW was great enough to interact with the topographic obstacle. The reduction in wave energy was induced by strong breaking, and it depended on the ridge height rather than the geometric shape of the ridge.

Manufacture of a hollow corner cube retroreflector for next generation of lunar laser ranging

Lunar laser ranging has made significant contributions to the study of gravitational physics and the Earth-Moon system. The best results for fundamental gravitational experiments have been achieved using lunar laser ranging data accumulated so far. However, corner cube retroreflector arrays placed on the Moon currently set a limit on the laser-ranging precision, which is approximately several centimeters for a single photon received. To achieve millimeter precision, next generation of lunar laser ranging using a single hollow retroreflector with a large aperture has been proposed. We developed a prototype hollow retroreflector with a 100-mm aperture using silicate bonding together with a new fabrication method. Dihedral angle offsets of 0.5′′, 0.8′′and 1.9′′were realized, which partly come close to meeting the requirements(offset of 0.6′′for each dihedral angle) for lunar laser ranging. Fluctuation of the wavefront is approximately 1.038λ at 633 nm. A thermal cycle test ranging from -40℃ to +75℃ was carried out for 18.5 periods(approximately 5 d). After this test, the dihedral angle offsets were measured to be 0.39′′, 1.00′′and 2.06′′. The results indicate the potential application of our method for manufacturing a hollow retroreflector with a large aperture to realize lunar laser ranging.
