水份亏缺锻炼,有时也称作亏缺适应。它使植物对亏缺产生一种反应,对以后的亏缺不敏感。maximov(1929)是第一个报导植物锻炼反应的人。在他之后到目前为止,关于中等的或亚致死的水份亏缺后,植株对水份亏缺的反应效应,很少有人研究。在田间,由于雨量和温度的影响,中等水份亏缺常常发生。人们在分析代谢反应时,也很少考虑植物组织的水份亏缺史。水份亏缺史能在许多代谢过程中起作用。Thomas等(1976)观察到,个体叶面积由于水份亏缺的减弱而减小。Clemen~s和jones(1978)发现,减少植株利用的水份,就是事先作了亏缺处理。Cutler和Rains(1977)证明,经受过水份亏缺(处理)的棉花(Gossypium hirsuium L.)

背景手术后恶心、呕吐（PONV）是门诊手术常见的并发症。本试验目的是观察透皮东莨菪碱贴剂（TDS）联合静脉注射昂丹司琼（OND）对门诊患者PONV的疗效是否优于单独应用昂丹司琼。方法此项随机双盲多中心的临床试验纳入了620例接受门诊... 详细信息

背景手术后恶心、呕吐（PONV）是门诊手术常见的并发症。本试验目的是观察透皮东莨菪碱贴剂（TDS）联合静脉注射昂丹司琼（OND）对门诊患者PONV的疗效是否优于单独应用昂丹司琼。方法此项随机双盲多中心的临床试验纳入了620例接受门诊腹腔镜或隆胸手术的PONV高危女性患者，进入手术室前2小时分别给患者贴上TDS贴剂或外观相同的空白贴剂。在全麻诱导前2—5分钟给所有患者静脉注射OND4mg。手术后24~48小时评估止吐是否完善（彻底止吐标准为无呕吐或干呕，且没有追加止吐药）。同时记录发生呕吐、干呕、恶心以及追加止吐药的患者比例，记录手术后首次发生PONV的时间及离院时间，记录呕吐、干呕、恶心的发作次数与严重程度及患者对于止吐治疗的满意度。结果TDS＋OND组与OND组相比，手术后24小时恶心、呕吐的发生率显著降低，但手术后48小时两者差异无显著性。TDS＋OND组没有呕吐、干呕且未追加过止吐药的患者占48％，而OND组占39％（P〈0．02）。TDS＋OND组的彻底止吐（无恶心、呕吐或干呕，且未追加止吐药）率显著高于OND组（分别为35％和25％，P〈0．01）。TDS＋OND组手术后首次发生恶心、呕吐、干呕及追加止吐药的时间明显晚于OND组（P〈0．05）。前者不良反应的总发生率也低于后者（分别为36．7％和49％，P〈0．01）。结论与单独应用OND相比。TDS＋OND能更大程度地减少PONV，主要是通过减少不良反应而获得。

The first search for the doubly heavyΩ^(0)_(bc)baryon and a search for the E^(0)_(bc)baryon are performed using pp collision data collected via the LHCb experiment from 2016 to 2018 at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV,corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.2 fb^(-1).The baryons are reconstructed via their decays to Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-)and E^(+)_(c)π^(-).No significant excess is fbund for invariant masses between 6700 and 7300 meV/c^(2),in a rapidity range from 2.0 to 4.5 and a transverse momentum range from 2 to 20 meV/*** limits are set on the ratio of the Ω^(0)_(bc)and E^(0)_(bc)production cross-section times the branching fraction to Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-)(E^(+)_(c)π^(-))relative to that of the Λ^(0)_(b)(E^(0)_(b))baryon,for different lifetime hypotheses,at 95%confidence *** upper limits range from 0.5 x 10^(-4)to 2.5 x 10^(-4)for theΩ^(0)_(bc)→Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-)(E^(0)_(bc)→Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-))decay,and from 1.4x 10^(-3)to 6.9 x 10^(-3)for theΩ^(0)_(bc)→E^(+)_(c)π^(-)(E^(0)_(bc)→E^(+)_(c)π^(-))decay,depending on the considered mass and lifetime of theΩ^(0)_(bc)(E^(0)_(bc))baryon.

Numerous new taxa and classifications of Dothideomycetes have been published following the last monograph of families of Dothideomycetes in 2013.A recent publication by Honsanan et *** 2020 expanded information of families in Dothideo-mycetidae and Pleosporomycetidae with modern *** this paper,we provide a refined updated document on orders and families incertae sedis of *** family is provided with an updated description,notes,including figures to represent the morphology,a list of accepted genera,and economic and ecological *** also provide phylogenetic trees for each *** this study,31 orders which consist 50 families are assigned as orders incertae sedis in Dothideomycetes,and 41 families are treated as families incertae sedis due to lack of molecular or morphological *** new order,Catinellales,and four new families,Catinellaceae,morenoinaceae Neobuelliellaceae and Thyrinulaceae are *** genera(Neobuelliella,Pseudomicrothyrium,Flagellostrigula,Swinscowia,macroconstrictolumina,Pseudobogoriella,and Schummia)are *** new species(Acrospermum urticae,Bogoriella complexoluminata,Dothiorella ostryae,Dyfrolomyces distoseptatus,macroconstrictolumina megalateralis,Patellaria microspora,and Pseu-domicrothyrium thailandicum)are introduced base on morphology and phylogeny,together with two new records/reports and five new collections from different *** new combinations are also provided in this paper.

Objective: To determine the effectiveness of prism spectacles in people with age-related macular degeneration by relocating the retinal image. methods: We implemented a randomized, placebo-controlled, double-masked trial. Participantswith agerelated macular degeneration received a standard low-vision assessment and the prescription of conventional low-vision aids 6 weeks before the study intervention. Participants were randomized to receive 1 of the following, including the optimal refractive correction: (1) custom, incorporating bilateral prisms to match participants’ preferred power and base direction; (2) standard, incorporating standard bilateral prisms (6 prism diopters Δ base up for logmAR [logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution]visual acuity (VA) of 0.48- 1.00 and 10Δ base up for logmAR VA of 1.02- 1.68); or (3) placebo, consisting of spectacles matched in weight and thickness to prism spectacles but without prism. main Outcome measures: Outcomes measured binocularly at baseline and 3- month follow-up included distance logmAR VA, reading speed, critical print size, visual functioning questionnaires, and observed visual task performance. Scores on the 25- item National Eye Institute Visual Functioning Questionnaire and the melbourne Low-Vision ADL (Activities of Daily Living) Index were converted to linear estimates usingRasch analysis. The manchester Low Vision Questionnaire was used to collect descriptive data. Results: A total of 225 participants completed the trial (median age, 81 years). We found no significant effect of treatment group on any of the outcome measures, includingVA, the primary outcome (adjusted for baseline) (P=.63). Participants’ responses to the manchester Low Vision Questionnaire suggested that the prism spectacles added to their problems. Conclusions: Prism spectacles are no more effective than conventional spectacles for peoplewith age-relatedmacular degeneration.
