The cattlemen of the steppe are faced with climate risks whose consequences are at the origin of one of the essential mechanisms of the degradation of resources natural fodder, thus making uncertain the food of livestock. Thus, faces to the changing socio-economic and climatic risks, the pastoral society has implemented different adaptive strategies to ensure the reproduction of its operating systems. The objective of this study is to analyze the patterns of the use of the space of the pastoral area called El-Bayadh in order to show how the actors adopt and adapt the techniques of production available in order to ensure the security of the production of their exploitation in an environment particularly fragile, hostile and vulnerable. It is therefore to take knowledge of the basic strategies implementation and the responses provided by the livestock producers to protect themselves against the consequences of a difficult climate in order to ensure the conduct of the food needs of their animals and the reproduction of their operating system.

We study four-dimensional quiver gauge models from F-theory compactified on fourfolds with hyper-K¨ahler *** intersecting complex toric surfaces,we derive a class of N =1 quivers with charged fundamental matter placed on external *** emphasis is on how local Calabi–Yau equations solve the corresponding physical constraints including the anomaly cancelation ***,a linear chain of SU(N) groups with flavor symmetries has been constructed using polyvalent toric geometry.

The recent observation of higher quark combinations, tetraquarks and pentaquarks, is a strong indication of more exotic hadrons. Using Z_2 and Z_3 symmetries and standard model data, a general quark combination producing new hadronic states is proposed in terms of polygon geometries according to the Dynkin diagrams of ?_n affine Lie algebras. It has been shown that Z_(2,3) invariance is crucial in the determination of the mesonic or the baryonic nature of these states. The hexagonal geometry is considered in some details producing both mesonic and baryonic states. A general class of this family is also presented.

This retrospective study, the first of its kind in Mauritania, was carried out at the military hospital of Nouakchott. We sought to approximate the epidemio-logical, anatomopathological profile of Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) and cervico-facial (CF) cancers in Mauritania. Over a period of two years, from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020, we noted 36 histologically confirmed cases, they represented 15.47% of all patients consulted in ENT and CF cancers affected the age group between 25 and 70 years, the age group most affected was that of 50 and 59 years, with 33.33% of cases. More affected in the proportion of 2 men to women, which can be explained by the risk factors mainly found in men, including smoking. First rank was cancers of the upper aero-digestive tract, the pharyngolarynx in head. Histologically, ENT and CF cancers were dominated by squamous cell carcinomas 78%, well ahead of papillary carcinomas 8% and vesicular thyroid carcinomas 5%, UCNTs, adenosquamous carcinomas and lymphomas each represented 3%.

Histoplasmosis is an opportunistic granulomatous fungal infection. Peritoneal histoplasmosis (PH) is a rare form. The first case of PH was described in 1970 but this is the first case reported in Mauritania. We report the case of a 60-year-old male patient with a history of pulmonary tuberculosis, treated and declared cured, and partial epileptic seizures treated with Carbamazepine. Contrast computed tomography of the abdomen showed a large mass with a large intraperitoneal fluid component with a finely calcified wall in places, for which laparoscopy and biopsy were performed, identifying Histoplasma capsulatum infection. The subject received treatment with amphotericin B deoxycholate with good evolution, and outpatient management with itraconazole. PH is a rare entity that requires high clinical suspicion, especially in immunocompetent patients. The patient was informed that non-identifying information from the case would be submitted for publication, and he provided consent.

The M’zab region is subject to an arid Saharan climate where surface and sub-surface waters are of little importance. The Albian Aquifer, commonly called Continental Intercalary (CI), main component of North Western Sahara Aquifer System (NWSAS/SASS), constitutes the most extensive aquifer formation of the region. In our study area, the CI is identified, as a regional subset, as the Albian Aquifer of M’zab Region (AAMR). Its groundwater resources are considered the only source available to meet the growing needs of drinking water supply, agriculture and industry. This aquifer is heavily exploited by a very large number of wells (more than 750). Its supply is very low, so it is a very low renewable layer. This requires periodic monitoring and control of its piezometric level and its physico- chemical quality. In this paper,an Improved Extended State Observer-based Finite-Time adaptive sliding mode control,is investigated for trajectory tracking control of a wheeled mobile ***,a novel finite-time adaptive sliding mode control,based on the fractional power of the sliding surface,is developed to deal with the chattering ***,this strategy improves the conver-gence rate by adjusting online the switching part in sliding mode ***,an improved Non-linear ESO is employed to reconstruct and compensate for the unknown *** complete the trajectory tracking control,the kinematic algorithm is in ***,the proposed control scheme converges within finite-time thanks to the Lyapunov ***,numerical simulations show the efficiency of the designed controller.

This paper presents a fuzzy adaptive sliding mode controller(FASMC)for electrically driven wheeled mobile robot for trajectory tracking task in the presence of uncertainties and ***,a finite-time kinematic controller is developed to compute the auxiliary velocity ***,the FASMC,based on the nonlinear dynamic model of the robot and its actuators,is used to guarantee the stability and the convergence of the closed-loop ***,by employing the advantages of the fuzzy logic systems,the developed controller ensures the robustness of the system against dynamic disturbances and uncertainties,the smoothness of the computing voltage against the chattering phenomenon,and the optimal convergence of the velocity and posture *** Lyapunov theory is used to analyse the stability of this *** order to evaluate the effectiveness of the developed method,numerical simulations are done in the Mahlab/Simulink environment.

Objective:To study the chemical profile,antimicrobial properties,and synergistic effect with known antibiotics of essential oil extracted from the marine red macroalgae Centroceras clavulatum(***)Montagne,collected in ***:The chemical composition of the oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass *** oil was evaluated for antibacterial(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Micrococcus luteus,Staphylococcus aureus,and Klebsiella pneumoniae),and antifungal activity(Candida albicans,Candida glabrata,Candida krusei,and Candida parapsilosis),by the disc diffusion *** minimum inhibitory and minimum microbicidal concentrations of the oil were determined,as well as the synergistic effects of its application combined with the antibiotics ciprofloxacin and fluconazole,by the checkerboard ***:Thirty molecules were identified in the essential oil,comprising 96.27%of the total oil *** such as carvacrol(36.06%)were the most abundant compounds,followed by caryophyllene(14.67%),endo-borneol(9.04%),pyroterebic acid(3.23%)and caryophyllene oxide(3.13%).The oil exhibited a moderate antimicrobial activity with inhibition zone diameters ranging from 9.0 to 15.0 *** minimum inhibitory concentration values varied between 0.9 and 14.7 mg/mL,and Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli were the more sensitive bacteria with 0.9 and 1.9 mg/mL,*** minimum microbicidal concentration values ranged from 0.4 to 14.7 mg/mL.A significant synergic action was observed when the oil was applied in combination with ciprofloxacin and fluconazole,with fractional inhibitory concentration index values ranging from 0.31 to *** was found in 80%of the combinations and a 2 to 16-fold reduction of antibiotics MIC was ***:Our findings suggest that the essential oil of Centroceras clavulatum should be further appraised for its potential use in the management of multi-drug resistant microo

Organizations undergoing significant changes. This requires careful management. We use human resource management practices in organizational change management. Indeed, jobs change and influence the performance of the company. Human characteristics （such as attitudes, competences, etc.） influence the performance of organization. We will consider these characteristics as variables that contribute first to the explanation of the change success and second to estimate the change effort required when assigning a role to an operator. The practice of the same human task by several people allows the collection of training examples related to this task. In the general aim of building an expert system in managing organizational change, we are interested in this paper to supervised learning of these training examples. The ultimate goal is to have a feedback and decision support in organizational change management and to design an expert system about this topic.
